Nimmu House: "静かな村にあるホテル"
"レーの中心から車で1時間ほどの静かな村にあります。 スタッフの方の温かいホスピタリティーに感動しました。家族のようなアットホームのような感じです。 庭でランチ、ディナーをすることもでき、流れる小川やハンモック、部屋、村の散歩でゆっくりとした時間をすごすことができます。 ホテルで村内観光、ヨガ、料理教室も楽しめるようです。 デリーから1時間半でレーに到着できるので、リフレッシュに訪れるのもいいかと思います。"Rachamankha: "A perfect oasis in the city"
It is everything that all the positive reviews have been about. The perfect getaway for someone who needs a beautiful ambience, and oh so different from the cookie cutter chains with their flashy marble foyers and crystal chandeliers. Truly a boutique hotel. Small enough for personal service but large enough to provide all the comforts needed. A beautifully maintained garden, extremely tasteful. A credit to the owners who I gather live within the compound. Incidentally it is well located, within the old walled city. Highly recommended.Dewakan: "interesting restaurant"
Restaurant trying to create not replicate. very refreshing, very affordable as its set in an educational building.Nimmu House: "Beautiful hotel with friendly staff"
"The best place I have stayed in India in 4 months! The hotel is situated about 40 minutes from Leh and represents the nature of the area very well, while accommodating tourists in pleasant comfort. This means that it is very stylish designed, both modern and authentic. Also the place is surrounded by local people and even cows. The rooms came with all comfort and you can see that the staff puts in some extra effort to make it super comfortable. Food cooked is very special and delicious. There is plenty to discover in the surrounding area."Tugu Bali: "Fantastic hotel with lovely staff!"
We had a lovely stay at Tugu hotel Bali due to the special atmosphere of the hotel, which is actually a small museum of Indonesian art and history. The lovely staff of the hotel made us feel at home and they bring hospitality to the next level. We enjoyed the lush breakfast, which you can have at any time and place you like. Every Thursday night the hotel has a cultural evening, which is a must see with spectacular dancing. Next to the hotel is the Japanse restaurant Ji, which is great for diner or cocktails. At least you should have a look inside as there is an actual temple in the restaurant. Canggu itself is developing fast and new hotels are build in the area, Tugu hotel is gracefully adjusting to the new surroundings and can hopefully capture the unique atmosphere of the hotel in the future. Next time we visit Bali, we will definitely stay at Tugu hotel again!Pindaya Farm House: "Very good"
Our 2-day stay at the Pindaya Farm House (formerly Thahara Pindaya) was really wonderful. The hosts, Aye Aye, Ko Yangon and their staff took very good care of us. Our room was very nice, the food home cooked and very tasty, and the sightseeing recommendations very helpful. We visited of course the famous Pindaya Caves, but after we had come back from the about 1.5 hrs easy trek (round trip) to the green tea plantations on the same mountain (we recommend the trek!). Shan paper making was another very nice stop. Our hosts took us to a weaver in a local village, away from the tourist area, simple but kind of a hidden gem. Thank you very much to our hosts and Aye Aye's sister for the wonderful stay we had at their guest house.Cuca: "Fun and creative food"
"Our party of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) came for dinner. We were a bit surprised that they had a kids menu. The kids really enjoyed their meals, although the portions were pretty tiny for 10-12 yr olds. We had some really fun cocktails including a tropical sangria and lime mojito. They started us with a taste of cotton candy coated with spices. We ordered a bunch of tapas to share including -mushroom fritters which were really good, I would get this again. -baked scallop w/mashed cauliflower: tasty and creamy cauliflower went really well with the scallop, I'd get this again. -roasted pork bun with pickled cabbage; good but definitely but definitely not the best (Momofuku) -smoked butterfish w beetroot cream- nice smokey flavor, solid dish -honey baked pumpkin salad w crunchy granola, a signature dish which was surprisingly good. I enjoyed the crunchy granola w the pumpkin -crispy fried chicken, pretty good and tasty but nothing that special -bbq octopus was ok -marinated pulled pork w soft boiled egg was ok, flavors were ok but not spectacular, wouldn't get this again. -clay pot mushroom rice was good with lots of mushrooms, portion was a bit small. -dessert cocoa99 was really yummy, warm chocolate w mint ice cream and cocoa croutons- I love mint & chocolate so this was great for me. -caramel apple w black pepper ice cream- ice cream was very interesting. Overall we had a really fun meal. Service was great, they were really friendly and nice. It was great to come in a big group to get to try a lot of different dishes. I would recommend Cuca for a nice meal out in Jimbaran."Tugu Malang: "Just love it"
"I stayed here before as tourist, this time for business. Both times were great! The atmosphere is magic, the restaurant is outstanding, the staff unbeatable. Rooms very authentic and comfortable. The old time odor and grandeur is all over the place, like it! They have a nice pool as well in case you travel with kids."Rachamankha: "Beautiful retreat!"
This hotel is a beautifully designed tranquil retreat situated within the old city walls of Chaing Mai. When I say beautifully designed, I mean exceptional to the extent that you can sit outside in the court yard and feel inspired by the tranquil beauty of the traditional dark wood roof, the columns and the traditional furniture designs. The only aspects which very mildly let the hotel down is the ceiling of the bathroom is white cork tiles similar to an office toilet from the 1990s. Also the shower head is about 10 years out of date, still works, it just hasn't got the the spread of any modern shower head. These are minuscule issues to point out but it's due to the rest of the hotel being so beautiful. If they did iron out these small aspects & revamp the rooms a little, then this hotel would be in line with others that cost 4 times the price. Tranquil, Beautiful & Relaxing. Escapism. A*****Pindaya Farm House: "A charming farmhouse"
Unlike many popular and expensive hotels in Myanmar with extravagant yet very poor in taste decorations, Pindaya farmhouse stands out with cozy and warm ambience. No TV, no hot shower but that’s ok... it’s more natural that way... It fits exactly for people who look for different tastes when they travel. Farm hosts are not only extremely hospitable, but very good in making meals. We are treated with beautiful breakfast of variety of farm grown fruits & Shan noodle. It’s almost like visiting a friend’s house for a night. It was during high festive season in Myanmar of Lighting Thadingyut festival when I was there. Many people make lanterns out of local Shan paper. Night sky was filled with floating paper lanterns. I can’t express how much I enjoyed staying there for a night. I wished I had more time to stay there a bit longer to do some cycling among those beautiful valleys, canola fields and wine yards. Needless to say how pleasant highland weather was. It was a memorable stay, it was an instant love and joy.
