The Apsara Rive Droite: "Highly recommend"

Review by: ozkrisc | Source: Trip Advisor
Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights in total, 2 and 3 nights on either side of a tour. We loved this hotel. Mr Hann was exceedingly helpful and all the staff were really friendly. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel during our tour. We had very efficient airport transfers. We felt like we were staying in our own private house, it was very peaceful. The pool is a great size. We liked the location on the other side of the river. The little boat is always at the ready to transfer across, which adds to the charm of the hotel. Our room was a great size, with a large balcony overlooking the river. It has all amenities including bath robes and mosquito repellant. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order. We used the hotel bikes a couple of times which was a great way to see the town. I got up early to see the monks seeking alms and was the only tourist watching (from a respectful distance!) as they passed by the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.

The Governor’s House: "Highly recommended"

Review by: ar0723 | Source: tripadvisor.com
I had a great stay at Governors House. The staff were warm and accommodating without being overbearing; the property and rooms were perfectly curated and cozy; and the grounds were absolutely lovely. I stayed in GH as a respite prior to a few weeks of intense work, during which I was lodged at a bigger international chain hotel that - although more 'luxury' - didn't have the charm or the homeyness of this property. I'd highly recommend it for travelers looking for a more stylish, and more personal, lodging experience in Phnom Penh.

Tugu Lombok: "A place you’ll remember forever"

Review by: osiris m | Source: Trip Advisor
"I've seen quite a few big and luxurious resorts, but I can guarantee that my stay at Tugu Lombok will remain in my mind like one of the most amazings I've ever seen. The beach of the resort is one of the most beautiful white sand beaches I've ever seen, the calm of the resort and the accomodations are amazing, the food is to die for...and the staff is always taking care of you. The villas are simply so beautiful, clean and astonishing that leaving them is quite painful. A paradise on earth."

Satri House: "Colonial splendor a walking distance from the historical center"

Review by: Guildev-Paris | Source: Trip Advisor
Satri House is a charming colonial style hotel in Luang Prabang in a quiet area of the city. It is a walking distance from the historical center and if you wish some bicycles are as well free of charge at your disposal in the hotel. You can just ask for a lock at the reception. The hotel complex is highly elaborated with some charming rooms in the new part of the property in colonial like buildings that look just like they were conceived at the French colonial period. One older building was the official house of the Laos Crown Prince and you can stay there in three suites with antique furnitures. A pond with lotus flowers, many tress give to the place a very romantic touch. A restaurant with a talented Lao female Chef is at your disposal for delicious meals Lao or Western. Breakfast is served there at your convenience. The staff is particularly nice and friendly and will always do their best to assist you. Take time to have a talk with them as they love to practice foreign languages. The managing director is a young european guy who is very welcoming and will help you make your stay unique. Take time to wander around Luang Prabang and enjoy your time in the hotel itself (the place is great for romance ! Keep it in mind)

Reverie Siam Pai: "Glad we stayed here!"

Review by: IrishLemon | Source: Trip Advisor
It was a great place to come back to from busy Pai. Just 5 mins from Main St by free shuttle service. Fabulous room with mountain views, private terrace. Loved the garden setting and pool areas. Excellent varied breakfast is made to order. We had pre-dinner drinks each evening but didn't have dinner there as it was Spanish-Italian food. Was hoping for upscale Thai. They also have a cute shop onsite but it was usually closed with no signage. Lovely staff. Wasn't crazy about a Pai but this hotel made our stay worthwhile.

The Hue House: "Possibly best meal in Vietnam"

Review by: Dominique D | Source: Trip Advisor
Came here on our last night in Vietnam. Hidden gem: the restaurant was a bit hard to find. Didn't quite realise it was a rooftop restaurant, the building it is in looks like an office building and there was no signage at the bottom of the building and cafes next door did not know the place either. Anyways, we found it and were incredibly impressed. All dishes were really good, had a mix of noodle and rice dishes and appetisers, lots of flavour, beautiful tastes. If I'd have to call out one dish: rice pancakes w shrimp were fantastic. Possibly the best meal we have had in our fortnight in Vietnam.

Tugu Malang: "Wonderful stay in a slightly eccentric hotel"

Review by: ozone_warrior | Source: Trip Advisor
"What an experience!! This hotel was perfect, get the best room you can afford - it is so worth it. The hotel is an attraction in its own right, make sure you take the tour to see the VIP suites and function rooms., the bizarre collection of furniture and nick nacks courtesy of the owners. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and all of the trips we took originated from their suggestions and with their help. The piece de resistance is the full day tour to Mt Bromo with waterfall included, organised and accompanied by front desk staff (amazing). Malang itself is a wonderful indonesian city with first rate coffee shops, a great bird market and some lovely streets to walk down. PS(the free afternoon tea is a must)"

Tugu Bali: "Excellent…as always"

Review by: glxtokyo | Source: Trip Advisor
I have been to Tugu Bali many times since 2004 and it maintains a high level of quality with wonderful and friendly staff, great service, gorgeous views, easy access to the beach and very comfortable rooms...will be back!

The Village House: "LOVE IT!"

Review by: AdelaThen | Source: tripadvisor.com
Very romantic and relaxing place. I love the ambience of that place. Staff was very friendly. The place is very isolated and hard to find in the first place. But overall everything was fine and i would love to visit again in the future :)

Flower Island: "Tropical Island Paradise"

Review by: Etienne P | Source: Trip Advisor
My wife and I sent several wonderful days at Flower Island Resort. We made the special trip to see the Jewelmer Golden Pearl Farm on our second day. There we were shown how the oysters are propagated and grown. The crew there showed us the process of grafting oysters(where the bead is inserted in to the gonad) as while as the harvesting of the lustrous Golden Pearls. Our room was very comfortable traditional native hut with modern conveniences such as air conditioning and hot running water. We really enjoyed the wide variety of meals especially the pearl meat salad. There is a trail to a tower at the top of the island that gives you a 360 degree view. Another path takes you all the way around the island in about 35 minutes.
