Escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Saigon and head for Villa Song across the river - a beautifully designed Colonial Villa with just the right number of rooms making it feel homely and welcoming. The interior design is lovely featuring Vietnamese artwork and furnishings. The pool area is a huge plus for swimming. The staff are very courteous and whilst going through the booking process helped in numerous ways with suggestions for local trips, booking up restaurants - all very efficient. The car service to and from the airport was excellent and worth doing this. The frenetic pace of Saigon and the unfortunate pollution problems can be quite something so its nice to stay just outside for peace and sanity!!! "We stayed here for 2 nights in a beautiful suite. Big clean rooms, bathroom and really comfortable bed! The villa is on the Sai gon river, where you can enjoy the view having good food and drinks in the lovely garden. The breakfast starts at 6.30 a la carte and you don't need to rush because you can have it at anytime you want! Food is amazing! The swimming pool is big and beautiful. The staff is friendly, always smiling and ready to help you! We really enjoyed our stay here, if we would come back to Saigon, this would be fore sure our first choice again. We spent the final week of our honeymoon at the Tugu & I would return in a heartbeat! A beautiful setting, nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff, fantastic spa, food, activities... We were lucky enough to have a private day on their dragon boat which included guided snorkelling - I was sceptical at first as to why anyone would need a guide but my goodness, he proved me wrong! He spotted so many creatures we would never have noticed & even managed to lead us into the middle of wild turtles swimming. Dinner on the beach was a nightly event, massages under the stars - you name it & the staff will make it happen. It was so difficult to tear ourselves away! A huge thank you to all the staff at the Tugu for giving us such a wonderful stay (especially the fab room cleaning team who made the most amazing towel animals I’ve ever seen & made us laugh every day!)Rice & Zen Boutique Resort: "A gem of a hotel"

My wife and I had the chance to have a reservation at the chef's table and it was an amazing experience!!! The food is outstanding! You can see and taste all the attention in the details of every plate. The chef took a lot of time to discuss with us about his recipes and you can right away sed that he is really passionated about what he does... And it reflects on the food! "Misool Eco Resort combines the best parts of conservation, sustainability, diving and watersports in a laidback luxury style. The food was always delicious and care is taken to not waste food by preordering meals. Fresh and local ingredients are used. No plastic bottles or packaged products are used on the island and ocean-friendly toiletries are available in the villas. At the same time the attention and friendliness of all staff and the beautiful setup create a 5star experience. The diving sites are some of the best in the world and care is taken that the dive groups stay small and there is never many divers at the same time on one divesite. Sue, Mark and Sabine (the managers and head of watersports) are friendly, fun and very knowledgeable and take time to get to know each guest to ensure everyone can make the most out of their stay! "Recently I visited this beautiful tranquil place to check for my clients as a new off-beat place to keep in itinerary or not. It is good quite place for long stays, have beautiful pool, good service, very good food, rooms are clean and nice. A beautiful village, to have walk on village street and evening tea in the town with villagers gossip centre could be the highlight of your trip to this village. Love to go again someday...!!! I visit Bangkok regularly for work and have been to many Thai restaurants but this one really stands out. We had an interesting starter, a slice of orange with some minced pork on top, Isaan sausage, a fried fish salad and a sardine salad, beef massaman curry and a crab curry. Everything was excellent!! The beef is the most tender meat in a Thai curry I have ever had and the sardine salad had such intense flavour. Friendly service and fair prices.Rice & Zen Boutique Resort: "I loved it"
