Rachamankha: "Wonderful stay in this unique and beautiful hidden gem of a hotel!"
"We arrived at Chiang Mai airport really early after a very long journey. We were collected by the hotel staff at the airport and swiftly driven to the hotel. We were given an early check in, which was a lovely gesture, especially after such a long journey! We had booked a deluxe room, which comes with a lovely four poster bed. The room is beautifully decorated, has wifi and air conditioning and all the amenities you might require. Very comfortable bed and a quiet part of Chiang Mai. The hotel is very beautiful and based on the old Lana style of architecture, it consists of a series of interlinking courtyards, the whole hotel is very quiet and peaceful and a wonderful retreat away from it all. It really feels like you are stepping back in time when you stay at this hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is very nice, staff prepare you freshly pressed fruit juice, there is a nice menu with a good variety of eggs, pancakes, waffles and omelettes. The restaurant has an indoor portion and a beautiful peaceful outdoor courtyard, you can chose to sit in either of these areas. We had dinner here on one evening and the food was very good. The swimming pool is beautiful and very peaceful, you don't really hear the hustle and bustle of the city and you'd almost forget that your in Chiang Mai! Staff are wonderfully helpful, kind and unobtrusive! My only negative comment is that I had a glass of wine and it was a bit overpriced compared to the rest of the prices I experienced in Thailand for wine, in saying that it was a perfectly nice glass of wine and I wouldn't let that put you off. This hotel is a gem of a hotel and I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Chiang Mai!"Le Calao: "Great food, great view!"
Delicious food in beautiful setting. Confusingly laid out menu but worth persisting with. Very empty when we were there but really hope this new restaurant takes off as it is lovely.Tugu Malang: "Very high service hotel"

"We stay 3 nights in the hotel, in a courtyard room (the romantic one) and everything was wonderfull. Rooms are so beautiful, well-equiped, clean and very quiet ! All the staff speak english and can easily help you. The breakfast is so big, with chinese meal and also european meal (try their pancakes !!!). The restaurant is amazing like all the plates. The chief is very good and you can practice with him during a cooking class ! We really appreaciate our stay and will be happy to come back again in Jing's Residence !"VILLA SONG SAIGON: "An Oasis on the Saigon Riverbank"
"We stay at Villa Song Saigon only for one night but we got a late check-out since our flight depart late in the evening. The shuttle boat is fabulous. You could book the schedule and enjoy a 20-min ride to the city center which avoid the bustling traffic on the road and feel like a celebrity. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and we have a variety of local flavor and western style to choose from. You could also enjoy the pool, whether swim or do nothing. Villa Song Saigon really is a romantic boutique hotel embodying the beauty of Saigon. "Rachamankha: "Don’t miss it if you are in Chang Mai (and if you can afford the sublime sirloin with foie gras)"
Staff, design, meal's quality, all perfect. Not the cheapest one , but you will get value for money. A peaceful frame . You feel like a valuable customer. We went there by chance just for dinner and we were positively impressed.Amata Lanna: "Beautiful"
This small hotel is just wonderful- made of teak wood, it is traditional in style with all rooms centred around a beautiful courtyard with a swimming pool. The rooms are large and well appointed. We arrived on a cool day so the large spa tub was a delight for a warm relax. The staff are just delightful and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. There is the choice of shrimp or pork rice soup, or a western breakfast, as well as options for toast and fruit and juices. The mango sticky rice was a highlight and the coffee fabulous. We walk a lot, so we found it easy to walk to the old town (20 min), and the river is closer as is the Night Bizaar. The Anusan market is just to the north of the hotel- we found this a great walk through to the old town. Adored this place, highly recommend it and would stay here again.Noel Rodrigo’s Leopard Safaris: "The Best Experience"
While we were a bit unlucky in the leopard spotting - though we did see one for a split second as it flashed across the track, we had a fantastic time at this extremely professionally run operation. Our only wish was that we could have had some more time there. It wasn't just the safari experience which was excellent, with a real passion to show the big and small animals and birds, but the camp was extremely comfortable with some of the best food we encountered in Sri Lanka. Noel & Cecile and their team also are very knowledgeable and could clearly explain many issues related to cultural and historical aspects of Sri Lanka that we were interested in as well.Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge: "Stunning"
What a joy it was to arrive at this serene, beautiful place. The staff looked after us to ensure our stay was as wonderful as it could be, nothing was too much trouble. The views are spectacular, it is just perfect in every way and i do so hope to return one day.Manda De Laos: "Best restaurant in Luang Prabang"
We had a very romantic dinner in Manda de Laos. Very good food, great service, and a very romantic atmosphere. Highly recommended.
