Villa Song Saigon: "Beautiful colonial hotel"

Review by: mattandamy2015 | Source: tripadvisor.com
A fabulous hotel with lovely staff. The hotel is beautiful from the outside and the room we had was great with a fantastic balcony overlooking the huge pool. The room itself was a good size with a lovely bathroom. The setting on the river is beautiful and the food in the restaurant was some of the best we had in Vietnam, especially the breakfast with amazing French toast! It's a great restaurant to sit and watch the river traffic go by and you can almost imagine you are in the middle of the countryside. The hotel is a little way from the city centre but they lay on regular free bus transfers and feels like a haven and welcome break from busy Saigon.

Satri House: "Great place to stay in Laos"

Review by: Sheri T | Source: Trip Advisor
"Satri House in Luangprabang is centrally located. It's a very quaint hotel, first class with lovely rooms and a very, very accommodating staff. Customer service is excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel! Though the hotel is old, all the rooms, courtyards, restaurants, etc. have all the modern conveniences while still retaining the traditional charm. Room Tip: All rooms are good. No elevator due to this being a UNESCO building but staff carries all the lugga."

Villa Song Saigon: "Great escape"

Review by: Jane P | Source: Trip Advisor
"A lovely get away, small boutique hotel by the river. Sanctuary room with pool view was outstanding. Quiet, nice size, loved the balcony. Breakfast is fantastic, a la carte menu, wish we had more time to enjoy it. Spa is great, professional staff, loved the massage. Overall staff is doing their best to make you feel peaceful and they will help you, if needed. Will love to come back. - things for the hotel to improve; there's nowhere to hang the towels in the toilet, beds was good but needs some attention since it made noises each time one was moving and the last thing, more service by the pool. We could use a drink in the afternoon (even though room mini bar is complementary) Stayed March 2017, traveled as a couple"

Summertime Villa: "Beyond all expectations"

Review by: JC349 | Source: Trip Advisor
"What a treat to stay at Summertime for Christmas and the New Year. The house lives up to all the expectations of their website and more. So much space and beautifully maintained. Great pool just the right temperature to cool down or to do laps. Excellent house staff looked after all our needs and produced delicious meals when we stayed in including an excellent Goan Christmas dinner and lobster for New Years Eve. Located very conveniently for accessing the coastal strip but far enough away to feel like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Hans and Sucheta the owners are lovely people and great hosts. They took us out for an evening cruise upriver which was a lot of fun. Thank you for everything."

Inle Princess Resort: "Wow"

Review by: JanusAAA | Source: Trip Advisor
The only disappointment was that we didn't stay longer. Thank you for an amazing visit. What a great way to celebrate our son's birthday. I can honestly say the two nights we spent at the Inle Princess R sort were the best two nights sleep I have had for a long, long time. Bliss, beauty and serenity. Highly recommended!

The Village House: "Touch of Paradise"

Review by: Merrin R | Source: Trip Advisor
What a wonderful place to stay - highly recommend it. Staff are wonderful and rooms clean and comfortable. Great food and pool/bar area. Lots to see and do in the area and transport to Kuching easily achieved . Looking forward to coming back in the very near future .

Rachamankha: "Beautifully designed courtyard hotel"

Review by: jpkfromwashdc | Source: Trip Advisor
This is a small uniquely designed hotel with rooms around two inner courtyards on a side street on the western side of the old city. The rooms are impeccably decorated with Thai and Chinese furniture and small art objects. There is a pool at the back of the property, which was nice on a hot day (aren't they all in Thailand??!). The hotel is walking distance to many of the most famous temples in the old city. The restaurant is excellent, especially dinners, which also featured light Thai musical accompaniment in the background. Staff was excellent and helpful throughout our stay.

Nimmu House: "Amazing retreat, fine food and service"

Review by: DavidPlus4 | Source: Trip Advisor
"This incredible property is the perfect place to base a Ladakh itinerary from. We spent our first 4 days there to acclimatize. Tents are very luxurious and were perfect for our family of four. The property has a 'Provence in Ladakh' feel to it. Very European. All staff were wonderful. It felt like we had forged new friendships that will endure. Food is incredibly fresh and was a real highlight for us. The hotel staff helped to make all arrangements for activities - and there's a lot to do in the area!! I really cant recommend this property high enough. It is one of the best that we have stayed in in many years."

David’s Kitchen: "Girls Holiday"

Review by: Teresa P | Source: Trip Advisor
Disclaimer: this review doesn't even do David's Kitchen justice... We arrived for dinner at David's Kitchen the first night in Chiang Mai, after an underwhelming night in Bangkok. David was at the door to greet us (and all guests). We were taken to our seats where there was a place card with (all of) our names on it. David later came up and asked us about our trip and where we were going. He then invited us back in the kitchen to meet the team and head Chef - and get pictures! The experience alone was outstanding and I haven't even gotten to the food. Everything from the preparation, delivery and first bite was heavenly! Mouthwatering, just the right amount of seasoning and flavor for each dish. It was such and experience to learn about David and how his travels brought him to Chiang Mai. Our experience didn't end after leaving the restaurant. The following day we received a note from David thanking us and wishing us the best of time on the remainder of our trip - yes, he recounted where we were going from there and had remembered from our conversation the night before. You don't find that service in the states and rarely find it in general. Hats off to David and his spectacular team. We will be back for dinner again!

Slow Villas and Spa: "Amazing"

Review by: HoneymoonBali2016 | Source: Trip Advisor
We spent an amazing honeymoon designed by Gilita (the travel agency of the owner of Slow private pool villas) and it was perfect! We spent 6 nights at Slow and we didn t want to leave. Breakfast is delicious, the new spa for the massages and Pilates courses is top! The villas are perfectly clean, very calm and beautiful. Thanks a lot at the staff for the lovely stay at Slow...
