Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "A fairy tale kind of stay"

Review by: jetsetlady2016 | Source: Trip Advisor
"It truly is an experience itself to stay in this hotel. I was already fascinated when I first saw the photos of this hotel. But the moment you walk into this beautiful mansion, well that is a whole different experience. Very special ! One isn’t surprised that the Mansion won the title of UNESCO’s Most Excellent Project in the Asia Pacific Heritage Awards! I loved the room we stayed in, which was part of the Liang Collection. The high ceilings. The superb decoration to its very details. The bathroom was a dream! All in all pretty spacious. Not to forget that you have sitting areas outside of your rooms as well. And the amenities definitely remind one of a 5 Star hotel experience. The breakfast was superb too. I personally loved the open air lobby and the breakfast space. This place makes up for great photos too. The staff is super kind and super attentive and makes the entire luxurious experience complete. I haven’t seen many hotels in Penang besides this but I cannot imagine that there is a more wonderful place to stay in Georgetown. Seriously staying in a unique place like this just perfectly completes the experience of visiting a UNESCO heritage site. I can only recommend it! "

The Cabochon Hotel: "A refreshing change"

Review by: Gordon2066 | Source: Trip Advisor
"If you are looking for a change from the normal 5 star hotel experience then I would really recommend the Cabochon. The hotel has a colonial era boutique theme and it is done very well. The food in the restaurant is very good and cocktails and Gin and Tonics (they are a specialty) in the library before dinner are also excellent! The location just off Sukhumvit road is also very convenient. Its not right in the centre of the shopping district but its close to a BTS station and it is nice to be a little out of the way. We also enjoyed the roof-top pool. The other important feature of the hotel are the staff. They were all very enthusiastic and helpful We are looking forward to returning to the Cabochon next time we are in Bangkok"

Inle Princess Resort: "Eine Institution"

Review by: Hubertus319759 | Source: Trip Advisor
Stayed February 2017, traveled as a couple"

Nimmu House: "Paradise in Ladakh"

Review by: Laura R | Source: Trip Advisor
"I stayed in Nimmu House during a trip in Ladakh organised with a group when we had to go trekking. We stayed in Nimmu before and after our trek. This place was so peaceful and it was the perfect place to have a little rest. We stayed inside the tent in the garden which are just amazing and cosy with all facilities and much more than what you could expect after trekking in Ladakh. The inside of the house is also very special and has his own story which is quite interesting. At night, we enjoyed the bonfire and nice drinks outside all together. Food is very wonderful thanks to Maya and menu is different everyday. We had Chocolate Mouss, Chocolate Pie and also Lemon Pie which is so nice French people The atmosphere is very friendly in Nimmu house :) Manon, her husband and Audrey take good care of their customer and are always available to discuss with you about any enquiries you have regarding the services, the house or any kind of thing. I really like to thank all of them for this wonderful stay in Nimmu which was so special for me as it was my birthday and they made it so nice for me :)"

NOEL RODRIGO’S LEOPARD SAFARIS: "Fantastic Safari experience, good for the whole family or couples"

Review by: Thomas T | Source: tripadvisor.com
"This past Feb my wife and I wanted to do something different as we have traveled to many places in Asia. This past year we decided to go to Sri Lanka and with the guidance of famous travel writer Cynthia Rosenfeld, a safari was arranged for us at Noel Rodrigos Leopard Safaris. We camped off the grid in the jungle. Great accomodations with A/C although I do understand they hv al fresco tents as well. Food was really great and a great introduction to Sri Lankan cuisine. the staff was wonderful and very attentive. From early morning Safaris, to early evening happy hour and dinner. under the stars i cant say enough of what a great new experience we had. We felt it was a personal guided tour just all to ourselves. The privacy and service was just wonderful and we greatly enjoyed being with a more exclusive outfit/. It was a special experience for us and we'd like to plan a return trip w/ our children as it was most educational with the guides pointing out the smallest details of all the wildlife. From Leopards to peacocks they have it all. dont miss this lifetime opportunity for the a real deal safari. The whole staff from making the booking arrangments to departure travel and all in between was truely a world class experience. "

tugu lombok: "A little bit of paradise”"

Review by: Valproct | Source: tripadvison.com
"We have just had a 4 night break at this lovely Hotel. It has all of the wow factors and the staff treated us like royalty. It is a wonderful place to have a peaceful break away from the stress of work or city life and highly recommended. A word of warning about travelling to Lombok. Try and get a direct flight. We travelled from Singapore via Jakarta and had to change terminals which was a nightmare. We were given conflicting information about baggage and terminal numbers, which was all very stressful. "
