"This may be the nicest hotel we have ever visited, and we have stayed at many special places around the world. The property is beautifully sited on the riverbank and the rooms are spectacular! Our room had a separate sitting area with an amazing bathroom and balcony overlooking the river. The staff was extremely helpful. We dined at the restaurant which was also amazing. Absolutely gorgeous hotel with amazing surroundings. Listed here as a 3 star but definitely worth 5+. The rooms are spacious and luxurious with a beautiful design and amazing bathroom. The pool area is great . If you are looking for somewhere peaceful to relax and rewind, then this is the place to book. You won't regret it . I was in search of a place that I could relax and do some writing and this place could not have served the purpose better. I initially booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 10 nights, the surrounding is exquisite, the staff is on top of their game and the sunsets are stunning. Every evening during the rainy season there is an amazing chorus of crickets - its like an orchestra playing. If you are looking for a place to get away from the hustle and clear your mind this place is it. The rooms are super clean with an inside and outside shower, the bed is super comfy and there are two infinity swimming pools but the river. "This was our 4th visit to Sea Dance in two years , living close by makes this our favourite choice for a short break. Poy and his team never cease to amaze us , from the moment we arrive we feel like we are home again. "If you like a very mild degree of roughing it, this is a fabulous place to stay. The tents are very roomy and comfortable, the restaurant is delicious, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the setting -- well, look at the pictures! And yes, you can swim right from your tent! But make no mistake: it's not a hotel. "We stayed for a week here.The room was great with large balcony and the gardens contained some beautiful landscaping and sculptures. It is a short, level 10 minute walk to the centre of luanprabang. They have free bicycles for use and cycling is easy and safe.The staff were excellent and wonderfully helpful when one of us was unwell. Breakfast was a real feast with fresh croissant, home made jams,eggs and fresh lao coffee.
