Villa Song Saigon: "Perfect River Side Restaurant"

Review by: Hank K | Source: Trip Advisor
The river is just beside the dinning area. The building, I feel there's a french romance in it. I found so many corners of it can make good seats. With some drinks and nice food, I had a perfect afternoon here!

Golden Buddha Beach Resort: "Very lovely hideout"

Review by: AlbrechtFischer | Source: Trip Advisor
Beautiful place - if you go there, you never want to leave.... amazing food, great yoga lessons, very friendly staff, excellent food, nice spa. Like Thailand was 30 years ago but better. If you want internet in your room, buy a prepaid card at the airport, wifi only in at the restaurant. Be aware of the monkeys!

What a wonderful place. The rooms are fantastic, cooking excellent and the staff are just brilliant. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed, attentive service, the fantastic views from the room. The concept of the hotel is perfectly executed, a joy.

Amata Lanna: "So happy we stayed here"

Review by: Wanda S | Source: Trip Advisor
I went for a walk alone and felt quite comfortable. My husband and I walked to a restaurant for lunch. We also could walk to dinner one night very convenient location. I can't say enough about the staff, always smiling! I would stay here again.

CHAKRABONGSE VILLAS: "A palace"

Review by: Globetr0ttingG0urme | Source: tripadvisor.com
It's not often you get to stay in a real palace. And the Traditional Thai teak sala hotel rooms on its palace grounds are unique and remarkable. Our room fronted the Chao Praya river, and candidly, our private lanai/patio was double the size of most hotel rooms these days. Not cheap, but an experience. And perfect for that very very special celebration Best of all, Tatien district, which is behind the royal palace and Wat Po, is experiencing a revival with new eateries, things to do and trendy hotels. We loved the Museum Siam directly across from Chakrabongse Villas, and the River Books bookstore o hotel premises. Don't miss nearby Err restaurant, traditional Thai from the folks that gave us bo.lan.

Sukoon Houseboat: "Wonderful stay"

Review by: llewellynroger | Source: tripadvisor.com
"We had 4 nights on this beautiful houseboat and it was everything we had hoped for. Its position is on a quieter part of the lake with amazing views. The staff are charming and attentive, the rooms are well appointed and comfortable with large bathrooms. The food is good, vegetarians are catered for. The large sun deck has comfortable chairs to enjoy the view, and we also had breakfast and lunch there. Free wifi in the public areas. Our stay was over far too soon, wish we could have stayed longer!"

The Island Lodge: "The Island Lodge is an Island Dream, in the coconut Kingdom"

Review by: Alizee S | Source: tripadvisor.com

Don't hesitate to try the fusion cuisine, and enjoy the swimming pool area with a authentic via on the river mekong and its endless boat ballet, ride motorbike or bicycle in the coconut islands ... An home grown & authentic trip in the Mekong Delta!!!

SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "A beautiful restaurant"

Review by: Kerensa2014 | Source: Trip Advisor
"I only managed to try the top 2 recommended restaurants in Yangon - Seeds and Le Planteur and have to say that Seeds is number 1 for good reasons. Everything in this restaurant is beautiful - the food, decor and grounds which fronts the lake with lotus flowers. It’s perhaps better to come before night falls in order to fully appreciate the surroundings. The place is a little difficult to find and signage not very prominent so do ensure that your driver knows it before you set off. Food is gorgeous and the service is good and staff cheerful. If you only time to visit one restaurant in Yangon, make it this one."
