Villa Song Saigon: "Villa Song,Saigon"
"Wow! What a great place to stay when visiting Saigon.Located along the Saigon River. We had a fantastic room over looking the river. The hotel has a restaurant with outside seating within a few feet of the river;a great place for breakfast as the sun comes up over Saigon. The staff was always willing to help(we were struggling with printing boarding passes)and always greeted you with a smile. 5 stars! Stayed March 2017, traveled as a couple"Amata Lanna: "an oasis in the rush of Changmai"
If you believe that small is beautiful then you will love this niche hotel. Just twelve large rooms based on the old Northern Lana style - that is teak buildings and platforms around a central pool. The staff are charming and attentive. A place to chill and relax after a busy dayTugu Lombok: "A magical place with beauty in every step"
"The hotel is beautiful, with lot of different areas to explore, relax and even work. All the areas are decorated with elegance, full of art objects. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was amazing with open air area. The hotel staff is very kind, you feel pampered every minute. "Tugu Lombok: "A place for privacy and serenity"
"My hubs and I wanted as short getaway in Lombok. We were looking forward to a quiet and relaxing time and Hotel Tugu delivers it. The resort is Balinese style with a lot of art collections since the owner, I heard is an art collector. The resort is within a huge open space fronting pristine white beach. The villa we stayed was comfortable, clean and cooling. Food in the resort was delicious and reasonably priced. The most outstanding part of this resort is its team of people. Everyone was highly service oriented, from the front manager to the pakcik cleaning the ground. we had lovely chats with some of them. An area they could improve was probably the spa. It felt more like a massage than a spa. Small touches like a foot wash before the massage and a cup of ginger tea would have improved the whole experience. But it is a tiny blip on an otherwise outstanding experience. Stayed March 2017, traveled as a couple"David’s Kitchen: "Number 1 for a good reason"
Its the best! Tried different restaurants in the area but this one stands out. The food is so tasty! Try it and believe the hype.Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Relaxing beach resort"
Luxury resort on the Arabian coast in north kerala provides pleasant accommodation with multiple activities like swimming, yoga, fishermen village visit and cooking classes.”Meenakshi” restaurant is great for exclusive sea food.try coconut rice which is yummy.Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "Walk into amazing history! Most excelent"
"Most amazing history and architecture; a truly east meets west in a unique blend that worked in C19th and is a place which has a feeling that has to be experienced to be believed. The current owners restored this place with meticulous detail to the most miniscule of reproduced effects, having to seek out craftsmen to work with a lost art. External feature details are fashioned from broken and shaped especially fired porcelain bowls. Colourfast beauty that will last potentially for centuries. The world should thank people with this level of vision to preserve such magnificent history. The history of the original owner, Cheong Fatt Tze is as fascinating as the building itself. We had the great privilege to meet and talk with owner, architect and one of the visionaries behind the Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion renovation which won the UNESCO Most Excellent Project, Lin Lee Loh-Lim. Passion personified! Check when Lin Lee Loh-Lim is conducting tours. Having stayed for several nights I can say the place and the staff are the most amazing I have ever encountered. Oh that we should all take so much pride in our work and enjoy it so much. The Restaurant with French fusion dishes is great value for money and excellent quality. This one liner is a total understatement. Yes I'm besotted with the Blue Mansion, its has been one of those experiences I will treasure and talk about for the rest of my life! Something I must say is that some of the surrounding property owners appear to have little respect for what the Blue Mansion represents and the leadership that properties of this calibre offer the future of Georgetown and Penang as a world class destination. I can only hope that the Penang City Council and Chamber of Commerce can work with all accommodation providers and landowners in the area to put sustainable noise abatement in place to enhance the experience and vision that has been so delightfully preserved in the Blue Mansion and the surrounding area. I'll be back to experience the charming ambiance of the Blue Mansion in the future. I wish the owners and staff every continuing success."Tugu Bali: "Boutique Hotel in the heart of Canggu"
"We stayed here for three nights having previously visited the Lombok Tugu hotel last summer. The hotel is everything we have now come to expect of the Tugu brand. The staff are very well trained, very accommodating and very helpful. the rooms are spread out around the grounds in a series of old style Indonesian houses, with 1 or 2 upstairs apartments and 1 or 2 downstairs garden apartments depending upon which room you are allocated. We were fortunate in that we had an upstairs room in one of the smaller houses (only 1 room upstairs and 1 room downstairs). The room was well appointed with an enclosed balcony but one which had windows which could be opened to all the sea breezes to blow through. It exudes old world charm yet has all the creature comforts one expects. The grounds and communal areas are beautifully presented and stacked full of Indonesian antiques. The hotel offers a quiet oases of comfort within the bustling and vibrant Canggu area. There is a large lawned area adjacent to the beach which is where we spent most of our time during the day. If you have never been to a Tugu hotel, you will marvel at how they manage to blend the old ways and charm of Indonesia in with the modern conveniences required by the present day traveller"Satri House: "Excellent, charming, classy"
Satri House is a tranquil, beautiful boutique hotel that oozes the charm of a property with a place in history - it has texture and character in a way that many other luxury hotel chain offerings at several times the price tag don't get close to. The staff are very friendly and the food had some real hits, as well. It is the rare breed that hits a sweet spot between price and feel, and so comes highly recommended from this humble traveler. (Protip - go across the street out back and eat at Manda de Laos, a fantastic new restaurant no one seems to know about)Tugu Lombok: "Beautiful"
This is an incredibly beautiful hotel in a stunning location with expansive grounds to walk in and great massage. Very peaceful and relaxing. It has a wonderful white beach, turquoise water to swim in and 2 great swimming pools, one with sea water. The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Service with a real smile and warmth. The food was exceptionally good. My one small complaint would be that the menu didn't change in the 5 days we were there. Although delicious it would have been nice to have some more choice after a couple of days.
