Reverie Siam Pai: "Best of the best"
"I have been to Reverie Siam for dinner every time I went to Pai. And, this time I decided to stay overnight with my family in 2 rooms. That is NOT disappointing at all. I love the place, staff, service and food. My father is in wheelchair and it is convenient for us to get to the room and restaurant. Even there is step at entrance to the restaurant, staff always offered help to carry our wheelchair when my father went up/down the steps. Staff were friendly and genuine. Service is 5-star. The guestroom is spacious, nice decorated and comfortable. There are plenty of rooms for you to put your stuff. The bathroom is spacious, they have shower room and bath tub in separate areas. Water pressure of shower is very good and temperature is stable. They don't have iron for you to borrow. But they offer to iron your cloth for free and it will be done in 5 minutes and delivered to your room. We had dinner at Silhouette restaurant that was lovely as always. The gentleman who runs the restaurant greeted us and recommended food & drinks. Food was delicious and tasty. After dinner, we went to the walking street by hotel's shuttle tuk tuk that was very convenient and when returned, driver came to pick us up on time as per their schedule. I love everything at this hotel and will definitely return for longer stay really soon."Tugu Malang: "Incontournable"
"L'hôtel, fait office de musée avec une collection de différents objets plus ou moins anciens de différents horizons (principlement d'Asie). Le prix de l'entrée est à 95000 roupies et compte pour une consommation (liquide ou repas). Le personnel parle bien anglais"The Apsara Rive Droite: "Wonderful hotel with first-class service from friendly staff"
"Everything about the Aspara Rive Droitte is just right. Mr Ai and Mr Hann (the management team) and Mr Ivan (the owner) went out of their way to make our stay wonderful and all the other staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, with the hotel's dedicated Aspara Queen taking 60 seconds to cross the Nam Khan and deliver you to the heart of Luang Prabang - and, conversely, escape to the more serene side of the Nam Khan. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and breakfast wonderful. The pool is a welcome relief from the heat of Laos, with the bar just a few steps away. After 5 days at this home-from-home, we were sad to leave. We hope to go back"Mume: "Similar to Raw"
"Came here for a meal with overseas friends They don't have set meals, only a la carte. And the menu is short. There were 4 of us, and we ordered 80% of the menu. Almost every dish was spectacular - liver brulee, butter with beef fat, oysters, prawn with cheese, beef, fish etc. Service was friendly and excellent Overall similar to RAW , with slightly less hype and fame Will return"David’s Kitchen: "Birthday"
I went there yesterday solo and it was the best decision that I ever made . The staff was so friendly and very professional. Almost like an white glove dining but the price is so much friendly . The owner David is very kind, he came to my table personally to say hi and sing happy birthday song to me . The food was excellent . Best pumpkin soup and escargots!! Everything else was also very delicious. Best restaurant in Chiangmai and I can't wait to bring my family and friends there one day .Villa Mathis: "un délicieux moment de repos et de charme"
"Cet hôtel est merveilleux, surtout quand on y arrive après des heures de vol... Accueil chaleureux et prestations haut de gamme. Nous avons eu droit à un diner délicieux devant notre chambre et notre piscine et un personnel aux petits soins. Nous étions en famille (11 personnes) de 5 ans à 71 ans et tout le monde a été enchanté. Nous avons continué notre périple au Villa Mathis d'Ubud, même accueil et gentillesse. Egalement superbe hôtel dans les rizières."Reverie Siam: "Wonderful and fairy tale like oases just outside PAI city center"
reverie Siam lies just ouside Pai, the distance is perfect. Quit, but close to the village. You enter a place with a relaxing atmosphere and wonderful designed rooms/villa's. There are two big (salt) swimming pools. Everything is thought of in this resort. The fruit snacks when you are at the pool, a thai telephone to loan when you are going to town and the list goes on. The WIFI connection is fast (10mb) The a la cart breakfast is very nice, a wide variety of choices. What is best, is the staff. Never We encountered staff in thailand who are so engaged with the wellbeing of the resort en their guests. We extended our stay from 3 nights to 9 nights, that says enough.Supanniga Cruise: "Fantastic boutique dinner cruise experience"
"We booked the SC as a birthday celebration whilst family were visiting Bangkok (4 adults in total). We booked the Dinner Champagne Tattinger Cruise package which offers a fantastic selection of various dishes following a flute of Tattinger upon boarding. As five-year residents of Bangkok, we had always wanted to experience a Chao Phraya dinner cruise, but had no intention of joining the buffet-style, neon-light-laden barges with over 500 other ""diners"" queing and elbowing our way around a floating eye-sore. In contrast, the SC setup is a very small, boutique, and well-managed operation, with a limited number of diners in a quiet and intimate setting. The top deck offers great uninterrupted views of the passing river and buildings on the banks. The route takes in many of the river's highlights including The Grand Palace, Wat Pho and Wat Arun, as well as some of the quieter stretches south of Taksin Bridge. The table service was very attentive, professional (but relaxed) and prompt - there is quite a substantial list of servings to get through in the two hour experience, but the portions are tasty and appropriate. Being fans of the Bangkok outlets of Supanigga, we are aware of the seafood-orientation of the menu, and there was a bit of spice involved in a few dishes, but it is all very nice and very well prepared given the limitations on kitchen (being on a small boat!). The departure from River City is very convenient and well-managed (with booking confirmation phone call earlier in the day). Being able to park in the River City complex is very helpful. We were very excited to see the launch of this endeavour by Supanigga and were very happy and satisfied (and full!) that we chose it for a special occasion. We all thoroughly recommend the experience, and hope to return to take it all in again in the near future."Locavore: "A Treat for all the Senses"
One of the 10 best meals I've ever had in my life. My husband and I each had the five course tasting menu, sharing the meat and vegetarian options. We simply lost count of the "extras" we were given. The food was fresh, imaginative, gorgeous, and so delicious! A meal like this in Manhattan would cost four times as much - and would not be presented by such delightful servers. I'd go every week if I lived near Ubud.VILLA SONG SAIGON: "Beautiful and relaxing introduction to Vietnam"
"Shuttle water taxis allowed easy entry into the city and a quick escape at the end of the day. Tours to chi chi tunnels and Mekong delta pick you up at their river jetty and make for a beautiful way to experience the beauty of Ho Chi Minh. The facilities at the hotel were top notch and unobtrusive. The hotel's exceptional service was appreciated and staff were friendly and efficient. it is definitely the hotel to go to if you are starting your trip or ending it. Spoil yourself and give yourself at least 3-5 nights here so you can soak up the pleasures of riverside living in Ho Chi Minh City. "
