Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "Living like a queen for 3 nights"
"Just checked out of The blue mansion and all I could think of was - I need to write about this on TA. I rarely take the time to review my experiences but this was something else. I have always been a big fan of unique stays and this tops the bill. Imagine living inside a UNESCO world heritage site which also happens to be one of the top 10 greatest mansions in the world? Hell yeah, count me in! Absolutely wonderful indigo blue decor, spacious rooms with Jacuzzi, ever smiling and helpful staff and loads of heritage and stories behind the walls. We had the perfect stay at the cheong fatt tze mansion."Sea Dance Resort: "Excellent service, perfect atmosphere and great food."
"- Great food (even has their own home grown vegetables) - Perfect service! - Excellent atmosphere! We came to the restaurant at a Wednesday night by accident, and we immediately felt very welcome. We decided to stay despite the fact that my girlfriend doesn't even like Thai food and there was a Thai buffet that night. We didn't regret it!! The Thai buffet was delicious and so was my girlfriends club sandwich (they made it possible for her to order from the a la carte menu, even though it was buffet only that night, and there was a big buffet prepared for the guests)! Very service minded We were there after told that we were welcome to come use their great facilities anytime during our stay at Koh Samui. We did that and we went back there for four days in a row because of the pool, kayaking/SUP-boards and especially the food. Had we only known how wonderful this place is we would have stayed here for sure! There was an English girl working in the restaurant, who'm was one of the nicest waiters I've ever encountered. She meant a lot to the place and if I was the owner I would make sure she would never leave her job Her and the rest of the excellent staff makes you feel at home instantly. "Heritage Suites Hotel: "A peaceful relax!"
"After spending one day visited temples of Angkor then back to hotel while offering a very special rate for me, I had an unforgettable stay with superlative decor and art designs inspired by Angkor style. I met the staff who are very warmth greeted and welcoming with a refresh drinks, i was enjoying with breakfast they served blending with master chef. Pool was huge and very refreshing moment with nice garden, the pool bar was also attracting. I would return back for the next visit to Angkor Wat."Villa Song Saigon: "They know what we want"
I had only one night to spend in the city so I was looking for a quiet place with good service. And thanks to ratings from of Tripadvisor's users I've made a really good choice. HCMC is a unique city and this is a unique accomodation located there. Balance of high level of service and respect to your privacy makes the difference. And in this hotel you will find exactly everything you may require in hotel. They simply really understand their guests' needs and wishesTugu Bali: "The Epitome of Balinese Excellence"
From the start of our arrival, this resort submerged us into the traditional Balinese culture. We were greeted with fine wine (drinks of choice), a massage, and the beginning of an ancient set of dances that truly displayed the Balinese history that resonates within Tugu. You are able to reserve a reasonable priced dinner in front of the traditional dances or anywhere for that matter within the hotel. Same goes for breakfast, as well as the option to have breakfast at any time during the day(great for late risers and brunch goers). The staff really tries to make you feel like you are at your home away from home and did an amazing job of making us feel as comfortable as possible. Be sure to check out the little beach town of Canggu by yourself or with a guide with Tugu's complimentary bicycles. Bali truly is the Island of the Gods with thousands of temples and a couple within walking distance from Tugu. Our room came with our own swimming pool and a spacious bath tub to give an open and elegant room experience when wanting to stay in. Like I said before, all food can be ordered from anywhere on the grounds as well as complementary afternoon tea or coffee and snacks (4-6pm). There are several other activities to choose from, however, we selected the afternoon Djomoe class that specializes in hand on making of long-established herbal brews that range from everyday energy to cold cures (it worked)! The resort has a grassy beach area that meets the sand with comfy cabanas specific for Tugu guests, perfect for the marvelous Balinese sunsets. We'll be coming back, that's for sure. Recommended for an astonishing stay well worth the price.Satri House: "Stunning"
"On entering the beautiful building we were immediately welcomed by staff with drinks and information on the grounds and surroundings. We were shown round the picturesque hotel which also had 2 very lovely swimming pools. The rooms were stunning with lots of space. Breakfast at the hotel was great , although some may like a buffet they went with a more a la carte approach which never the less was delicious. The hotel is just 10 minutes walk from the town centre and the hotel even let you use bikes for free to get around quicker and take in more of the beautiful surroundings. I would recommend anyone to stay in this hotel as the staff, rooms, location , food and hotel grounds are 5 star! Stayed April 2017, traveled with family"Labyrinth: "Impeccable service and delicious roast pork!"
The great service started even before the dinner when they called to check if we were going for a theatre program (we were). We enjoyed the roast pork and risotto and the chili crab dish was excellent as usual. Desserts were a little too sweet for our taste (maybe it’s just us). But the sweetness was balanced by the tea offered by the wait staff who was considerate enough to notice that we still had time before our theatre program.David’s Kitchen: "Fantastic restaurant"
David's Kitchen is a superb restaurant offering exquisite French cuisine and absolutely top-notch service at an affordable price. From the beginning it was clear David and Prom play close attention to detail and do everything possible to provide a warm and personalized dining experience, greeting guests and treating us as friends rather than customers. Undoubtedly one of my best restaurant experiences all around.Supanniga Eating Room: "Top Thai ~ without a doubt"
"My only disappointment is that it took me so long to experience this treasure of a restaurant. It’s world class, not only in its delivery of exceptional Thai food but it’s down to earth nature. One for a repeat visit at every opportunity and I’ve been enjoying Thai cuisine for 30 years. Full marks to the owners, a wonderful gastronomic experience. Sorry for the limited images as I was too busy enjoying it all. Authentic Thai"Dewakan: "This is the best, most innovative restaurant in Malaysia"
If there should be a Michelin Star Restaurant in Malaysia. it will be Dewakan. Kudos to the team for a great effort and wonderful food.
