le passe temps: "Back to human values"

Review by: christel s | Source: tripadvisor.com
"This place is just a little paradise in a busy life time. The hosts are sinceres, human, warm, smiling and dedicated. Their team is their mirror, they make you feel home without being intrusive. A large choice of activities and amenities are offered, you can enjoy the time passes on the beach with book and drink, or a trip in their private boat..... At night you can drink fantastic cocktails and meet your neighbours to share your life, book, movie, emotional experiences. In the ""Passe temps"" the best human behaviors can be rediscovered! "

Jing’s Residence: "Delightful hidden gem"

Review by: Maggie M | Source: Trip Advisor
A very special place, very comfortable, beautiful courtyards and stylish rooms and lots of little extras. We ate in both nights and food was very good. The staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was varied and good. There was afternoon tea provided. A very good experience.

The River Resort: "Excellent séjour !"

Review by: commeunavion | Source: Trip Advisor

Le Passe-Temps: "A cosy place to relax away from the crowds"

Review by: Alex Q | Source: Trip Advisor
This small hotel is set on a quiet beach overlooking Ao Phang Nga bay, Beer and the staff are wonderfully attentive, and do everything to make your stay perfect. The sitting room / reception is beautiful, with a resident barman in the evenings. The rooms are well furnished, cosy and the hotel is ideal spot to relax after exploring the canyons of the Ao Phang Nga magrove forest - one of the most magical experiences I have ever had or taking a slightly less serene boat trip around the islands. The only shame about exploring the bay itself is that it is often populated by large crowds of lifejacket wearing tourists bobbing about in the water at every spot with a nice beach. The hotel's own beach is deserted as you can only swim for a couple of hours at high tide, so creating a glorious Robinson Crusoe feeling in such a busy area. The hotel is simple, but everything you need is well done. To be recommended

Tugu Lombok: "a memorable stay"

Review by: Lingxiao G | Source: Trip Advisor
"+ luxurious but not pretentious hotel, reasonably priced for such a wonderful establishment and good service + very helpful staff ready to go the extra mile for clients. we enjoyed every little attentions they gave us + 2 giant pools facing the sea and private white sand beach, plus free entertainment facilities make day time really enjoyable and peaceful + breakfast card is delicious and plus point is at any time of the day + we dined by the sea one night and the setting was very romantic. food is a bit pricier than outside but very reasonable given it s a 5 star establishment + easy access to the gili islands by boat + the tranquility of the place makes a perfect paradise for honeymooners and families or group of friends - remote from main touristic zone making the access a bit more complicated, but taxis are readily available and cheap. hotel car was about 3 times local taxi costs but offers more comfort - night time can get quite dark and a bit scary for fainted hearts - rain shower in the bathroom was a bit messy and water evacuation slow - ants. a lot of them in the bathroom. given it s an outdoor space, it can only be normal"

The Hue House: "Beautiful view and great food"

VILLA SONG SAIGON: "Charming hotel in a stunning location"

Review by: Maria F | Source: tripadvison.com
"Pure peace and tranquility next the Saigon River, absolutely stunning place which exceeded all our expectations. Beautiful, colonial style rooms with stunning views, fabulous food all served with the Vietnamese hospitality. We felt wonderfully pampered and spoiled. "

The Cabochon Hotel and Residence: "Excellent Boutique Hotel and Amazing Staff"

Review by: Mattlaz | Source: Trip Advisor
"This was the first stop on our honeymoon and the Cabochon was an excellent hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helped answer any questions we had, including recommendations for restaurants and nearby spas. They even helped arrange shipping a package of souvenirs we had purchased back home to the USA. The food at the hotel is great, especially the free breakfast. The location of the hotel is very central but also tucked away on a side street, a nice quiet escape from the busy streets of Bangkok."

Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Bliss"

Nothing like a few days here at the end of a journey through Karnataka. Great setting, attractive cottages, good service and excellent food. Breakfast ,lunch and dinner overlooking the sea what more can you want?

Dewakan: "Three Stars or 3 Hats….. in our books"

Review by: Ines A | Source: Trip Advisor
"""The obvious is that which is never seen until someone expresses it simply"" - Kahlil Gibran. This perfectly sums up what Darren Teoh and his team at Dewakan are doing. I profess guilty to being surrounded with these wonderful ingredients and yet be clueless as to their potential. Darren is taking these humble ingredients, injecting playful creativity and reintroducing them into the fore where they belong. Here one can expect to have boundaries challenged, pushed and yet moulded into familiarity. In this off the beaten path kitchen, flavours and textures are being routinely forged. Whilst I appreciate that everyone has their own personal opinion of good food, I suggest preconceptions be left at the door. This is my second visit to Dewakan and once again I leave in awe of mother natures bounty in the hands of a true maestro. "
