Reverie Siam Pai: "Stunning"
This is an absolute gem, if you want to have a relaxing stay at a stunning hotel resort then do yourself a favour and book a room here. The staff cannot do enough for you and the food is out of this world, there's normally live, relaxing music being played while you sit having your meal or enjoying a cocktail in the most comfortable seats going. I cannot rate this place highly enough, we will enjoy a return visit, hopefully this year. Go on treat yourself.Cabochon Hotel & Residence: "First Class Hotel in BKK"
We stayed at the Cabochon for a total of 7 nights and our stay was fantastic. The rooms were very spacious, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel, especially as it's well connected to the BTS line and you can get anywhere very quickly.RACHAMANKHA: "This place is so blessed and amazing…and more"
"The #1 TripAdvisor hotel at the time of our visit, this was the most unique of our 8 hotels in all of SE Asia. The Chinese influence in the architecture makes this place stupendous! The room! The pool! The common areas! The restaurant! The driveway! The service! I could go on and on... This place is so glorious and fabulous...one day, we would love to go back!"The Island Lodge: "2 days in Heaven !"
"After a bad experience in what was called a 4* hotel in Ben Tre with the worst tour ever, I ended up at Island lodge and everything changed at the moment I arrived there. Perfection ! Food, room, huge clear pool overlooking the Mekong river and its ballet of boats, spa, all is above expectations and most of all the tour proposed are really fonction of your askings. I am very thankful to the owner, Michel, and his really fantastic team, to have done everything in 3 days to make a success of my trip in this area. I will come again and stay longer because there are so many options to discover even more !"Inle Princess Resort: "LOVELY PLACE"
We stayed in a Lake House room - that is very large – and it was wonderful to sit in an armchair on the private deck to admire the lake. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast delicious. The restaurant is good and is well located, just in front of the lake. It is a lovely hotel.Heritage Suites Hotel: "Far from the tourist crowd"
We had a Bungalow Suite in this lovely hotel, a very roomy option. This is a small hotel that definitely lives up to the information on the web site. The hotel is in a residential area many blocks away from the tourist hype, which made it quite relaxing. The staff was extremely attentive to our every need. While it is possible to take a tuk tuk to any area restaurant, the hotel's kitchen is excellent, so a nice alternative after a tiring day of visiting sites. (Note that the better restaurants in Siem Reap require reservations, which the hotel staff were happy to make.) The whole Siem Reap area operates on U.S. dollars, and the hotel had a ready supply of the small bills needed for many purchases.Villa Song Saigon: "Villa Song: a wonderful Art Deco hotel occupying a quiet position on the banks of the Saigon river"
Great hotel, great food (apart from breakfast, which was average), fantastic bedroom and really helpful staff. Annoying niggly problems with signing bills and a trainee at breakfast barely understood English. Nice free mini-bar in room, with water, soft drinks and beer.MAISONS WAT KOR: "Calming and traquil setting"
"Beautiful gardens wrapped around central pond/lake overflowing with blossoming lotus flowers ... truly beautiful. Salt water pool, good kitchen and friendly staff. Beautiful rooms but shower recess could be better. Photos evidence a visit by Brad and Angelina Jolie staying here ... this speaks for itself. Quiet retreat at the end of sometimes frantic days. "Arumdalu: "Lovely and peaceful"
We had the resort to ourselves for 4 days.If you want some fresh air and peace and quiet this is the place to come! Beautiful beach and lovely staff! Just watch out for the sandflies. Two days would probably be ideal.Villa Song Saigon: "Luxurious Hotel and Great Chef"
"I've started to miss Villa Song very much. We normally have a weekend there to escape from busy noisy down town, and get relaxing after heavy working days. It was pity that our last asking to stay there on the weekend of 12-13 August was unsuccessful, because ""our"" room 203 was occupied. It made me miss the sunset over the balcony to the river, dinners prepared by Chef Kevin with lots of creative tastes and caring. I really enjoy the room with the big bath room served with nice bathtub, and separate shower, and really comfortable bed under nice temperature. Last of not least, I can tell the foods made by Chef Kevin are the best in town. We can feel his heart on the dishes, his caring for the wine pairing. Kevin and the staff always make us the most warm welcome ambiance. We really feel like home there."
