satri house: "A jewel"
Lovely colonial property with modern facilities. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Interesting rooms and common areas with beautiful antiques. Nice pool and garden, which makes this a perfect oasis to relax. Excellent food, too.Cuisine Wat Damnak: "Elegant food and service"
"My wife and I enjoyed a dinner here as part of our honeymoon this week. I had the 6 course vegetarian menu, and my wife had one of the six course omnivorous options (including a frogs legs option!). All courses were simply superb. Beautiful balanced flavours were supported by technical flair. Service was perfect, warm yet unobtrusive. The decor was subtle and the atmosphere calm. Truly, this was one of the best meals I have ever enjoyed. Thank you!"The Cabochon Hotel: "Bangkok’s Finest Boutique Hotel"
Every time I visit Bangkok, Cabochon is my accommodation choice. In fact, I've stayed there five times. And each time, the experience was better than the last. I love the old world charm, chic colonial decor, delicious breakfast, and warm and sincere service. Its restaurant Thai Lao Yeh serves good Isan inspired cuisine. The shaved ice desserts are to diet for. The location is convenient, just 10 mins walk to Bangkok's newest mall EMQuartier. The very hip Sing Sing Theatre is a stone's throw away. Cabochon is a must stay if you love original non-cookie cutter hotels. I'll definitely be back!Cuca: "delicious tapas"
amazing dishes, very creative. i really liked this place. it´s in jimbaran area and has a huge garden.Tugu Lombok: "Peaceful and wonderful view"
"I was there 2 weeks ago for arranging dinner for the high level event. we couldn't stay there since the capacity of the rooms are not enough for all the participant. This hotel is proper location for those whose expecting peaceful environment. The food were delicious, the staff were so nice. And the facility was quite complete. At night, the lighting of the roof was so amazing, on the first sight I though it was cumulus. No it's because of the lighting to the statue on the roof."Tugu Bali: "4 day get away"
Very surprising when approached from the road- one would not expect the interior or reception that you are greeted with - the antiques / pictures / statues dotted around are quite fascinating - the staff are more than willing to enlighten you on the history and ethos of the owner.Supanniga Eating Room: "Great Thai"
Recommended by a Thai friend. The food was excellent. Great service as well. The restaurant was full on a Tuesday night, you have to book. At least a dozen people came while we were eating and had to leave, because it was fully booked. My husband prefers his food not too spicy and they accommodate him. All the dishes we tried were excellent! Very good value and nice atmosphere.Tugu Lombok: "Paradiso"
This place stunned me. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. The staff was great and very helpful. Every single thing I ate at the resort was a total culinary pleasure. Breakfast on the beach, candlelit dinner on the rooftop, fresh juice by the pool. We went in the down season and it meant that we felt basically alone. Our room and private pool were so enchanting and the recovered and traditional artwork all over the resort really makes this place something special. Probably one of my favourite places I've ever stayed if you just want to escape. There is also a number of interesting things to do around the resort like visiting the Gili Islands or the volcano. A++Satri House: "Outstanding hotel"
"Everything was impeccably done, from the service to the decor to the food. The hotel itself is stunning, and every nook and cranny is perfectly curated- it must be an interior designer's dream. Everyone who worked at the hotel, from the front desk staff to the manager, were incredibly gracious and welcoming. Truly one of the most incredible places I've seen, or could even imagine seeing. Stayed March 2017, traveled as a couple"Tugu Lombok: "A magical place with beauty in every step"
"The hotel is beautiful, with lot of different areas to explore, relax and even work. All the areas are decorated with elegance, full of art objects. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was amazing with open air area. The hotel staff is very kind, you feel pampered every minute. "Travel Asia with Secret Retreats
