Pindaya Farm House: "Fantastic"

Review by: Alon-WalkInnIsrael | Source: Trip Advisor
It was our last day in Myanmar just before flying to Yangoon and back home. It was exactly the place we were looking for after visiting and staying at different hotels around Myanmar. The location and the big hut are magical, look and feel as if inside a legend. The warm hospitality and the great food made us feel at home. unfortunately we stayed there 1 night only. Could stay there for a week.

Rahai'i Pangun Wildlife River Cruises: "a dive in pure nature"

Review by: Asiadvisor001 | Source: Trip Advisor
"AMAZING! this is the feeling when you are on the beautiful Sekonyer Boat by Wow Borneo. In the middle of the jungle, with its humidity, light, sounds, colors, yet you feel comfortable on the boat, pampered by the crew... from food, to attentions ... and their eyes are so used to spot any animals that we managed to see orangutans, crocodiles, many birds and moneys, irrawaddy dolphins..."

Tugu Lombok: "A place where time stops and moments are created"

Review by: mentkapto | Source: Trip Advisor
"It was our first time in Lombok and after spending a week in Bali we couldn’t be happier with the place. We arrived to Tugu Lombok early in the morning and we were welcomed with a refreshing Natural Juice just before the staff showed us the way to our Villa. After passing through our entrance garden we opened the door to our room. It was impressive. The huge and comfortable bed in the middle of the room was just waiting for me! As I lay in the bed I notice that just in front of me is a beautiful private pool and few meters after the sea! The room was amazing with a lovely open air shower but was made me fall in love for this place was the outdoor area and facilities. The clear blue water was perfect for a swim and the hotel provided us with a complimentary Kayak and Stand up board so we could go explore the waters. Less than 100 meters from the white sand there’s a beautiful reef. It was the first time my girlfriend snorkeled and she absolutely loved it! Seeing so many colorful fishes so close to the beach was something we won’t be forgetting anytime soon. We had our daily breakfast served at the beach . The fresh fruit and the local coffee got me and the scrambled eggs were done to perfection. and even though we wanted to go explore the island we felt so good in the hotel grounds that we barely left Tugu during our stay. The main swimming pool is also a great spot to relax and we got to burn some calories from breakfast by playing Volleyball in the beach area. The design of the dining hall was impressive featuring traditional statues and a gigantic statue of a rooster on the roof. Every corner of the hotel is filled with pieces of Indonesian history. The hardest part of our stay was to leave. It seriously felt like we have stopped in time and lived a dream . Hope to be able to come back next year and live a bit more of our Indonesian dream."

Talabgaon Castle: "Perfect place to wind down between busy cities"

Review by: Julia R | Source: Trip Advisor
"To sum it up briefly this place is amazing. It is a very serene, quiet place for relaxing between the hustle bustle of the cities. You'll fall in love with this place. You won't be disappointed. Do not miss the opportunity to stay at this pristine palace. Our one night stay at the castle was exquisitely delightful. The staff greeted us with hot towels and lemon water to drink. As well as beautifully smelling flower necklaces. They showed us to our room which was tidy and supplied with bottled water and biscuits. Then they brought warm tea. We were given a menu to choose our dinner selection and we were astonished by how delicious the food was. They have an organic garden on the grounds from which they get their vegetables and they were spectacular. The chef preparations of the food were so delicious that words cannot capture how much we enjoyed the supper. In the morning we were greeted by a continental breakfast, but then they began to bring out all of the hot selections from omelettes to traditional Indian fixings. I was upset with myself for eating fresh fruit and yogurt because I wished I had more room for all the delicious breakfast selections. When you first arrive you know youre staying in a special place because you notice the castle walls as you are driving through a small village. You pass through a large traditional gate to an open area where the driveway is and there's another smaller traditional gate to enter the grounds where you can see the beautiful 200 year old structure. The grounds and castle itself are beautifully done, clean and modernized. We were provided bottled water in our room and at dinner. The bathroom was marble and glass with no shortage of hot water. The bed was large and luxurious with very clean linens. There was also a big flat screen television. There are many seating rooms and a Polo bar room. There is a large swimming pool behind the main building. We were given the opportunity to participate in a camel cart or jeep safari ride the next morning and we chose the jeep. We were able to see beautiful birds and local friendly people. You drive through these tiny, minuscule towns and the people are so delighted to see you. Because 'guests are gold' in this part of the world we were invited in for tea and Palau. Unfortunately we were not able to accept their request as our guide said we must go as we were on a stringent time schedule to leave for agra. I wish we had stayed for longer and we're able to become more acquainted with these friendly people. This place is a little out of the way, but worth it in every aspect. The food, the staff, the accomdations, the villagers, the history of the facility. You'll not want to leave and you'll be eager to retuen.great place for romantics, adventurers, or those looking for relaxation during a busy trip in india. Stayed January 2017, traveled with friends"

