Tugu Bali: "A night in historic Bali"

Review by: Susanruddy | Source: Trip Advisor
"Tugu Hotels in Indonesia are all one-of-a-kind experiences. You don't stay at a Tugu just for a place to lay your head; you stay to immerse yourself in the history of each Tugu's region. Tugu Bali is no exception. First, it is beautiful, truly beautiful. You cross the entry bridge and know you are in a different world. There is a small, perfect museum dedicated to interpreting the puputan when Balinese committed suicide rare than submit to Dutch rule. The ""lobby"" is more a great, dimly cool hall with private dining or meeting areas around it. The upper floor provides views of the ocean, and the pool is an intimate and welcoming space. Across the road is a new lawn with a deck on which to sip a cocktail beach-side as you watch the sun set into the ocean. The individual rooms are lovely and have private plurge pools as well as lovely soaking tubs in private gardens. We were in Room 101 and thought it perfect. Show less Room Tip: There are ground floor rooms with private pools and second floor rooms with ocean views; both are lo..."

Satri House: "Charme désuet de l’Indochine avec toutes les commodités modernes"

Review by: Dominique L | Source: Trip Advisor
"Quel bonheur d'arriver dans ce havre de paix au charme d'antan et plein d'odeurs exotiques. Personnel très attentionné et à la fois discret. Magnifiques jardins, piscines, chambres... tout y est parfait. Inutile de dire que nous avons adoré ainsi que les vélos à disposition pour se rendre en ville qui est à 10 minutes à pieds. Stayed February 2017, traveled with friends"

David’s Kitchen: "A Perfect Evening"

Review by: Jase_Manning | Source: Trip Advisor
"Everything about our evening at David's Kitchen was a real pleasure. From the ease of booking online, the way the staff look after you, the beautiful restaurant, David himself, and the food. I can't think of any negatives at all. To have a restaurant of this quality in Chiang Mai is a real blessing and a treat that everyone living here should allow themselves at least once."

Satri House: "Best Hotel Ever!"

Review by: Lee0426 | Source: tripadvisor.com
"Perfect hotel for who want very private & relaxing place. You will feel that you're perfectly cared by entire hotel associates and that will surely make you big fan of Satri. I would give 10 Stars Satri if I could! ^_^ Perfect room condition. Tasteful foods. Relaxing garden. Satri is not large but it has everything perfect."

Dewakan: "An Absolute Must Visit"

Review by: Christian B | Source: Trip Advisor
"If there is only one restaurant you can go to while you are in KL, then make it this one! I don't usually gush lyrical, but here is a young chef who combines well rehearsed classical technique with inventiveness and an open mind. Added to this is a philosophy that is not floridly wordy, but very much bound to the earth and to his own family traditions. Chef Darren sources his ingredients locally and lets his family recipes be part of his inspiration. So what should you expect? Beautifully prepared dishes with a distinct, sometimes subtle, sometimes strong local flavour, lots of freshness and a little playful fun. Overall, great, great food that you definitely must not miss out on."

Le Du Wine Bar & Restaurant: "The mixture of thai and high end western"

Review by: Louis_vu | Source: Trip Advisor
Came here second time. The food was still great. In here you would expect the food with the size and the food decoration of a michelin star restaurant but still taste like thai food. Something fusion but not at all. The menu was very simple but it will never disappoint you. Every dishes is tasty. However the dessert was just normal.

Rachamankha: "Beautiful, elegant hotel with amazing, friendly staff"

Review by: Kevin T | Source: Trip Advisor
One of my best hotel experiences ever, and I travel a lot for work and pleasure. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff made sure that everything was perfect for us. This small hotel has a very unique, authentic feel to it. I believe it only has about 26 rooms, so it has a small, elegant character. After spending several weeks site-seeing around Thailand, this was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Some highlights were the pool, which was never crowded and the hallways and sitting area at night which had amazing incense burning. The professional pictures of the hotel don't do it justice

Maison Polanka: "An Oasis in Siem Reap"

Review by: Pamsie55 | Source: Trip Advisor
Maison Polanka is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. It is in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap but provides the most idyllic surroundings to escape to, after a full day in nearby Angkor Wat which is no more than 20 mins away. The staff are polite and efficient and have the ability to be on hand when needed, but always in the background. The food is first class and the beautiful outdoor dining area is surrounded by lush gardens and a pool and sun area. The rooms are well equipped, quiet , with good showers, and have good WiFi. As there are only 5 in total Maison Polanka has an intimate and warm feeling at all levels. The rooms each have their own large, private balcony with lounging furniture and ceiling fans that overlook the grounds. Don't be put off by the approach but be excited about what lies behind the gates. Look out for the friendly pet bunny that lives in the gardens.
