MesaStila: "Serendipity"
As soon as you enter you leave the hectic world behind. Beautiful, tranquil, restful; we've never been anywhere quite like this. Would recommend the plantation tour, afternoon tea and playing croquet on the lawns. All-in-all a fantastic experience and highly recommended.Manda De Laos: "Lovely setting"
What a lovely meal sitting by the huge lily pond all lit up. The food was very good quality. A bit pricier than most restaurants but worth it.Sukoon Houseboat: "Can wait to go back again!"
"I stayed in this beautiful houseboat for 3 nights with my mother. We had the most wonderful time here. + The staffs are very good. They all made sure we have a comfortable stay. Thank you Bashir, Ashiq, Rasheed, Passang & Bela. + The view from the sun deck and the front area is breath taking + The food is yummy. Not spicy and not with too much masala + The rooms are clean and bathroom is big + We had an opportunity to meet the owner of Sukoon. He is such a fine gentleman. It was a pleasure meeting him - The bed is a bit too soft. I realized it only on my last day when I woke up with a stiff back but I guess if you inform them they will take care of it. - wifi is a bit slow but then who needs a wifi if the view is mind blowing We shall be back again very soon with our entire family."Sea Dance Resort: "A beautiful retreat – I want to go back!"
We spent 6 nights at Sea Dance and I honestly could have stayed longer. We had a warm welcome and our deluxe bungalow was spotlessly clean and a good size. We had a quirky bathroom which was attached to the outside of the bungalow which we loved and again spotless. The staff were so welcoming and were all great to have a chat to. It was my birthday and they surprised me with a special breakfast and flowers in my room, its a touch like that you won't find in a bigger resort. The food was exceptional, buffet breakfast and plenty of choices for the evening. We enjoyed the beach too it was very peaceful. You can hire scooters near by to get around. The hotel also has live music, cocktail nights and buffets which were really nice too.Talabgaon Castle: "Travelsphere group"
"Amazing, amazing, first class. Stunning, welcomed on the first day with red carpet, marigold garland and lunch on the lawn. Food fabulous, rooms are gobsmacking, beautiful, like a dream. Staff could not be more welcoming and friendly. Slept like a dream in a fairy tale bedroom. The village before you get there is interesting and the local people and children were waving as we drove by. Loved it. Stayed March 2017, traveled with friends"Supanniga Cruise: "Best Chao Praya Cruise Ship"
Most of the cruises on Chao Praya river are big boats with chessy music, lousy buffet and full of unpleasant big group tourists. Supanniga has already made its name from their restaurants in the city which drew many sophisticated Bangkokians to the cruise when opened. I had a chance to dine on the cruise. The cruise is small and not crowded. I love the chic and stylish decorations with nice modern music. Food are great. I enjoyed the experience.Golden Buddha Beach Resort: "Easter holida"
Our stay at the Golden Buddha Resort was magnificent, truly magical. We knew getting there was going to be a bit of a trek, but it was really worth it. The location by the sea is great, the beach was vast and empty, each tree-house beautifully furnished and our son liked it too (the pool table, the pizzas at the beach-bar and wifi at the clubhouse especially) It's a place to enjoy nature, where you can reflect, breathe and simply live. With a few added bits of luxury the resort had the perfect balance for us. We stayed at Baan Marina which was beautiful, spent most of our days at the resort (close to the beach bar) and the club house in the evening, playing pool, cards or reading after food. The staff were ever so friendly, Massi and Pena were the perfect hosts. If we would recommend anything, it would be good to offer a few alternative dishes in the evening for kids although saying that we thought the chef was really excellent. Breakfast was a treat too! Thanks to everyone at Golden Buddha for the lovely memories, we loved it!Satri House: "Warm and welcoming staff"
Initially a little complicated to understand the various buildings in this lovely garden, but everything was so conveniently located in this beautiful property and lovely garden. It felt very much like a large family house and the staff were gentle, welcoming and very very accommodating. We were lulled into the Loatian mellow style in comfort and beauty.NOEL RODRIGO’S LEOPARD SAFARIS: "Leopard Safaris sure live up to their name!"
"We saw a leopard! What an amazing experience that was. Having slept in one of the most luxurious ""tents"" Ive ever stayed in, we wined and dined under the stars, had our own personal safari with a fantastic guide. He really knew his stuff and we saw beautiful birds and many other creatures. He showed respect to the animals by keeping back and not 'chasing' them in the jeep like we saw others do. The jeep was great fun and comfortable considering the terrain. The food was fantastic as well. Thank you so much for a wonderful morning and night safari and for the fabulous experience of ""glamping"". "Flower Island: "Paradise"
I've been coming back to Flower island this year and have been 5 times. The enchanting island is an amazing setting of nature at its finest. Picture perfect beach, glorious sunsets and rustic luxurious atmosphere untainted by commercialism. The almost private landscape is give you a feeling of owning an island. So many things to do from walking on a path around the island(which takes 40mins), doing the trail up to the islands peak where there is a lounge area and lighthouse, Watershorts activities, island hopping, picnic lunch by the beach and must go south sea pearl farm visit. The simple and healthy gastronomic treat presents the abundance of the sea, salads, fruits etc. I can't forget the unforgettable. memories at the island bar and you can't miss their very own caipirinha. One can't help embrace the sounds of nature as it cradles one to blissful reflections. The most special attraction is the warmth of the staff of the resort where we were all treated like family... a distinct and wonderful setting you can actually call home.
