Is simply perfect. Very well located. Great service. Elegant with style. Delicious breakfasts serve the precious Chinese dishes. Wonderful swimming pool. "We were so pleased with our several day stay at the Tugu Malang. It is located very close to the train station. The hotel is like being in a 'luxurious' museum. We were so enthralled with all of the antiquities and beautifully designed rooms. Even if you don't stay here....pay for the tour....it's completely worth it. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent! There is also a bakery/coffee shop associated with the hotel. Food was wonderful....spiced nicely....varied offerings and prices. The staff treated us like ""family"". Our favorite waitress would have a table saved for us by the pool with our names written on a leaf in silver pen. They think of every detail We recommend taking the time to have their free tea offering in the afternoon. The spa massage was also very relaxing. Have them call you a bicycle tuktuk and cycle around town some evening. Definitely stay here if you have the opportunity! "Tugu Bali: "Restaurant Bale Puputan"
We were looking for a romantic setting for a special meal for our final night in Canggu. We dined at the Bale Puputan restaurant and enjoyed a wonderful rice table served by Sri. Sri looked after us the whole evening and made our experience special. "From start to finish we were made to feel very welcome, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The villa was beautiful, very nicely decorated, the private pool was great. Breakfasts were amazing, brought to our villa at a requested time and laid out on the garden table to enjoy the morning. We were treated to a complimentary massage in the adjoining spa which was very relaxing and free pilates in the mornings was a very enjoyable bonus. The only minor comment would be that a couple of things like bike hire and laundry service seemed needlessly overpriced. "We stayed two nights as part of our trip through Thailand. The food and beverage manager is doing a great job at this hotel. Breakfast a la cart is so much more enjoyable especially when it is prepared to such a high standard..the cocktails were outstanding, comparable with top 5 star hotels in HK. Not much around the hotel but the free shuttle was very reliable. Special thanks to the ladies who served us breakfast and evening drinks/dinner, they were genuinely so friendly and made our stay memorable. Thank you and we hope to return if we pass your way again! "So relieved every time we got back to the hotel from the hot streets of Bangkok. A great experience in comfort and service. Simple breakfast but pretty nice and complete. The Design and atmosphere are de real winners at this place. Location its also a good feature, not down at the center of the City but not to far. "I visited Cabochon with my 9 month old baby when I was travelling with him alone and had the warmest stay on my whole journey. Ten month later I returned together with my husband and son. Nothing had changed. Still, the friendliest care one can ever dream of in a hotel. This hide away makes Bangkok seem calm. I could once again start writing about how I love the interior, the breakfastroom, the food. "Summertime Villa is an oasis of seclusion in one of the most touristy parts of Goa. I can't decide which was my favourite part of my time there... Mornings by the koi fish pond, which I could access from the room I was put up in. Or the afternoons lazing on the deck chair, watching the starlings take quick dips into the water. Or the evening swims in the infinity pool, with the sun setting into a horizon of palm trees.
