Villa Song Saigon: "Great quiet spot"
The hotel is in an interesting part of town with a lot of expats living nearby. Good local restaurants and the food at the hotel is really good. The conceirge go out of their way to be helpful especially Truc. They set up great dinner reservations and tours. We had the art suite with a connecting room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Was very comfortable and spacious. Great beds and strong air conditioning. There was a bit of noise from the loud music from hotel next door but not much you can do about that--it is the city. Had a very nice massage. All around a great property.Rachamankha: "Quiet and peaceful oasis in Chiang Mai"
This hotel was incredible. It was so peaceful and quaint and the greenery was beautiful. It was in a perfect location. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly and were always checking to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We spent New Years with them and had a great party!! I would highly recommend this hotel and location.Rachamankha: "EXQUISITE HOTEL"
My husband and I have travelled extensively and this hotel was just the most beautiful we've ever visited. As soon as you enter the courtyard, you can feel the calming effect of the style and decor which are so lovely. Our room was a deluxe situated on the second floor. The attention to detail in the room was stunning; a king sized four poster bed, high airy ceilings and antique Chinese clothes chest. It was immaculately clean and the toiletries provided in the lavatory were top quality products. There was a very large swimming pool with comfortable lounges and umbrellas plus it was tucked into a private spot and very quiet. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices on the menu. All in all, a five star hotel by any standard!!Rakkojae Seoul: "Hanok Stay with modern conveniences"
We visited Seoul as a family reunion. Rakkojae was within walking distance to The Blue House, the Gyeongbokgung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace, Buckchon Village, Jogyesa Temple, Insadong, and lots of Michelin rated restaurants. The staff and Mr. Kim, our host/concierge was very helpful with recommendations of what to do, where to eat, arrange taxi rides, etc. He even was kind enough to allow us to leave our luggage before and after our stay to allow us a little more time in Seoul. Rakkojae Seoul is located in a very quiet, off-the-beaten-track neighborhood that make us feel like we are back in the Joseon Dynasty. Oh, and the staff provided us with a delicious traditional Korean breakfast, and Continental Breakfast. If you want a Hanok experience with modern conveniences, we highly recommend Rakkojae Seoul.Les Maisons d’Itac: "Great place to stay"
We really enjoyed staying at this resort. We slept at Maison Ulysse and I really enjoyed the interior and . The resort has a lot of details and it very well looked after. It is hard to communicate with the staff as they hardly speak any English. But Bryan (the manager) is most of the time present to help and give you tipps. Due to the fact that this resort is very small, it has a familiar atmosphere which we enjoyed. We also felt very safe, never looked our hutSanak Retreat Bali: "The Best place I have ever stayed and i travel a lot"
The setting, the ethos, the staff!!! Its dreamy and Its the real deal. A true eco luxury treat! The rooms are beautiful and in keeping with the land and nature. The food is exquisite. I was made to feel like part of the community here and I am truly grateful to have felt this welcomed. Thank you all x x x see you again soon!Muang La Lodge: "A surreal dream in the midst of rural Laos – and so child-friendly"
"We absolutely LOVED it! Room with river-view was wonderfully serene, the 5-course dinner was thoughtful and delicious (loved their vegetarian versions, so flexible!), and our hearts were warmed by the sincere care and support the whole team - from guard to managers - showed towards (us and) our almost 2-yr-old son. We can whole-heartedly recommend the hotel to other families with small children. Also, we were really astonished by the loving thoughtfulness which was put into every detail of our stay, starting with flowers and a hand-written note for our wedding anniversary and ending with an email to check if our flight really worked out...just amazing. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We´ll come back! Stayed March 2017, traveled with family"Tugu Lombok: "Magical place"
"I remember we arrived at Tugu around 9pm. While checking in two families arrived. They were on the same flight we were from Singapore. Looking all around I exclaimed ""What a beautiful place!""... And the guy next to me replied ""It's a magical place!"" That's what Tugu is. A magical place. It's not a luxury place, it may not be the best hotel you've ever been! But it may very well be an experience you will never forget. We enjoyed the Villa, the different places where we had dinners, the beach, the excursion to the Gili islands and overall we enjoyed the people. Thank you for let us fell so well! "The River Resort: "Great place to stay in South of Laos, close to Vat Phong!"
Wow, this is The place to be in the South of Laos! Along the mighty Mekong, great rooms, very friendly staff, good restaurant with a amazing view on the river. Value for money too! Very close to Vat Phong. Highly recommended.Rak Ko Jae Seoul: "Perfect last 2 nights in Seoul at this hidden gem"
"I stumbled upon RakKoJae as I was searching for unique experiences in Seoul. Sure enough, staying at RakKoJae was one of the highlights of my first trip to South Korea. I thought spending my last 2 nights here before I fly home would wrap up my travel great, and it did. Now where do I begin? The hanok guesthouse - Simply beautiful, tasteful, and serene. First night I stayed in Master bedroom, second night in Far bedroom. I love both rooms. But beyond the rooms, RakKoJae really gives you a wholesome experience. You aren’t staying in rooms. You are staying in a beautiful hanok house The experience - The natural jade flooring is awesome. It gives you the cool relaxing feel, especially in spring/summer season. The hinoki wooden bathtub is also great. The Korean breakfast is one you have to try in the morning (it’s really good). You could also try on hanbok during breakfast time. Fun to wear it, take photos, with hanok environment as Instagram-worthy-background. Don’t forget to try out the yellow mud sauna. I stayed for about 30 mins, sweating but feeling anxious at the same time. It was really soothing that I almost fell asleep! The staff - Mr. Kim, the General Manager, was really attentive and helpful since the beginning of reservation, during my stay, until bidding me farewell as I leave RakKoJae for the airport. Thank you for your kindness and your hospitality On my last night, it was drizzling in Seoul. Relaxing on RakKoJae’s patio, reading a book, and enjoying the house’s evening view? Couldn’t ask for a better experience. I shall return one day and try Patio Room next time :)"