Maison Polanka: "A thoroughly great, homey, unique, and all around enjoyable place to stay"

Review by: tencentstamp | Source: Trip Advisor
"I've stayed in a ton of hotels for work and fun, from hostels to five star, and this place really stands out. The fundamentals are there (comfortable bed, A/C, linens, toiletries, quiet, etc.), the services is top-notch, and the grounds are really beautiful and relaxing, but not in a canned resort kind of way. It's a quiet and spacious oasis in the middle of an otherwise busy city. The food is excellent, and I was impressed by the wine list. The ownership seems to have some French influences. Sadly, we didn't have time to try out a massage, but they're very affordable. We used the house bikes to check out the town, which I thought was great, but my husband found bike riding in Siem Reap very stressful."

Golden Buddha Beach Resort: "Paradise for our family vacation in Thailand"

Review by: Jessica M | Source: Trip Advisor
"We stayed at the Golden Buddha in April for 3 nights and my only regret is we weren't there for our entire 2 week vacation. In planning our trip I was non-committal to any one place concerned we would be stuck somewhere that didn't turn out as we expected, but had I only known. Our family of 5, kids aged 13, 11 and 9, stayed in the Baan Lucy which was beachfront and the perfect distance to the clubhouse and the bay. The house was lovely but when we come back, which we are definitely doing, I may look at one of the larger houses that had a bit more sitting/lounging area. We loved staying on the beach with the sunset and the breeze, but the back houses looked lovely as well. The arrival is something our family will never forget. Golden Buddha is not easy to get to and after a 3 hour drive from Phuket and a 90 minute ride on a pretty rough long tail, we pulled into paradise. The bay is great for kids of all ages as well as the grown ups. Pizza bar, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, swimming. It is a great way to spend the day. The beach is also beautiful and swimming is very nice- soft soft sand and great shelling. The food is over the top- very local and authentic but also sophisticated. There are a ton of families at the resort, for good reason, but could possibly be overwhelming for a couple on their honeymoon, although the clubhouse has an upstairs that was more dedicated to adults. Really a top notch resort in an unbelievable location. Almost hate sharing as it seems like a hidden gem in Thailand. Such a great experience after spending time in Bangkok, Railay Beach and Phuket. Stayed April 2017, traveled with family"

David’s Kitchen: "INCREDIBLE"

Review by: Maddie M | Source: Trip Advisor
The experience and food at this restaurant was one of my top highlights in my Southeast Asia trip. David is the most friendly, attentive restaurant owner I've ever met. The food was incredible - I still dream of the gnocchi and pumpkin soup. The service is unmatched. We were greeted with a sign for our table, a rose, and a personal email from David later that night. Most romantic, delicious food - must go!

flower island: "Flower Island: what a dream place to be !"

Review by: Emilio2024 | Source: tripadvisor.com
"Flower Island, a beautiful, serene paradise you do not want to leave, and if you have to do so by the end of your stay, you might have a little tear in your eyes... just beautiful in all respects ! The very friendly, helpful staff, the situation on this untouched island, the absolute beautiful beach, the happy, clean and pleasant ""house"" dog with its 2 puppies, the good food... what can one say more. The Flower Island..almost out of this world. One of the best places I have seen. Anytime again, better sooner then later!"

Tugu Bali: "Most romantic stay ever"

Review by: 564jjj | Source: Trip Advisor
This hotel soothes and satisfies every sense. The breeze flowing through the mostly open air lobby (if you can call this beautiful, former Palace of Harmony a "lobby!") The air lightly scented with jasmine and other growing flowers. The very softly playing gamelon music. The ocean views and sound of waves. The partially open-air stone bathtub and shower with candles and incense. The wonderful food. Enchanting and serene. And if you want to be entertained, head to the beach, which is known for its surfing.
