Supanniga Eating Room: "Sumptuous dinner in cozy ambience"
"We dined at Supanniga outlet in Sathorn Soi 10 for dinner. Premises is cozy and relaxing with darken interiors. Seating capacity is limited which provides a sense of homeliness and accords privacy to diners. A full bar provides wines, alcohol and cocktails to accompany the Thai meal. Food portions are good, even for 2 diners, not miserly nor excessive. For our dinner of six persons, we ordered a selection of eleven dishes. Each of them varies in taste and intensity. Together, they sent our taste buds on overdrive! Meat dishes were tender; fried items were crispy and not oily; soup was hot; spicy dishes were just right. Service was prompt and the dishes were served in quick succession. We enjoyed the dishes together and were able to compare and discuss their flavours. Empty dishes were removed promptly, allowing new ones to be served. Although it was a busy night for the restaurant, our dinner was leisurely and we did not feel hurried by the staff to finish our meal. Prices were reasonable and commensurate with the quality of the dishes."Villa Mathis: "Knock out!"
Fantastic service, pools and beautiful rooms. As close to Seminyak as you need to be while still enjoying eace and quiet. Incredible warm staff. The Villa has four pools which makes lounging very easy. This was a highlight of our honeymoon.Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "the best and most special hotel of Penang"
Rooms are spacious and very elegant, the hotel is beautiful, full of history, location is excellent, food is great in the restaurant, the tour is very nice, this is by far the best choice, stay at Blue Mansion when you go to Penang.Villa Song: "Colonial Mansion on the Saigon River"
Just by walking into this hotel, you immediately pick up the atmosphere and know that this is going to be a great experience - and so it proved. All the staff are super efficient and welcoming. Set in a quiet area of HCMC away from the madness and traffic of the city. The hotel speedboat is an interesting and quick way to travel to/from the centre. Breakfast taken at a table overlooking the Saigon River is a great experience. The food quality is excellent. Well done to all at Villa Song!Sukoon Houseboat: "Watch the world float by"
We stayed at Sukoon for one night based on the recommendation of our host at the Cottage, Nigeen and can't thank him enough for making the arrangement for our stay at Sukoon. The hospitality is great, right from the time they pick you from the shore of Dal lake in their own boat. The houseboat is fabulous with great wooden furniture along with all modern comforts.the staff was very helpful and courteous The food was delicious , especially the Tea (kahwa) and coconut dessert with chocolate sauce . The upper deck was the perfect place to spend our mornings and evenings and the lower decks was the best place sit and shop and also eat the pakodas and tea from the nearby floating shop. The rooms were comfortable and finely built and well maintained.Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. While leaving white threads were tied to our wrists for our safe journey. We were really touched by this gesture. We will defiantly come back and stay for a longer time.Nimmu House: "A really nice change of pace"
Most people spend their first night in Ladakh in Leh (the site of the airport) which is fine, but another- and arguably better- option is to drive one hour west to the village of Nimmu near the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers, and stay at the wonderful Nimmu House. I stayed in one of the excellent and comfortable tents, which were both spacious and quiet (unlike Leh). The food was really good, especially the lemon chicken which was absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly, and the only improvements I could suggest would be some better grounds maintenance. I would definitely stay here again!Noel Rodrigo’s Leopard Safaris: "“Leopard Safar”"
"While this is an experience that cannot be put into words, I can only recommend this experience as a must see from the bottom of my heart for anyone who is lucky enough to be touring Sri Lanka. While it cannot be guaranteed at any time you will be lucky enough to see leopard as they are wild creatures in the wild... the passion that all the rangers have for their job is above and beyond. The accommodation will surely make you feel at home as will the outdoor showers that have to be seen to be believed. At the end of a long hot safari the jungle bar is waiting with any refreshment you may require... as are the nice cold towels that are from heaven The meals are to die for... with every whim required to... and if you leave the table hungry you have no one to blame but yourself Any doubts you may have through the night are quelled with a mobile phone within reach of your bed for instant access for assistance at any hour...peace of mind that will leave you sleeping like a baby Many many congrats to Noel Rodrigos Leopard Safaris and all the special memories that will stay with you for many years to come Simply a must for anyone who wants to experience the best that Sri Lanka can offer Tracey Evans"Rachamankha: "Beautiful Boutique Hotel"
"Location is within the square but a little bit out of the main shopping and food areas in the old town of Chiang Mai. However it is only a 10-12 minute walk into the main central food areas and this slight isolation gives the hotel a sense of pure tranquility that is difficult to find in this bustling little city. Another bonus is the hotel is right next to one of our favourite temples (Phra Singh Temple) The property itself is pure class; the courtyard is stunning and there is plenty of places on the property to relax and read a book or take in the amazing architecture, art and culture that is oozing from this gorgeous hotel. The pool is beautiful and again another great place to relax and unwind. The staff are friendly but not over bearing which we found perfect. Sometimes staff can get a little too familiar but not in this case. The restaurant was fabulous and the breakfasts although not large were perfect to set up the day. There were a few things that were not 100% but over all we were very happy with our stay and would certainly go back. The WiFi on the property was not strong and would often drop but luckily we bought a pocket WiFi so wasn't a big issue. Although the staff did spray often there were many mosquito's around but we bought some bug spray at the local 7/11 and used it in the room before we left each evening. Also the rooms were appointed with mosquito nets which was great. There was also a real lack of power points in the room. I would take a power bar with you if you are expecting to charge anything more than a phone...but I guess this place is for relaxing and not for electronics ;)"Misool Eco Resort: "Paradise Found"
"After learning of Misool almost four years ago, we had a dream come true when we visited in June 2015. Misool is one of the few places on earth where the natural world has largely been untouched by man and is now being protected from any further degradation. It is as close as any of us can come to paradise above and below water. It is worth every minute of the long journey to reach it. This resort is primarily focused on diving because of the unmatched marine diversity in the Raja Ampat islands. But there is excellent snorkeling on the house reef (which is very accessible and teaming with fish) as well as at sites very close by. We were very fortunate to have Bram as our dive master on all dives. He listened carefully and did an excellent job on finding the pygmy seahorses, nudibranchs, crabs, giant clams and a wide variety of fish we hoped to see. He was always patient and always very helpful. We were very fortunate to have dived with only the two of us on every dive. In addition, we had to opportunities to snorkel with Herry, Ferry and Daddy in the house reef and other reefs nearby with our non-diver family member and other guests. Each was an excellent guide always attuned to our requests. Among the many positives to this resort is the quality of the Dive Center staff which helped our stay exceed our expectations for our dives and snorkeling excursions. (...) We are very honored to have visited Misool and will always carry great memories of the location and the staff. We hope that we can return to Misool again. It is paradise and is the most peaceful place that we have ever visited."4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Little bit of paradise"
This hotel is one of the most amazing places I've stayed at! Loved everything about it... rooms were spectacularly beautiful, river was scenic and peaceful, so much to do, loved waterfall tour and travelling on the rive by boat, also had a go at fishing for my dinner 😂
