We stayed here in May 2014 as a part of our honeymoon. We enjoyed every second. The location is fantastic. We loved the atmosphere and wouldn't change a thing in this place. Time passes and we really miss Bali..Really hope to come back someday!

Chakrabongse Villas: "Just one word: unforgetable"

Review by: Duarte2205 | Source: Trip Advisor
In your next trip to bangkok, don't look no further. It's a small paradise in the middle of this crazy tomorrow. An amazing view to the river with a friendly staff. Just a recommendation: if you would like to have a wonderful dinner by the river you need to book in advance.

Tugu Malang: "Luxurious hotel with impressive staff"

Review by: Sam R | Source: Trip Advisor
"We were so pleased with our several day stay at the Tugu Malang. It is located very close to the train station. The hotel is like being in a 'luxurious' museum. We were so enthralled with all of the antiquities and beautifully designed rooms. Even if you don't stay here....pay for the tour....it's completely worth it. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent! There is also a bakery/coffee shop associated with the hotel. Food was wonderful....spiced nicely....varied offerings and prices. The staff treated us like ""family"". Our favorite waitress would have a table saved for us by the pool with our names written on a leaf in silver pen. They think of every detail We recommend taking the time to have their free tea offering in the afternoon. The spa massage was also very relaxing. Have them call you a bicycle tuktuk and cycle around town some evening. Definitely stay here if you have the opportunity! "

Rachamankha: "Secret Escape"

Review by: Jtung74 | Source: Trip Advisor
"I stayed at the Rachmankha last year and was very impressed. At the end of my stay we decided to enquire about booking the hotel to celebrate my partners birthday for November this year. Since then we have had a lot of email exchange with Wanida. She is always very accommodating and helpful and very quick in responding - we knew we were in good hands. Let me start with the cons of the hotel. It is not a brand new property and some hardware (especially bedroom and bathroom in superior rooms) could benefit from a renovation; the service by the pool could also be a problem sometimes due to language barrier. However those are the only improvement I could think of. The hotel is tucked away on the West side of the old town. It's so peaceful and quiet but you can also walk to any part of the old town easily. Being a small property it has a very intimate and cozy feel to it, and the public area is just stunning - beautiful pool, stunning public lounge and garden and great flower arrangement in the restaurant. Breakfast is a highlight. They had some simple buffet spread of juices, cold cut, bread, yoghurt and fruit, and you can order two items from the a la carte menu. It was a very relaxing experience to have breakfast in the sunny courtyard to start the day. We also had dinners at the hotel. Again the courtyard provides a great set up for a romantic evening thanks to the local Thai music (live instrument) and the decoration of the place. We host a celebration dinner at the courtyard. The team has put in a lot of efforts to make it a memorable evening. The pool area is always nice to spend your day, or just for a dip after a hot day in Chinag Mai or Elephant Nature Park. The hotel does not accept children so the place is quiet. Few of my friends had massages by the pool and they were all happy with the treatment. We were very happy we came back to this lovely hotel and in fact few of us are already planning for our next trip. I have stayed at so many hotels globally, but Rachmankha is just a special place."

Neeleshwar Hermitage: "A resort well deserving a mention on trip advisor"

Review by: James N | Source: Trip Advisor
"Excellent staff lead by a very competent manager who made an effort to speak to guests at breakfast. It gave an opportunity to voice any outstanding issues in person( not that there was any ) Fine breakfast esp Indian food. Appam (indian pancake ) was made on request. Rooms were very clean well looked after . Every evening the room was turned over , mosquito coils set up and water and a bottle of local drink provided. The ambience was of a rural setting with soft lighting to guide us at night to our cottages. Tastefully decorated to a high standard. The landscaping was very appealing. Fine clean clear blue open air swimming pool that was just right for cooling off and swimming. The waiter service was infallible . Very polite English speaking staff made it all the more delightful. Very good avurvedic treatment with in house doctor for advise. In house tailor who can complete a shirt in lass than 24 hrs. Security was good day and night as I found out when walking alone by the beach. Crows are regular visitors at breakfast time and by the swimming pool. But well kept out the guests tables by a very astute guard who used a special technique to scare them away without any harm . The sandy beach is very hot to sun bathe . The sea water is a little unclear but warm and safe to swim. Sometimes the waves can be bigger than usual and hotel uses coloured flags to inform the safety condition of sea to guests. A few go to swim as most stay by the pool. This is a hotel worth a visit . Recommend at least a week for peace and sanity ! Room Tip: Facing the sea single cottage"

Nimmu House: "A hidden gem in Leh, Ladakh"

Review by: Gel1791 | Source: Trip Advisor
If you expect the international standards of 4 or 5 stars international hotel chains, don't waste your time. You go to the Nimmu House for plenty other reasons. Of course you are in a unique historical buildings and the garden is marvellous. But there is more. A lot more. In In this small boutique hotel, you are real guest! The house is charming, the organic food coming straight from the neighbours around, is outstanding, and if you have a special request, the helpful staff and management is always there. You don't see them that much because they secure your privacy. But when you need them, there are there with an appropriate solution. This place has a secret charm.

Villa Song Saigon: "Excellent Stay"

Review by: gauravsethi78 | Source: Trip Advisor
Beautiful property, very hospitable staff, outstanding views, thoughtful service, good facilities and food. And a great spa. Just what a hotel should be but very few achieve. Worth coming to Saigon if only to check in here. The manager is a guest's delight. Thank you.

Villa Song Saigon: "Beautiful hotel in a peaceful setting"

Review by: rocky-mtn-way | Source: Trip Advisor
"This may be the nicest hotel we have ever visited, and we have stayed at many special places around the world. The property is beautifully sited on the riverbank and the rooms are spectacular! Our room had a separate sitting area with an amazing bathroom and balcony overlooking the river. The staff was extremely helpful. We dined at the restaurant which was also amazing. Room Tip: River front rooms are amazing"

Rachamankha: "Secret Retreats"

Review by: D J | Source: tripadvisor.com
We are so glad choosed Rachamankha for our stay in Chiang Mai, such a elegant and heritage hotel. When arrived hotel, at first sight we thought we are passing by a temple, but its the hotel!!  Just from the entrance we have been wowed.  Architecturally is fusion of Thai and Chinese. Along the way we can see the landscape such as pine tree obviously growth in a chinese aesthetics way and the architectural pattern similar like Chinese quadrangle courtyard(四合院), but just a turn to another way, we can clearly recognize stong feature of northern thai style, and both are combined harmoniously. Many pantings and art collection you can find anywhere in the hotel, further more above the restautant there is a gallery of the owner. Room was smaller than what I expect, but nicely decorated with chinaware, very classic wardrobe, made me feel pass through to acient, just can't stop take photo of it. Superior room only provide standing shower and its fixed shower head which I feel a bit out dated, amenities is excllent, my partner love the smell made from thai herbs. I will definetly return to Rachamankha when next visit to Chiang Mai, and recommend to my family and friends.
