VILLA SONG SAIGON: "Great location and the service is first class"
"This hotel worked perfectly for us as a final day/night before flying home. It is a high end boutique hotel, at a good price, in a quiet location right by the water's edge. eating out by the water was very relaxing and although the hotel is on the opposite bank from the main tourist area you can have the best of both worlds as their boat service enabled you to easily cross over with the benefit of a free river tour...The rooms are of a very high standard and the icing on the cake was the standard of service. Whoever we talked to from the staff couldn't have been trying harder to help us. Additionally we had a very late flight out in the evening. They tried very hard to accommodate us having a room for an extended period. When this wouldn't work, as they were full, they provided us showers and access to a room to change in. You can't ask for more and if in Ho Chi Minh City again we will definitely be back. Thank you for making the end to our holiday so good. "Hotel Tugu Malang: "Wonderful Magical and stunning afternoon tea"
I wouldn't say our room was the best, big but perhaps looking a bit tired and the electricals might need looking at but I still rate this hotel very highly as there really is no place like it for truly outstanding food (the menu takes a while to read and breakfast is marvellous but afternoon tea the best) and magical atmosphere, room after room of delightsReverie Siam: "Incredible day and night"
"My boyfriend surprised me with a night at this beautiful place for our anniversary. I cannot quite begin to describe how amazing it is! The whole resort is decorated in a gorgeous 1920's pastel theme. We stayed in a private villa, the bed was incredibly soft and comfy, the bathroom was enormous with a great shower and we even had our own private jacuzzi! The staff were so friendly and attentive, never letting our wine glasses become empty. The food was outstanding, we ate lunch and dinner at the restaurant- the tapas is beautiful and my lamb shank at dinner was cooked to perfection. They have a bar down by the river which was my favourite aspect of the whole resort, at night the entire bar and garden was lit up with hundreds of tiny fairy lights, it really was beautiful. We spent the day by the pool which was gorgeous and tranquil. The only tiny downside is that I think there may have been slight drainage problems-the drain by the toilet in our bathroom smelled quite bad and ended up making the entire villa smell a bit funny. This was only a small issue though, and I absolutely cannot fault anything else. Thank you so much to the team for making our stay so special, I will never forget it. Stayed January 2017, traveled as a couple"4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Unbelievably tranquil and away from it all"
"We loved 4 Rivers - it was so tranquil and away from it all (including the Internet!) and after a frenetic few days at Siem Reap and in Phnom Penh it was just amazing to spend time relaxing. The tents are great fun, especially the barrel showers and the rooms are comfortable. The food was really tasty and the young chef is very talented and artistic. All the staff are very friendly and obliging. Stayed February 2017, traveled as a couple"Villa Song Saigon: "Gorgeous Hotel"

"This an exceptionally good hotel on so many levels. Among many outstanding attributes it has: A great position in the old city, close to the action but tucked away in a quiet spot. A beautiful, interesting building with many nooks and crannies. Wonderful staff. The front desk manager Wanida was superb leading up to and during our stay. Large, extremely comfortable and well-equipped rooms. A large, inviting pool. A good restaurant. Beautiful gardens. This hotel displays the standards to which all quality hotels should aspire."Cuisine Wat Damnak: "Good food. Nice breezy balcony"
The food and beer was good. It was a spacious getaway from the crowded streets. Get their salads. Sit on the balcony at sunsetTugu Bali: "As Great As They Say It Is"
"Thanks to TA reviews we spent a day here that was unforgettable. Surrounded by the din of this busy area, it is an oasis of serenity and extraordinary hospitality of the staff. Get up at dawn and hear the birds on the property. It is a museum of artifacts- you need go nowhere else on Bali. We stayed in Rejang Suite with outdoor tin tub, view of water. A long way from USA but nothing like this in North America. We were given gifts when we left that were handmade. Amazing. "Summertime Villa: "Grand and amazing at the same time"
"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this slice of heaven is tucked away from civilization whilst being right in middle of it. too many highlights to list! the breathtaking views of the valley, the koi pond, the grand sized villa and it's super sized bedrooms. and the EPIC pool is icing on the cake! the food was on point. Management and staff we very friendly and professional at the same time! A place to simply relax and let the world fade away! Thanks summertime Crew. looking forward to seeing you again! !"Glenburn Tea Estate: "Wonderful experience"
Stayed here for two nights at the end of a hectic 3 week tour. The charm of the old buildings is apparent as soon as you arrive. Courteous staff ensure you settle into your accommodation [ in our case a bungalow in the grounds ]. The food is excellent and we managed to go on two accompanied walks which were great. The walk to the river was down hill all the way. On arrival, out of nowhere it seemed, a barbeque lunch with cold beer appeared ! Thankfully a 4x4 took us back up the hill to Glenburn.Travel Asia with Secret Retreats
