Inle Princess Resort: "Lac inle"
"Très bel hotel dans un jardin magnifique avec un silence absolu juste interrompu par les grenouilles .La visite du lac Inle est magique quand on sort du circuit des touristes qui commencent à être trop nombreux et gênent la vie des Pecheurs ,faire attention aux guides peu professionnels je pense qu il faut y aller très vite çe sera très vite trop tard Stayed December 2016, traveled with friends"Cuisine Wat Damnak: "Wonderful 1st meal in SR"
Loved every course! Even though I'm not an adventurous eater, I was starting to feel full by the 3rd course cos I ate everything. The wait staff were attentive and prompt but not intrusive. After dessert, the chef brought a fruit plate personally and explained each fruit which was very nice. The Cabochon Hotel: "Wonderful experience"
A great hideaway just off Sukhumvit with a beautifully curated experience full of curiosities, each room filled for a quiet browse. The things you discover. A step back into a indochin residence, sit back, with a cocktail or two, turn off the phone and relax before you venture out. Great warm and welcoming service, thank you. Very easy to recommend.Mrauk U Princess Resort: "Best Stuff and Hotel"
Princess Resort is the best in Mrauk U, I think. Because of, It's real resort and best facilities in the rooms. The stuffs are very pleasant and pleasure. The boat trip was excellent. I hope, who want stay at here like a home stay, everyone must enjoy it. I will come back again to here.Supanniga Eating Room: "Refined thai food great flavor"
Heard a lot of good things about this place and was NOT disappointed when I finally ate there. As there was 2 of us We were limited in how many dishes to try. We had the Issan pork sausage, pa neng beef red curry and the crispy fish with mango relish. All 3 dishes scored top marks. Sausage was fragrant and had a good texture. Curry was full bodied with the right level of heat. Crispy fish salad was generous serving and the mango dressing was light. Food was enough for 3. Was stuffed but very satisfied. Best thai food I had on this trip.Rachamankha: "Loved it!"
Rachamankha has it all: it's in a prime location (near all the temples) but it's really peaceful and quiet. The pool is perfect, and the library is a really cool asset. Breakfast is highly recommended too. All in all, our stay was perfect!Villa Mathis: "Married at La Villa Mathis"
I got married here in 2011. We had checked in late as we had to drop our guests off to another hotel they were staying at. However when we checked in, Bruno had actually called in to see how we were and if we had any question or queries to let him know and he'll be in the following day to meet us (my husband & I). This whole place was amazing! We loved the food and also note that this was our first time to Bali as well. Our room was amazing with alot of room and I loved how we entered and the bath tub was filled with flowers. It did get dark at night as our room was at the bottom and when we would come back from excursions, we would have a guard walk us back to our room but after a night or two we were confident to go on our own. The night before our wedding, I had asked if the ladies from our wedding guests could stay the night and the staff organised rooms quickly for them. Our wedding day, Bruno's wife (sorry I forgot your name! lovely lady) had met up with me to see how I was feeling and making sure everything was getting organised as planned. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our first time to Bali and to have our wedding here was amazing! I would be coming back here hopefully on our fifth year anniversary! Sorry for the late post but thank you La Villa Mathis.Les Maisons Wat Kor: "Cozy, lush boutique hotel heaven"
"My wife and I recently stayed for one night and were impressed with Maisons Wat Kor. Situated away from the noisy downtown area, the cosy hotel offers a secluded resort feel that is all about tranquility. You will find a swimming pool and a large, picturesque water Lilly pond. The staff are all smiles and friendly and service is prompt and professional. Strong wi-if is available throughout the property. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were soft and clean. Both a ceiling fan and an air conditioner were available in room. Dinner incorporated a set menu that focused on local Khmer cuisine. Vegetarian options were also available. The food was fresh and high quality although sour soups and lotus root are not really to my liking. My wife's vegetarian selections were found to be very delicious as not a grain of rice was left to waste. Breakfast included a choice between continental and Khmer (ie. noodles). The continental breakfast was basic but satisfying however the better choice is the the noodles with vegetables. Although a short stay, it was very comfortable and we enjoyed all aspects of this boutique hotel. If it is good enough for Angelina Jolie (she stayed recently while filming in Cambodia) than it is good enough for us!"Satri House: "Home away from home"
"Close to the most gathering places, quite, peaceful with a warmth & welcome staff members. The design made us feel like home each building has traditional style with beautiful decorations in details. The services are personalize special care not much not less with the touch of Laos. We will absolutely return and spend longer days."Labyrinth: "A pleasant surprise!!"
"We went to Restaurant Labyrinth before a concert. Restaurant Labyrinth is located in an understated corner inside the Esplanade in Singapore. Chef LG Han used his creative juices to re-create many of the Singaporean dishes and delicacies... The results were phoenomenal!! From chicken rice dumpling to book chor mee to his chilli crab... Each dish was very well thought out and delicious. I would, however, suggest diners to go try the ""original"" versions before heading to Restaurant Labyrinth. That way, you will truly appreciate what LG Han's creativity and his originality. "
