Supanniga Cruise: "An Amazing Way to See Bangkok"
If you'd like to see Bangkok's river (Chao Praya) with a touch of class then this is the cruise for you. The Supanniga is a smaller yet more upmarket vessel. Excellent and friendly wait staff, and a delicious six course meal complimented by downtempo jazzy soundscape offers the classiest and most relaxing way to see a side of Bangkok you won't soon forget.Nimmu House: "A really nice change of pace"
Most people spend their first night in Ladakh in Leh (the site of the airport) which is fine, but another- and arguably better- option is to drive one hour west to the village of Nimmu near the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers, and stay at the wonderful Nimmu House. I stayed in one of the excellent and comfortable tents, which were both spacious and quiet (unlike Leh). The food was really good, especially the lemon chicken which was absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly, and the only improvements I could suggest would be some better grounds maintenance. I would definitely stay here again!Tugu Bali: "Amazing Experience. I love the TUGU!"
"I had a wonderful time during my short stay last week at Tugu Bali. When I return to, I'll certainly be staying again, and this time longer. Tugu Bali a beautiful and authentic hotel with a wonderful staff. I was traveling alone on this trip and I was truly sad my wife didn't get to experience this special hotel with me. From amazing breakfast to even better sunsets, if you're headed to Canggu Bali you want to go here. The experience was truly exceptional and one I will take with me forever... or at least until I return to Tugu."Maison Polanka: "Nirvana"
Idyllic traditional Cambodian house nestled in a stunning garden in the backstreets of Siem Reap. Staff were charming and efficient and always ready with cold face towels after sweaty trips to the temples. Absolute peaceful place with no TV or ambient music, just the chirping of cicadasBabe: "Ludicrous name but delicious food"
Visited here with colleagues to celebrate the end of a tough project. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the tasting menu - it was very sophisticated! The view is also something to behold as well. It was pricy, but it’s not everyday you get to eat such good quality food, while looking at Kuala Lumpur in the distance.Cuisine Wat Damnak: "Value for Money"
"One of the most important thing for us when traveling is to have a nice dinner that feature the local cuisine and fresh produce. This restaurant did just that. Local cuisine done right with modern techniques. I believe some reviewers gave a lower rating because they did not take the full 6-course menu, of which the missing course is one of the best. USD31 for 6-course degustation menu that is executed to perfection, is definitely value for money. Thumbs up and we will definitely come again. Remember to make reservation."Reverie Siam: "Gem"
"This place is simply put great. Very much enjoyed the open/ lofty lobby and restaurant with a more tapas style cuisine and a really decent wine selection. Check the daily specials that are not on the menu. Very friendly staff. Live music at night or jazz through sound system. Rooms/houses are comfy, the outdoor space nicely done. Pool uses no chlorine, consequently the water looks greenish but your eyes don't burn after a swim. Would certainly come back again."Muang La Lodge: "Unforgettable!"
"Our 3 nights in this timeless place were absolutely fantastic! The place is magic. The staff is incredibly professional and attentive and services went over our expectations. Breakfast is absolutely gorgeous. Croissant, Pain au Chocolat, Bread, Eggs, Homemade Jam, Fresh fruits...we enjoyed everything! The lunch is also very good. Simple and very tasteful dishes. Dinner is a bit more fancy. The taste and the presentation were much more subtle. You should try their cocktails! Especially one made with passion fruit, basil and Lao Lao, a traditional alcohol. We really enjoyed the food and the service. For our last dinner they even prepared an isolated table just for us! Thank you again for this very kind attention! The room was very clean and well furnished. The view on the river was very pleasant! We were very impressed by the discretion and level of professionalism of the housekeeping team. The swimming pool and the pool bar has been the place where we were spending our last minutes of sun everyday. Definitely a place where we were astonished by the beauty of the scenery. In short, our experience has been much more surprising than expected...This place made us aware of the incredible moments we were living. Priceless."Reverie Siam Pai: "Beautiful hotel with real character"
This is the best hotel in Pai. It's a little way out of the centre but they do have a cute little shuttle which is more like a glorified golf buggy. The whole place is designed beautifully with a theme of 1920's jazz era, and this is executed really well. It's got real soul. It's a lovely place to hang out, rooms are large, bathrooms are huge, pool is great and the views are divine.Flower Island: "A Great Place To Relax"
"I have been to Flower Island a few times and I am always ready to return. The people are very friendly and hospitable and the beaches are among the best I have been to. If you really want to get away from it all and pull up a recliner and read a book surrounded by endless views this is your place. Stayed October 2015, traveled as a couple"
