Reverie Siam: "Far from the pace of the world – beauty"
"72 hair pin curves north of Chiang Mainis this artsy village that had several natural sites nearby but has this comfortable artsy community tucked into the Thai Highlands. But this hotel, quite a wonderful place. Two beautiful pools, plenty of places to lounge, and food for breakfast that is high gourmet good. High cost per night compared to others but, great price compared to what others offer. Stayed March 2017, traveled with friends"Chakrabongse Villas: "Quiet oasis, great location"
The Oriental Villa was perfect for our family of 4 (kids 10 and 8). Great location to explore the highlights of Bangkok. Dinner on the river was outstanding, and Ms. Atom reserved us a table at Sala Rattanakosin (within walking distance, also on the river) when their chef was off and it was equally memorable.Arumdalu: "Family Vacation"
"Overall, I think the resort was spot on. It had everything a family who enjoys traveling needs. Massive rooms that can fit up to around 5 people, though you need to have additional beds that can be provided by the resort. I can say this as I travelled with a huge family of 23. Not only the rooms, the culinary served there was also spectacular though it takes a while to prepare. It has it's own flavor and really has it's speciality for each meal. Though the food looks relatively small, it really changes your mind when you finish it as it makes your stomach full. The activities are also very enjoyable and most of them can be done by everyone. The resort provides kayaks, that can be used in the secluded beach, there are bicycles that can be used to ride along the road heading to a spot to hike, Batu Baginda. Though the route can be challenging for some people, once you reach the spot you can really enjoy the view and the whole trip was worth it. It takes around 2 hours to get there and back. (these activities needs an extra cost) It was late December when me and my family went there so luckily, they gave us a great new year experience by the beach. They had tents prepared for us and there were music to accompany us. But the best part of the event were the fireworks, they were spectacular as they were endless and massive."Misool Eco Resort: "Simply splendid"
Torn as to whether to share info about this place, or keep it a secret. Stayed here in April-2014 with my partner, in water cottage number 5. The location is spectacular and the resort is just lovely. Decent food (excellent wines), high end facilities, and wonderful/friendly staff. It is truly impressive to see what the owners have accomplished here, up to and including the engagement of local stakeholders/residences to make this place part of the local community. Oh, and the diving is truly high-end... Diving is second-best ever, following Sipadan, but all in, this place was a notch above. This, and Auberge du Manoir in Chamonix France, are the only places I/we intend to revisit. Congratulations to the owners, on an impressive undertaking.Reverie Siam: "Best Boutique Hotel"
Wow, it is one of the nicest boutique hotels I have ever visited! I really recommend it! Enjoyable, luxurious and comfortable. Nice service, nice food, nice rooms and nice atmosphere as well. Also the village Pai is nicetugu malang: "Beautifull java architecture"
"I stayed in Hotel Tugu malang for 2 days in last February, I stayed in one deluxe room in 2nd floor not the cheapest room in the Hotel. The room is very spacious,we had a welcome message and welcome drink also welcome fruit when we are check in,Bath room is very wide Bed is very nice also,I think Hotel Tugu malang is the cheapest Tugu in Indonesia especially if you are compared with Hotel Tugu Lombok or Bali. We also have dinner last night in the Hotel they have so many choices of food,I ordered some duck and my friend ordered sop Buntut Also,Breakfast also nice they have traditionall Indonesian or java food, they provide buffee and alacarte also for the breakfast, for me the Hotel is the best Hotel in Malang. "Reverie Siam Pai: "Stunning views & décor"
My husband and I stayed at Reverie Siam as part of our honeymoon trip to Thailand, and we have continued to rave about our stay there. Everything about this resort is beautiful--from the views of the mountains to the decorations in the rooms. The resort has a very relaxing atmosphere, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. If you are traveling in Thailand, don't miss the chance to stay here. The Island Lodge: "So glad that we stayed at the hotel, although it was for only one night"
The quality of the service in Vietnam is first class. This is the fifth hotel we have stayed in during our visit and they have all been excellent. The Island Lodge is a bit special. It is the vision of the owner and his wife. You get the feeling that you are staying as a house guest. The only pity for us was that our stay was only for one night. Do have a massage or other treatment. I am sure there is lots to see around the hotel but we just soaked up the atmosphere along with having some great food and a few beers.Nimmu House: "A really nice change of pace"
Most people spend their first night in Ladakh in Leh (the site of the airport) which is fine, but another- and arguably better- option is to drive one hour west to the village of Nimmu near the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers, and stay at the wonderful Nimmu House. I stayed in one of the excellent and comfortable tents, which were both spacious and quiet (unlike Leh). The food was really good, especially the lemon chicken which was absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly, and the only improvements I could suggest would be some better grounds maintenance. I would definitely stay here again!Villa Song: "A must stay"
Welcomed warmly upon arrival after a long flight from the UK. Arrived early and offered a complimentary breakfast whilst waiting for our room to be made ready along with shower facilities to freshen up. We had a lovely room overlooking the river, the bed was divine as was everything actually. The staff could not have been more helpful, we were booked in originally for 2 nights but extended to 3 as we had such a lovely time. A salt water pool at bath temperature, complimentary speed boat shuttle into District 1, fabulous breakfast menu and located in an oasis of calm in the madness that is Ho Chi Minh City. We highly recommend staying here in this beautiful Villa Hotel. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff who made our stay so enjoyable. It was greatly appreciated and we will certainly be telling all of our friends about you.
