KHWAN BEACH RESORT: "Incredible location! Modern villas, great service"

"Just left a four day stay here and I must say that it was an incredible experience. You get what you pay for with money here, the villas are impeccable, spacious, well presented and team at Khwan were exceptionally accommodating! The location is beach facing, and if your villa is not beach facing then it's only a 20 second walk to a very peaceful, quiet bay! The town itself is full of activity, in particular the Thursday night market and also Romans restaurant ( both highlights) you can hire a moped for 200 thb around the corner and then you have easy access to the whole island! The staff at Kwhan made it all the more special however. They were so kind, and on the final day when I was struggling to manage the journey inland to the next destination they were super helpful in getting me there and making sure I was taken care of. I genuinely appreciated it! Overall, I would recommend staying here! Tiny bit more expansive than most but you do get a lot more for your buck x "

Satri House: "Really lovely!"

I looked at many, many hotels online for Luang Prabang and could not have been happier with my choice. This property is absolutely lovely - a serene and tranquil escape after busy days of sightseeing! The staff could not have been more hospitable and accommodating, and the food was great! Stayed for a week utilizing all the various services - dining room for a variety of meals, pool, spa, bar, library - all terrific. Special kudos to the staff who were truly so nice!

Locavore: "Amazing service and the Highlight of our trip to Bali"

"Right before our trip to Bali, we looked up the best restaurants in Asia and found Locavore, without knowing what to expect. Well, it was better than what we expected. The service, the staff and the chef's team paid attention to every single little details of our experience and our food. We sat up front by the ""pass"" and had the view of how hard the chefs and the team worked on each of our dishes. We received 6 extra appetizers before our main meals, which the chef explained to us that he wanted his guests to get something that they did not even expect. We were so happy with our experience in Locavore. We hope the restaurant will continue to grow and create. We also look forward to coming back in the near future to taste something new, creative and exciting."

Cuca: "Wow"

"This restaurant is one of the best places we have visited. The food is fresh, rustic, with deep bold flavour combinations. What we were confused about and can't believe it's not further on top of other review lists (TA, worlds50 best etc). We came to the conclusion the reason is maybe because it has hearty traditional flavours without too much of an emphasis pushing the menu on a tangent path in less familiar territory creating crazy new boundary-pushing new ideas. I think this is a positive as too many chefs nowadays try to attack and prove to the world how good they are by relying on novelties to make their food stand out. This menu knows what's it does best.Flavours. Don't get me wrong there are still elements of molecular gastronomy but done in an elegant way without compromising on the most important aspect of flavour and texture combinations. Add in that the service that is one of the highest standards that we have seen, attentive yet discreet. The space and how they manage to capture that same balance with the front of house is extraordinary as it blends a buzzing atmosphere with an intamate dining experience at the same moment is a masterstroke of genius. The only downside was that the cocktails didn't measure up to the tall order of the menu. They were tasty but could be better. Everyone at this establishment made our dinner unforgettable for all the right reasons. It is impossible to put into words these tastes and textures and surprising magic moments in a review, all I can say is we smile and laugh about our short time there. It's priceless. Tugu Bali: "So Relaxing! Right by the beach!"

I loved the ambiance of this place. You feel relaxed the moment you enter. I love how they do a daily coffee and tea with traditional Balinese cakes. The rooms are amazing! You get your own private pool along with a stunning outdoor bathroom. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a romantic getaway.

Papua Paradise: "Unique and exciting experience!"

Papua Paradise was a unique and exciting experience, jungle meets the sea. The bungalows over the water were something I’ve always wanted to experience. The bed was very comfortable and mosquito nets were put up every morning and put down again at night. Every night, the frogs would sing loudly and the birds would wake you in the morning. Excellent timing since there was so much great snorkeling to experience. I especially liked all the hooks in the room for hanging clothing, etc, as well as the drying rack on the porch. The food was plentiful and delicious. There were many choices at each meal, Indonesian and western. Staff were friendly and helpful. The snorkeling in Raja Ampat and the Fam Islands was incredible! Snorkeling the house reefs was in itself a great experience. The house has a front reef, to the left and to the right of the pier as well as a back reef, a short walk to the other side of the resort. We especially enjoyed the front reef to the left facing the island at the end near the last of the bungalows. The dive team were all helpful and knowledgeable. Papua Paradise is rustic but well set up. If you’re out to dive or snorkel, I think you’ll enjoy the resort.

The Apsara Rive Droite: "Great hospitality, nice and cozy place"

Just got back from a 3-night visit in Luang phrabang. Stay here is fantastic. The place is very relaxed and cozy. Nice experience to ride a boat to downtown. The staff is great, especially Hann (GM) Who has excellent service-minded. I would love to go there again as the escape weekend.

Rahai’i Pangun: "River cruise – Indonesia’s must see Orangutans"

My husband and I went on a 2 night / 3 day day river cruise and the river cruise was one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide Jeni was fantastic and the crew could not do enough to make our trip comfortable and memorable. The Orangutans in their natural environment were a delight to watch and what magnificent creatures they are. Such a shame what the ever expanding human population is doing to these magnificent great apes....but there seems to be hope for them which is heart warming and Wow Borneo is definitely the company to book this once in a lifetime adventure with. The boat is very comfortable, except for the cold shower brrr... and the food scrumptious.

Cabochon Hotel & Residence: "Charming boutique hotel"

Great design, excellent food quiet. Lovely spot. I will definitely go back if I am in bkk again. Rooftop pool is added bonus. Helpful and friendly staff. I need to fill in 200 characters. So still writing.

Rachamankha: "Lovely Boutique Hotel- excellent location"

Loved this little gem! Excellent location right by the main temple in town. 5 minute walk to the Friday & Saturday night market. Staff was very friendly, we left at 5am for flight and they made us a breakfast box to go. The included breakfast was lovely!
