The Apsara Rive Droite: "Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis"
Stock buchen"Le Calao: "Great place and great wines selection"
Went for dinner; I was impressed with the wines selection they have on the list and the food is amazing; so clean and taste is very good. Surely will be back for the dinner and wineVILLA SONG SAIGON: "Sanctuary by the Saigon River"
"This is an outstanding hotel. Beautifully refurbished former French colonial mansion with about 25 rooms. We stayed in a Sanctuary room on the top floor. High quality dining at tables beside the Saigon river. Rooms are beautifully decorated with every facility. Loved the TV that rotated 360. The hotel's own speedboat runs a shuttle service to the city centre. Staff excellent. Attention to detail (eg anti mossy spray on dining tables) My wife had a birthday while we were there. Bouquet of flowers and special cake unsolicited. "Tugu Bali: "World Class Service, Tranquility in Paradise"
"We traveled to Bali last month to celebrate our anniversary and chose Tugu for it's authenticity and location within Bali. And, we were blown away by the level of service that Jenny and the amazing staff provided. The natural beauty of the property and the genuine hospitality of the Balinese people were far above our expectations. Tugu is an excellent choice for an authentic experience that is in one of the best spots in Bali for beaches, surfing, yoga, anything. Not nearly as crowded in Canggu as in other parts of the country. Additionally, we had a bad experience with the airlines on the way in to Bali and my wife was missing her luggage for days. The amazing team working the front desk went above and beyond calling the airport, arranging transportation and ultimately helping us her our luggage back. Thank you Tugu for a memorable stay, we will be back one day soon! Mark and Amber"Talabgaon Castle: "Nice hotel with AMAZING hospitality"
"Well, it was a long weekend break, and the wife and I didn't want to miss the opportunity to do 2 things - 1. Visit Bhangarh Fort - which is rated the most haunted place in India 2. Unwind and do practically nothing - as our work schedules are quite hectic On our way from Gurgaon, we covered Bhangarh Fort which is little detour off the route to Lalsot, then carried onto our final destination - Talabgaon Heritage Resort. The road till Lalsot Via Manoharpur - Dausa is quite good, with less traffic and we managed to cover the 290 Kms in about 5 hours. However, on the way back we took the Alwar route, road again is very good however the traffic on this road is more, hence took about 6 hours to reach. The resort is well off the grid, so basically nothing to do but relax at the hotel once there. This is made easy by the fact that the property is quite huge, very well maintained, the staff is ever so polite and eager to help, cleanliness is well taken care of and the food is simply AWESOME !! Dinner was by the pool side both nights, which was a nice arrangement with an army of staff standing by to force feed you :) Mr Narindra Mitra, the GM at the hotel, definitely deserves special mention for making sure we have a pleasant stay and managing the entire hotel/staff so well. Will definitely visit here during my next road trip maybe later this year. Couple of things which readers should be aware of while visiting the place - 1. There is no 4G/3G here for sure, so forget your laptop/ iPad at home and maybe tell the Airtel woman to come down here and do her crappy advertisement :) 2. Wi-Fi wasn't working throughout our stay due to some issue 3. Pool isn't really something to write home about and can be best avoided (The Management should make an investment and get this fixed)"Villa Song Saigon: "Great stay– lived up to the hype"
"We were happy to leave our original hotel in district one and book a last minute two nights at Villa Song. The area has a few great spots for eating and shopping (Dolphy for coffee and Banh Mi 362). It's about a 20 minute walk into the heart of things but we really enjoyed the scenery and slower place of things. It was a really nice contrast from district one and the tourist zone. The hotel is beautiful, on a river, and the boat ride is a great alternative to viewing the rapidly expanding city of Saigon. The cab ride back home later at night was $7-8. Easy! We'd head in on the 11:30 AM boat, do touristy stuff, take a later boat back to the hotel, and then go back out later on the 6 pm boat and cab back to the hotel later. It was not too inconvenient and it was very worth it to not feel the stress of getting run over by a motorbike for a solid few hours. Also, the pool! So much more serene, private and clean than the rooftop pools in HCMC. Also, there are only 23 rooms in the hotel, so you're not fighting for pool space. The service was fantastic, as was the food. Vietnamese breakfast options were the bomb. We loved the braised beef and egg noodle soup and the chicken congee. Great fresh squeezed OJ. Stay here!"Cuisine Wat Damnak: "French class comes to Khmer cooking"
We had a wonderful night at Cuisine Wat Damnak. The owner greeted us personally at the door and we had a brief conversation in Khmer. The food was exquisite and there was a choice of two degustation menus. In truth it was hard to choose because they were both so good. Great quality food and great value. Highly recommended.Noel Rodrigo’s Leopard Safaris: "Amazing experience"
"I had a very enjoyable experience on my two night stay at Noel Rodrigo's Leopard Safaris. The accommodations were great and the food was wonderful. The team was very friendly and the guides very knowledgeable. The team takes care of every detail of the stay so I didn't have to worry about anything. After every game drive, the staff was waiting to greet us with fresh cool towels and water. Overall, a wonderful and amazing experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for adventure without compromising on comfort."Cuisine Wat Damnak: "Sensational"
Absolutely sensational cambodain cuisine: the food, the service and the atmosphere make this our favorite on our three weeks trip thru Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. Two set menus and if you don't like something, they will adapt. The ( Frecnh) owner couple is incredibly talented, friendly and helpful. He cooks and she is attenting the tables. The food is excellent and creative with local fresh ingredients. Tip: make a reservation at least two weeks ahaed and if you did not, call within one hour of you going, you might get lucky!Mrauk U Princess Resort: "Village Houses"
your room will be one of the 23 spacious traditionally inspired and locally constructed wood frame and thatch village houses. It is quite an experience, very quite, close to the river where you can arrive by boat. Good restaurant and perfect service. we can recommend this unique place.
