Villa Song Saigon: "oasis"
"From start to finish pure quality far enough from the hustle of the city. The hotel offers a free taxi service by boat into the city a great way to travel in and out . The cost of the evening meal is not cheap but it is pure quality and very tranquil sat by the river watching the surroundings light up. All the staff are outstanding . we spent three nights then travelled to nah trang for ten days Returned for one night are flight was not till 12.00 the following night the staff could not have been more helpfull thet provided us with another room to prepare for the return trip."MAISONS WAT KOR: "Paradisiac"
"A warm and friendly hotel where you feel good, I occupied a room during a couple of days, the room was spacious and comfortable, the gardens were just amazing and the staff was smiling and thoughtful. I warmly recommend The Maisons Wat Kor "Tandjung Sari: "Beautiful hotel with unique charm"
I stayed at the Tangdjung Sari with my husband for three nights – The first three days of our three week stay in Bali and the Gili Islands. We loved the tranquility and charm of the hotel. We instantly noticed that this hotel has a special history. We stayed in villa no 2. The design and all the special details came as a nice surprise to us. We loved our stay.Misool Eco Resort: "Almost Unbelievable"
Spent a very happy week here after a previous week in Northern Raja Ampat. The diving here is the best we have ever experienced with seemingly endless coral gardens and abundant fish. The lagoon on which the resort was built houses many juvenile fish and sharks and can be snorkeled directly from your cabin. Cabins are excellent and the whole resort beautiful but what makes it is the staff - friendly, attentive and passionate about what they do ... the daily fresh biscuits aren't bad either. Magic Mountain is the best dive site... I could dive it every day and never be bored.Tugu Malang: "Treated like royalty!"
"We received a gracious welcome with fresh juice & traditional snacks as we checked in. The staff were helpful, respectful & kind. Rooms were lovely, and the hotel is filled with wonderful museum quality antiquity. Every meal was delicious. Prices were great. Enjoyed high tea, multiple Spa treatments, both a cooking class and a ""beauty class"". The classes (one each day) included tours to local markets to gather the ingredients. So interesting and both guides were knowledgeable and informative. We weren't rushed and allowed time to shop & see how Indonesians ""grocery shop"". Staff seemed to anticipate our needs and were always one step ahead making sure our comfort was always a top priority. We highly recommend this hotel!"4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "take me back to the 4rivers where the everything is green and the staff is pretty…awesome"
"Never would I ever have expected to find a 5* service in such a remote place. It is so remote that after you step on the boat in Tatai village, you won`t set foot on land for days. And that is mostly because the resort is 100% floating. Which makes it even more awesome. The staff there is simply amazing. The kind of service you would get in a top quality hotel in Europe. They will attend carefully to your every need. Even though you won`t need much being there. You are surrounded by a clean river and the river is surrounded by untouched jungle. Maybe one of the last virgin forests in Cambodia and the whole world. You can take a kayak and discover for yourself, or take the guided tours to the waterfall or to the mangrove forest. You can read books, swim in your own huge river kind of pool and enjoy the delicious food carefully prepared by the Filipino chef. Oh, and one more thing. Maybe the most important one. If you are into protecting the environment and having an eco holiday, this is the place for you. The management there is going over their head to keep almost everything clean. And by that I mean not polluting. The garbage bags are biodegradable, most of the buildings are made from recycled materials or using a clean technology, they strive to use mostly solar power, and even the toiletries that they provide are specially made not to disrupt the balance of the surrounding ecosystems. To sum it up, it`s a gem, one of a kind. It`s a floating heaven."Villa Mathis: "La Villa Mathis is the perfect place if you’re looking for a beautifull place and outstanding service"
We stayed one week in Villa Mathis and enjoyed the outstanding service of Chris and his team. The rooms were spotless and the free shuttle to the centre of Seminyak brings you within 10 minutes to the centre. The resort is a very tranquille place and the villas and rooms are beautifull decorated. There are several swimming pools were you can enjoy the silence in the nice gardens. We will surely return here again when we visit Bali. We can highly recommend this place!Rachamankha: "A haven within the walled city of Chiang Mai"
"This hotel was simply amazing! So peaceful! The grounds are stunning, the service impeccable. The location is perfect as it is within the walls of the old city of Chiang Mai, so easy to walk everywhere, but yet you don't hear any of the noise. We walked easily to the night market on Sunday as well as Wat Chedi Luang. The food was amazing and breakfast included. Just the breakfast set up was peaceful. You are served on the patio with blue/white china and tea/coffee cups. Everything is served on china or silver. The pool looked amazing, but we unfortunately didn't have time to use it. The room was quaint and relaxing. The shower was great! I loved the large heavy doors. The wifi didn't reach to our room well, but that didn't matter to me much. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!"Tugu Bali: "Traditional old world Balinese style hotel"
"Drive through traditional villages and rice fields. Only 30 minutes from Seminyak. It is a lovely drive and sometimes people want to see the rice fields without spending a day driving to Ubud. Arrive at Tugu, lovely old world traditional hotel for a nice lunch. A couple of hours of your time well spent. Relaxing, peaceful and educational. "Villa Song Saigon: "Mattie Nason"
"Wonderful hotel with excellent service. We stayed in the Art room. I could sit on my bed with open windows and listen to the river, music from the restaurant and the feel the cool breeze after the evening rain. The extra cost for the larger room was worth it. Overall a good value. The food was excellent, breakfast was included and could be had any time during the day. The pool was a high light for me. On enough for serious laps and the perfect temperature. Open 27/7! All their recommendations were great too."
