The Twelve Hotel: "An oasis of calm in the center of Bangkok"

David’s Kitchen: "Exceptional service and attention to detail"

"From the moment we (my husband, adult daughter, friend and myself) were collected from our accommodation, greeted warmly on arrival and chauffeured back to our hotel, our experience at David's Kitchen will be remembered as a highlight of our holiday. The staff were attentive but discreet. David's hospitality was much appreciated as was his advice on matching wines with menu choices. And the meal did not disappoint - exceeded all expectations. The food presentation was only excelled by the amazing flavours and textures of each course. I have no hesitation in recommending David's Kitchen for those visiting Chiang Mai who are looking for a very special dining experience."

Supanniga Cruise: "Best Chao Praya Cruise Ship"

Most of the cruises on Chao Praya river are big boats with chessy music, lousy buffet and full of unpleasant big group tourists. Supanniga has already made its name from their restaurants in the city which drew many sophisticated Bangkokians to the cruise when opened. I had a chance to dine on the cruise. The cruise is small and not crowded. I love the chic and stylish decorations with nice modern music. Food are great. I enjoyed the experience.

Rachamankha: "My favorite"

"My second visit to his wonderful hotel. The rooms are simple and roomy and the building feels like a piece of history. Lovely staff and a great bar. Best gin and tonic in Thailand? The local Thai breakfast option was delicious and interesting. Definitely worth a try as it's so different to what we expect from Western breakfast. Pool is quiet. No kids! Great!"

Cuisine Wat Damnak: "Simply Beautiful Cambodian Food"

Set menu for $28 or $32 which is ridiculously cheap for the standard of food and service. In Sydney where I w]live it would be $100 more. GO

Jing’s Residence: "The best hotel we stayed in China"

"Stopped here for 2 nights during our tour of China. The hotel is in the centre of the walled town. If you arrive during the day no traffic is allowed on the street so you have to walk with your suitcases a short distance. It was the best hotel we stayed in during our China tour. From the welcome where we were met with refreshing tea and honeyed dates, to the the room off a courtyard which was sumptuous and pure luxury, to afternoon tea and the staff who were service personified. We were in room 107. A large luxurious room with separate shower room, a large bed on a raised bed to look like a futon everything was just right. Each afternoon tea was served, a choice of tea with a selection of sweet things and fruit. A chance to sit quietly away from bustle outside and relax. There was a ground floor restaurant and upstairs a bar, lounge and library. The best aspect was the service. From the resident man@ger who clearly kept a tight rein on all that happened to each member of staff it was exemplary. Don’t take the word of those of us who’ve reviewed and been here go yourself it is a brilliant hotel."

Tugu Bali: "A Gem!"

"Hotel Tugu is a peaceful oasis in busy Bali. The hotel is uniquely furnished, more like a museum really. The staff extraordinarily friendly. The rooms, grounds, everything is very clean and well kept. You have a choice of western, traditional Indonesian or the amazing ""power bowl"" breakfast. I also took advantage of the spa services at the hotel - pricey, but not disappointing. This was our first trip to Bali and stop 1 of 4 on the island. We heard but didn't quite understand the beaches aren't clean nor are the streets walkable any great distance. Canggu is no exception to either. However, we were pleased with the selection of eateries walkable from the hotel - we enjoyed Old Man's, Fika, Betelnut. We didn't miss the beach with the hotel's beautiful, refreshing pool. If you are looking for a peaceful or romantic get-away with unique appointments and an exceptional staff with great attention to detail, I highly recommend Hotel Tugu. THE ISLAND LODGE: "A great and cosy place to recharge ones batteries"

"We had a short stay in The Island Lodge from 8th to 10th of April - I can say, a great finding! It made us extend our stay right after the first three hours on Michels premises. For us, since we were looking for a quiet place away from the busy days in Ho Chi Minh City, it was an excellent option. It was a great experience in all aspect. You will find a very idyllic small road leading to the west-end of Thoi Son island followed by a small path guiding to the entrance of the resort. A beautiful, silent place, which was obviously built and choosen by someone paying a lot of attention to details, will appear. Rooms are very clean and harmonic, the staff is extraordinarily friendly and attentive, food and service met our expectations. Overall a very cosy atmosphere - a place to recharge ones batteries :) "

Villa Song: "Asia trip"

My mom really loves this place. And she wants to make reservation here when we come back at Christmas. This place looks like a castle, very charming and I’m overwhelmed. By the way, it’s really expensive

SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "Non plus ultra dinining."

Award winning chef, more than excellent food, highest standard in cooking - dining in a wonderful setting at a peaceful, quiet lake in the middle of the city, high standard in service, very proffessional, friendly and attentive staff. Could not think of a better evening.
