MesaStila: "Excellent resort with superb service and lots of fun activities"

"The resort is beautiful and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. I purchased a package that has free breakfast, afternoon tea and all resort activities such as coffee plantation tour, yoga, learn how to draw a batik. They also produce their own robusta coffee, which tasted delicious for me, My highlight of the day is being able to hit a big gong right in the middle of their courtyard. I highly recommend this resort Stayed March 2017, traveled with friends"

Locavore: "Gastronomic aerobatics and spot international level"

We saw that the schedule of booking tables in Manhattan traditions is full for a couple of weeks ahead. So we tried with a pounce, straight from a tropical rainfall to get to lunch. Day to day it did not work, but we found out about their sister cafe around the corner in the next street and signed up for tomorrow. For lunch too ceremoniously and formally (dishes, not the atmosphere - that's quite a casual one, we met Americans, saddened by Trump at a nearby table), but for a memorable evening, that's it. It offers two sets - large and small. For 5 and 7 meals. And there are options for veggie. The surprise was that to five dishes there are five apetizers and about the same number of digestives. Extremely authored and fantasy, small and incredibly tasty. Yes, another point is that it is necessary to arrive at the appointed time, as all tables are served by simultaneous courses. And the whole ceremony thus stretches for 2-2.5 hours) At this time, you seem to disappear from the noisy colorful streets of Ubud in the mirror world of real flowers and shades of pistachio. Smiles and conditioner. Wow

Supanniga Eating Room: "Excellent Isan food"

"Here is a place to go to enjoy real Isan Thai food. We have been there several times already and tried many different dishes. All are freshly made, tasty, not too spicy if you do not forget to mention and nicely presented ... A very good option if you want to discover and change from other traditional Thai food. Very good service too!"

Rahai’i Pangun: "Best river trip ever"

This boat company have 4 boats on the river. I have done 3 trips with them now. Wonderful service, the BEST FOOD EVER, professional service and fabulous guides . We visited Orangutans and sweet Daysk villages and met the village weaver. Beautiful river - so much bird life and not s busy river - just adrift at a slow pace and you can catch your breath and enjoy Borneo.

Supanniga Eating Room: "Wonderful, informal and authentic Thai restaurant"

"Our business group descended on this lovely little Thai restaurant and made our way to our table on the second floor. Once again I preferred to leave the ordering of the food to my hosts whilst I got down to the drinking - a small but tasty chilled vodka martini. This place is apparently famous for crab dishes and I can certainly vouch for the Gaeng Crab Meat Bai Cha Plu - Surat Thani's colossal crab meat lumps and crab roe in spicy red curry with cha plu leaves. I also enjoyed dishes such as Mieng Yong - dried shreaded pork, peanuts, and sweet roasted coconut wrapped in cha plu leaves, Pu Jah - blended crab meat and pork, seasoned and steamed inside crab shells and Choo Chi Pla Nue Aon - chunky Nue Aon fish meat, deep-fried and dry-sautéed with Thai sweet & spicy curry. For dessert I couldn't resist the sweet, juicy mango and sticky rice. Delicious! Service was incredibly discreet. I hardly noticed it as the staff brought us new delicacies to try. This was a truly lovely experience. You need to try it out!"

tugu bali: "Authentique Indonesian Decor"

"Without doubt, the room in Tugu Bali is one of the best we ever stayed. Everything was design to the utmost details to represent Indonesian (Java) beauty. We only stay in the Rejang Suite Ocean view for one night on the last leg of our adventure in Bali. The location in Pantai Batu Bolong, Canggu is rather secluded, but busy with surfers. Perfect for honeymooners. The staff are extremely helpful and polite; from the reception, bellboy, gardener, waiters. Definitely we want to come back and spend more time there "

Misool Eco Resort: "Wow"

This place was amazing. It's truly hard to describe the beauty of this place, and what they went through to make it available to the (discerning) masses. Everything was perfect, from the check-in, to the food, to the rooms, to the scuba-diving / snorkeling. I couldn't dive due to a lung issue, but trust me, I saw and experienced just as much. Even got to see some manta rays at the top of an underwater mountain. Calvin, who headed up the diving / snorkeling trips / PADI courses, and has a marine biology degree... very helpful and great instructor, with the added benefit that he's an actual scientist. Even gave a preso on his work with the manta rays. And I'd like to give a shout-out to my snorkeling guide (Nelson i.e. "Son") as well. He's a local, and used to live on a pearl farm... he dove down seemingly without effort 20-30 feet deep to search out cool things to see. I'm not even sure the guy needs scuba equipment. And the reefs in their 1000 km square "no take" zone were in amazing health (which is surprising given all the press about the decline of reefs in other parts of the world right now) - we saw tons of stuff. My favorites were the nudibranches - I saw about 5 or 6 kinds. We also saw a herd of "bumpheads" that apparently National Geographic was trying to get pics / videos of a few weeks before but couldn't find. The amount of biodiversity is truly astounding... the fish stocks and schools were absolutely amazing. Corals too. I also liked the "eco" theme of the resort - they really take it to heart. Our room had air conditioning, but it was only within the mosquito netting above our bed - I thought this was a clever and very energy efficient way to do it, because you really only want it at night when you're sleeping anyway. Also, they're trying to figure out how to do solar, just working through the details right now. One piece of advice: Just bring adequate cash to tip with (preferably IDR, but they can exchange USD or Australian $$ pretty easily) - and not because they expect tips (they don't) but you'll want to tip everyone when you're done, just because of how well they treat you.

Mie Cafe: "Excellent restaurant – Probably one of the best in Siem Reap!"

Restaurant located at the bottom of a beautiful and well manicured garden. Both service and food were excellent, comparable to certain gastronomic restaurants that can be found in Paris. We particularly liked the creativity of the Chef who subtly and successfully mixed Cambodian and Western food. We highly recommend this place to people who want a change from the classic Khmer food.

Rachamankha: "A wonderful place"

Rachamankha Hotel is the best place that I ever had to hold a party of 50 people. The staff were very efficient and friendly. They picked up all my guests from the airport and checked them in to their rooms speedily with no hazels. Rooms are extremely neat, tidy and clean. Everyone said the same thing "bed was so comfortable and I had an extremely good sleep". The entire hotel was beautifully decorated with flowers and a collection of beautiful ceramics which are displayed in a well-lit cabinet. The lobby courtyard and the restaurant courtyard provided extra space for pre-dinner drinks and after dinner party. Food was extremely good. The hotel had also arranged the best in town live band and photographer for us. In the morning, the hotel had also installed a big bed of flowers next to the dinning room. Everyone was refreshed and pleased. All of us had a wonderful weekend. I sincerely thank Paul (the manager) for his second to no one organization skills in making my party so successful. Rachamankha, you are unbeatable!

"Super customer service from the very moment I stepped upon Sea Dance. Greeted by very friendly staff everywhere I went, including all the staff at the restaurant and bar area. Stayed at a villa that was well thought out, with an outdoor toilet and shower room that provided full privacy. Exceptionally clean."
