Hotel Tugu Lombok: "So unique"
If you ever have the chance to visit Lombok for honeymoon occasion, consider staying at Tugu as it has the most romantic beach in the North part of the island. A beautiful white sandy beach combined with breathtaking view is too good to be missed. They offer lots of activities such as golfing, snorkelling to Gili, and some recommended tours. There are not many choices for food outside the hotel though. The service is excellent in many ways. Our stay was the most memorable one as the staff always paid attention to every small detail. It was a truly unique experienceMaison Polanka: "Outstanding hotel for those who do not want to be part of the backpacker party scene"
"I stay in a lot of high-end hotels, but this one is right up there among the very best. The location is slightly - but not inconveniently - off the beaten track (literally, the approach road is dust). This turns out to be a blessing when you consider that some of Siem Reap is decidedly too brash. The neighbourhood seems authentic and not at all threatening. The first thing that strikes you when you enter the hotel is the superb garden, which is like a tropical paradise. It is a delightful place to come back after a hot day at the temples. The puppy and two rabbits add a very charming and slightly comic touch. There is a very nice, but small, pool. The rooms are exquisite. Incredibly tasteful, stylish, comfortable, and the staff are willing to customise to individual needs (e.g. twin versus double bed). The restaurant is outside, with very nice food, beautifully presented. We requested local fruits they don't normally serve, and they went out of their way to buy them from the local market. The management is attentive, full of good advice, can arrange local tours however you want to do it, and is very friendly without being at all intrusive. All in all, if you like boutique hotels which are relaxing and authentic, you will absolutely love this place."The Twelve Hotel: "A confidential charming place to discove"
Go there with confidence .... then can want them big! Doing so may miss the beauty of the place because everything is enjoyable to watch. This cozy and quiet hotel, with human size, deploys nice rooms and excellent taste: no false notes in decoration, nice furniture, nice touches for guests a warm and professional welcome, vast spaces that invite to relax before and / or after a day in the hectic Bangkok. It feels like home, only better because we have nothing else to do but enjoy! Breakfast is a delight (French pastries, etc.), the cleanliness is impeccable. Athy and Sébastien are good advice, in addition to being charming. Thanks to them, we could do many things with ease: many desires and 2 days with 2 children in this huge city. This peaceful place is very well located, quiet. We easily reached the sights, the BTS and the airport. On foot, there you need to eat, drink, etc ... the hotel tells us properly (explanations, plans, councils). We will return without hesitation, longer this time .. .for other chocolate croissants. Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge was an amazing place to stay. Impeccable service and incredible views. Ask to go for a walk around the local village or enjoy a spot of bird watching. The fire pit is a great place to spend some time in the evening. I would highly recommend the experience.NOEL RODRIGO’S LEOPARD SAFARIS: "Happy memories for life"
"Warmest of welcomes to the campsite from Dhanu and the crew Superb accomodation combining outdoors and luxury The best food we ate (and we had a lot to compare to!) in fantastic setting outdoors with just the right amount of background to the ingredients. We were also made to feel very special as it was our honeymoon And of course, what we came for was the safari and it far exceeded expectations. Not only were we lucky enough to see a leopard, but we were given so much time and care to ensure we got the big picture and could enjoy the breathtaking wildlife and scenery We will be talking about this short trip for days!! Thank you "Supanniga Eating Room: "Excellent food and great service."
We had some really different and interesting dishes at this restaurant with the unrepeatable name for westerners. The Isan cuisine from northeast thailand has some really unique flavours and is distinct from most of the food you'll have tasted in standard Thai restaurants. The prices are high for the area but still a bargain. Service was excellent and the obligatory sticky rice with mango was delicious. Without any alcohol we spent 1,700 baht on mains and a shared pudding and some fancy fresh fruit drinks. Highly recommended.Rachamankha: "Tranquility"
Thank you so much to Paul and his fabulous team for 5 wonderful days at the Rachamankha. Tranquil, serene, relaxing, and a great way to re-charge your life batteries ! Nothing was ever too much trouble and we felt very at home. Quality F&B too at the restaurant. Trying to work out when I can get back there soon.Satri House: "Super relaxing"
Very comfortable rooms and good location. Service is impeccable and the whole setting is extremely relaxing. The staff are very helpful for everything and the breakfast is superb, unique and very colonial. Wonderful swimming pool too. Highly recommend it.THE SAMAR: "Know what you’re expecting"
"Location wise the property may not be for every travelers especially those who prefer staying very near to pub street area. However, we like the tranquility of the area and their attentive staffs. We were served by the same waitress in the restaurant throughout our 3 nights stay, she was definitely a gem! The property was half-occupied during our stay so it was very quiet and most of the time it seems like we were having the resort to our own. Bumped into other guests occasionally and they were quite friendly too. We love their ala carte breakfast menu too, their homemade pineapple jam with a hint of ginger taste is my favorite!"Rachamankha: "Perfect"
This is one of the prettiest places we have ever stayed. Every thing about it was beautiful. Incredible attention to detail. We wanted to move in!!!! The restraunt had a great chef and live oriental music during diner that was very special. The hotel is a pretty close tuk tuk ride to to most anywhere. Best vacation ever!
