Sea Dance Resort: "Amazing"
"Very impressive! I had the most amazing stay! I was originally booked in for 2 nights I checked out only to return 2 hours later.. I spent the most idyllic 8 nights at the Seadance, I desperately needed to recharge. The resort is peaceful and calm. Every one knows your name and treats you like a friend not just a hotel guest.. Nothing was too much trouble, any request taken care of! I stay in hotels/resorts at least once a week for business the Sea Dance with its understated elegance out does many! Thank you to Faith, Helen,John and Danny You were all amazing! I very much enjoyed your company. Thank you all for making me feel so welcome, I was so sad to leave. I will be back again soon. Tina"Tugu Malang: "Wonderful and Amazing Heritage Hotel"
"I really love this hotel. It's so amazing and wonderful. They have a lot of etnic equipment. Every room has difference style. Here they have equipment from Oei Tiong Ham, the very rich people in 1900. All the staf is kind dan very helpful. some of staf could be a guide for the guest to explain each room, each equipment and others. Like visit a museum. There are a lot of story here. Very recommended hotel if you go to malang. If we have could not stay here. They have melati restaurant which is open 24 hours."Pindaya Farm House: "Just Wonderful!"
"We completely endorse all previous comments. Having driven thro a patchwork of colourful fields in rolling hills, we were warmly welcomed. You can hear the silence here. Very comfortable beds, excellent bedding (warm too luckily, it hit freezing at night!) and high class shower and bathroom fittings. Midday saw us sitting on our balcony in the sunshine drinking in the view. The owners can arrange all sorts of trips and treks, but don't miss the weaver in the village up the road. Our only small criticism, which didn't bother us too much, or detract from our enjoyment, is that the sound insulation between us and our neighbour was not very good. It certainly helped us get to know, and make friends with them quickly! We hope it improved trans Atlantic relations"Cuisine Wat Damnak: "Scrumptious, eclectic mix"
Went for an 8:30pm reservation and sat upstairs outside - which I would highly recommend. Exquisite tastes, friendly staff and chef, all that I had hoped for on my trip and a definite must-visit while in Siem Reap. Don't be deterred by the dark street on the approach - this place is a jewel in a very quiet area of Siem Reap.Sukoon Houseboa: "Dont Miss it"
"We had heard lots of bad things about stay in HouseBoats and had finally decided to skip this experience. But thanks to our travel agent who forced us book this place. I just have one Word for the houseboat ""AWESOME""!!! The houseboat is extra clean with no foul odor. The service is top notch! The food was excellent (bit slow in serving) They have well trained staff and could feel the difference with the way they treated people. The Deck was nice and had a very good view. We regret staying for only 1 day, and would surely return for a longer stay. Thanks to the staff of Sukoon for making this a pleasurable experience, was truly the best part of our Kashmir trip."Sanak Retreat Bali: "Luxus inmitten von Reisfeldern"
The Hotel Tugu was the best surprise of our two week trip to Bali. From the second we walked into the lobby we were greeted by the most friendly, helpful and beautiful staff. We had just left the Ritz Carlton and already this place was running circles around the staff from the Ritz. It was one beautiful surprise after another. From the room, to the services to the good, proximity to the beach to the furnishings. Hotel Tugu is a gem and not to be missed. The hotel manager is lovely, helpful and has the staff well trained and lovely. Don't miss the Japanese restaurant with a view of the ocean. Cheers to hotel Tugu for making our trip. If you have an appreciation. For aesthetically pleasing things you cannot miss my this. The owner has the biggest collection of Balinese art and artefacts throughout Indonesia.Golden Buddha Beach Resort: "Welcome to paradise"
"That's what Massi said to us when he greeted us at the beach upon our arrival at the Golden Buddha. Having spent amazing 9 nights there, we can confirm that Golden Buddha is a very special place that I would have no doubt calling our own paradise. The setting is truly idyllic, the houses are beautiful and it is incredibly relaxing with all your needs catered for by a very friendly team of staff. We enjoyed seeing monkeys and hornbills at the resort and although it takes one or two nights to get used to being so close to the nature (particularly at night when we had some visitors in our rooms and open air bathrooms), we have already been missing being woken up by birds, cicadas and crashing waves. We chose Golden Buddha as our family reunion (from UK, NZ, Germany and Poland) and we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend time together. It was my mum's 60th birthday and Massi organised a birthday meal for all of us in our baan which was very special and at no extra cost (included in half board). Not wanting to repeat all the compliments already mentioned in previous posts, I wanted to highlight the fact that there is a wide choice of activities too - we went for a snorkelling trip to Surin Islands which was great fun, even for those in our group who were new to snorkelling. You can also rent kayaks and go paddling up the small river among mangroves (it was peaceful and very easy with the tide coming in) or go to the nearby islands for some more snorkelling. We also took advantage of yoga classes with Alex who was a great teacher. The location of the yoga sala allows you to enjoy the early morning view of the bay whilst doing your sun salutations, just amazing! Or just get in a hammock or sit on a veranda and relax to the sound of waves crashing few meters away from you... You choose how to enjoy this paradise yourself:)"Golden Buddha Beach Resort: "Heavenly eco-resort at the end of the world on a dream island"
We were absolutely sensational Baan Mangon! Best location, sensationally beautiful 28 beach villas, all of which include private individuals, which are rented from the hotel. The clubhouse / restaurant and reception with shop are like old colonial villas from Indochina with many antiques. One beach is completely deserted and miles long, the other in a child-friendly lagoon. At low tide you can walk in far into paddling in flight with a kayak in the Mangrovenflüsschen and watch monkeys. On this beach it has the pizza hut and lounge chairs with umbrellas. So I do not have to eat pizza in Thailand (but they are great!), I ordered a Thai Pèicknick in the restaurant and have it delivered to the scooter. The whole resort is simply sensational, a dream, absolutely amazing breathtakingly beautiful! All eating organic, much planted himself, every day four new starters and main dishes fresh. Perfect!Tugu Malang: "lovely boutique hotel with a lot of history"
i only stayed one night and liked it a lot. we were given a tour if the hotel and learned so much about the history of the house. there are so many pieces of art with so much history. stay there and take the tour. don't forget to eat there!
