Satri House: "Perfection in Luang Prabang"
"We recently stayed three nights at the beautiful Satri House and loved every bit of our stay. The hotel seems straight out of a travel magazine as it is decorated very stylishly but simply, without skimping on luxury. It's a quiet oasis to return to after a day of sightseeing - have a beer Lao and a relaxing swim at the beautiful pool! The location is ideal - just a few minutes bike ride to town, and on a quiet street away from the main drag. The staff is wonderful: kind, attentive, and one of the best parts of the stay. They easily made dinner reservations and arranged private excursions; they even went out of their way to get us bubble wrap for things we had bought. No complaints at all about this gem of a hotel in beautiful Luang Prabang - can't wait to return one day!"Mudanwan Villa: ""
"牡丹灣去過兩次,一次在開幕時,一次在幾年後。給的氛圍不太依樣。 但服務品質都很棒。 只是在園區逛逛放空甚麼也沒做也很好。餐點有主廚的用心以及變化。 房內的設備以及備品都精心挑選,一泊五餐,讓真的想放空的疲憊可以在這裡療癒。 在湖畔別甚麼都沒做,靜靜的放空也很棒 慢活的地方,舒服的VILLA Room Tip: 讓疲憊的身心得到療癒"tugu malang: "Quite charming and well worth a visit"
This is a lovely little bijou hotel, filled with Indonesian and Chinese antiques and art, conveniently situated right in the heart of the old town facing a pleasant open square. The architecture, like the rest of the hotel, is slightly idiosyncratic and charmingly individual, which differentiates it from the usual run-of-the-mill ‘international’ hotels. The staff in reception, housekeeping and the restaurant are exceptionally efficient and helpful in a relaxed, friendly way. The restaurant has a wide selection of cuisine – Indonesian, Chinese and international – which often spells trouble, because it is difficult to keep such a range of ingredients fresh. However everything we ate in a week-long stay was fresh, delicious and cooked to a every high standard. If you visit Malang, I would definitely recommend this as a most enjoyable place to stay.Inle Princess Resort: "Definitely stay here"
"Jan 18 It would be an understatement to say this property is ""impressive."" The lakeside location is the preferred side of the huge lake. The amenities are extensive and meant for long stays. We arrived by mini-van, but the usual method is by boat which is quite an experience. Later the next day we had that experience. Our bungalow is called a ""Lake House"" room which sits on the natural edge of the lake. Other inside bungalows have only proximity to man-made ponds. Our chalet #212 was very far from the dining and common areas, which reminded me of some of our luxury tent rooms in Tanzania's Sarengeti. I would suggest more outdoor lighting and more directional signage. The room is very spacious with a separate outdoor (no roof) shower which we didn't use because the inside shower and tub satisfied our needs. Amenities included all the contents in the mini-fridge, mosquito net, and binoculars. With no other easy options, the meals at breakfast and dinner were fabulous. Overall, a better choice in Myanmar would be hard to find. Stayed January 2017, traveled with friends"NOEL RODRIGO’S LEOPARD SAFARIS: "Amazing stay in Yala"
"My girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights in February as part of a bigger trip around this amazing Island. The stay was excellent, the boys really looked after us and ensured we had the best safari experience. We were extremely lucky enough to see leopards on 3 out of our 4 drives! We didn't spot one on our last drive but we saw a bear instead which made up for it! On top of all the wildlife the food was incredible, definately one of the big plus points! Huge thanks to Danu, Saj and Praneeth for all the knowledge and experience they contributed - it made the trip even more special. "Noel Rodrigo’s Leopard Safaris: "Best experience in my life!"
Very friendly and helpful people, that had a lot know-how about nature and animals. The camp was very clean and no plastic in the whole area which created a very noble athmosphere. The food was extraordinary - fresh and very tasty!Reverie Siam: "Like a dream"
Pai de bir gece kalacakken, cok begenip iki geceye kalmaya karar verdigimiz yer, otelin konumu ve dizayni harika. Iki gece villa da kaldik ve manzaraya bakmaya doyamadik. We just reserved one day for villa room but it was like a dream, and we stayed one night more. I strongly recommend here, hotel like a movie set.Cuisine Wat Damnak: "Must visit"
"The moment you step into the place, you know you are in for a treat and then the food starts coming and it taste like heaven. All the dishes were explained nicely by the waiters and the quantity for the six course was just right. They even did a vegetarian menu for my wife and as per her, it was the best vegetarian meal she ever had. Ps: do try their cocktails."Hotel Tugu Malang: "Amazing hotel amazing staff"
"Our stay at Tugu owned hotel in Blitar was our first introduction to the chain. Knowing little about the area prior to our arrival in Indonesia we thought we might as well stick with the same chain for our subsequent Malang visit and we are happy we did. We were utterly impressed by the quality which we think deserves some publicity for others to experience themselves, especially for travellers who seek out low key (read: reasonably priced) and independently owned boutique accommodation. From the moment we arrived until the time we departed friendly staff were around to ensure our comfort. Tugu hotels contain local history. But what stood out for us is how they made us feel comfortable. An early morning incident exemplified why our praise of the chain. Unbeknownst to the staff the team of a visiting official had a very loud sound system test at 3 in the morning across from the hotel. Upon inquiry staff was immediately on hand to relocate us to another room for a few hours of quiet rest. This was followed by numerous apologies by different staff we encountered next day in each corner of the premise. The ultimate apology was when we were upgraded to an incredible suite for our second night despite our assurance that we were alright in our original room. We travel extensively and stay at many different hotel/Airbnb accommodations. Such a response stands out and is cherished. And one more thing. On top of the great service they offer afternoon tea offering local tea and coffee and assortments of local sweets and treats. To us that’s what sweet memories are made of."Maison Polanka: "Luxury and pracefulness"
My wife and I visited in March and stayed in the separate room beside the dining and pool area. The service was excellent, as were the facilities. The staff were always helpful and we always felt we were returning to a luxurious retreat every time we came back from a day of temples and walking in the heat. We would happily stay again.
