David’s Kitchen: "Simply The Best in Chiang Mai"
"Its difficult to add to the already outstanding reviews of this restaurant. But I shall try: David has obviously devoted his life to this project and it is for him a lot more than a business. The menu has so many interesting, original dishes that it took us a while to even make a choice. Everything we chose was cooked to perfection, including the prawn ravioli in lobster sauce and the gnocchi with mushroom cream. Ultimately, what makes any restaurant special is not just the food but the entire experience; the ambience (smart but refreshingly relaxed), decor, staff attitude, efficiency, etc.. This is where David's kitchen excels because the attention to detail is apparent in every aspect. His passion for this restaurant is infectious. You can feel it when you chat to him, on the radiant faces of his staff and in the excellent reviews written by numerous customers. The prices are higher than average for Chiang Mai but this establishment is unique in this city and represents excellent value. A restaurant of this calibre would cost much more in Europe or the US. My daughter chose to celebrate her 18th birthday here. Thank you to David and his team for making it such a memorable evening for us. Highly recommended without hesitation."Supanniga Eating Room: "Best view and yummy food"
We booked the table on the email roughly one month before the event. We get the nice table and the food was so fantastically nice, well blend and so smooth. We were so impressed and amused by the view of Arun temple. The price is nice and we get quite satisfy with all!!!The Island Lodge: "Lovely and relaxing stay"
"Nice little lodge on a island in the Mekong delta. We stayed in a river view room, nice big room, very clean, comfy bed, Moskito net wasn’t really tight. Beautiful view of the river, very calming. The staff is very friendly and attentive the food is great. We liked the way the breakfast was served: you can order as much as you want, so everything is prepared fresh and the usual mess and waste of a buffet is avoided. Works very well for a hotel of this size. The hotel is popular with families, so it could get noisy. We didn’t have a problem during our short stay."Villa Song Saigon: "Brilliant"
Stayed for two nights at the beginning of a two-week trip through Vietnam, and it couldn't have been a better start. The hotel and its location are spectacular. Nice airy room with a small balcony overlooking the river. Amazing staff, fantastic breakfasts and lovely dinners right by the riverside. The shuttle boat drops you off right downtown and picks you up again. Absolutely perfect!Pindaya Farm House: "Fantastic"
It was our last day in Myanmar just before flying to Yangoon and back home. It was exactly the place we were looking for after visiting and staying at different hotels around Myanmar. The location and the big hut are magical, look and feel as if inside a legend. The warm hospitality and the great food made us feel at home. unfortunately we stayed there 1 night only. Could stay there for a week.
Stayed January 2017, traveled as a couple"The Twelve Hotel: "Feel like home!"
It’s a beautiful and peaceful hotel with lovely staff which is located on Sukhumvit road. I love the area and neighborhood. It makes me feel very relax and comfortable. I will definitely come back here again.FLOWER ISLAND: "Your own Island Paradise"
"You will really feel you own the Island, serene, quiet, and picturesque, you will really have a perfect time here to soul search, perfect also for a romantic honeymoon! No hassle, food, transfers and tours can be arranged by the resort management. Plus! There is a lovely dog in the resort named Amber that will greet you as soon as you dock in the island! "Maison Polanka: "Maison Polanka a Haven"
Amazing experience in this Haven!!it is really a right decision to stay in Maison Polanka,,,,really the best Haven in Angkor!!!best Hotel ever,,,,!!surely will be comin back with my fam and friends!!excellent service and amazingly beautiful!!Le Du Wine Bar & Restaurant: "Great dining experience"
A great dining experience with a good degustation menu - a unique Thai-influenced menu with great wine pairings. Sadly located in a hidden back lane in the city. I had trouble trying to locate the place and found my way walking there a little unsafe.
