Sanak Retreat Bali: "Beautiful, romantic retreat"

Review by: Jenny M | Source: Trip Advisor
We booked a two-bedroom bungalow and the views of both the sunrise and sunset were amazing. Surrounded by farms, we practically had the retreat to ourselves as it was the low season. The retreat is eco-friendly and offers a range of spa and massage services. Total relaxation, perfect climate and a great place to lounge around the pool. We will definitely re-visit and stay longer.

SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "Lake view"

Villa Song Saigon: "The best hotel in Saigon"

Review by: Nicola P | Source: Trip Advisor
"Our stay was wonderful, this is a truly beautiful hotel with great views of the river. The restaurant and food was terrific and most importantly the staff are extremely fantastic and also extremely helpful. In particular the managers were always great with helping out with referrals or last minute tours. Stayed February 2017, traveled with family"

Mume: "The perfect place for dinner"

Review by: LeilaLT | Source: Trip Advisor
"I read about Mume just days before a quick trip to Taipei and to my luck the restaurant had availability! I loved the relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere, open kitchen and how the design of the restaurant makes good use of the space. The size of the tables are very comfortable and you are seated at a nice distance from other guests. Cocktails were of course delicious and the food was fantastic. Everything we ordered was perfectly balanced in flavour, texture and appearance. Each dish showed creativity, brought excitement and every bite was wonderful. The waiters and waitresses were very sweet. Thank you to everybody, front of house and kitchen, for the incredible meal!"

Locavore: "Taste Bud Experience"

Review by: Steve B | Source: Trip Advisor
We did the 7 course lunch with drink pairing. It was a great experience and we highly recommend it. Every course was sensational. It was a 2.5 hour food session that we will remember for a long time! Only suggestion would be explanation cards on each dish and drinks written in English as the normal language barrier plus background noises made it very hard to take in everything our waitress was explaining. Thank you Lavacore and see you again next time we visit.

Samanea Beach Resort: "Perfect combination of luxury and comfort – peaceful and luxurious stay!"

Review by: MyFiveAcres | Source: Trip Advisor
"The rooms at Samanea are all villas decorated in traditional / colonial style, full of character and charm. My villa had an extremely comfortable king-sized bed, a lounge area with comfy sofa, and a full-sized desk for working. There was also a fully furnished patio that looked out toward the pool and the sea. The best part about the room was the bathroom. The toilet and sink area had a glass wall to the outdoor shower and soaker tub. A tall stone wall protected my privacy but I could bathe under the stars. Breakfast and all food at the restaurant was fantastic and they are in the process of changing their menu to include more vegan and vegetarian options, too! Terrific, peaceful and luxurious stay!"

4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Surreal floating paradise"

Review by: Melly_web | Source: Trip Advisor
"From the first second you round the bend on the boat and 4 Rivers Floating Lodge comes into view, you know you are in for something special! You meet the boat in Tatai and it is a short and tranquil trip to the lodge. Once there you are warmly welcomed by Adonis and a cool drink. There are only 12 tents, 6 on each side of the restaurant area, so it is always peaceful and relaxed. The tents are amazing! I have stayed in many hotels which are no where near as amazing as this! You have your own patio area with a ladder directly into the river. The river it's self is clean and deep, perfect for swimming. The current was not too strong. They have kayak's and tubes if you want to go for a paddle or float. We stayed here for 6 nights and there is plenty to do whether you want to relax or take excursions. (...) There are books available to read and DVD's if you feel like kicking back with a movie in your room. There is no WIFI here, but seriously, you won't miss it! I highly recommend the sunset cruise! The staff at the lodge are amazing, they are always happy to help with anything and are always happy and smiling. We would really like to thank Adonis and all the staff for such a magical stay."

Misool Eco Resort: "Beautiful, Remote, Charming and Friendly. Just paradise Really"

Review by: Pam004 | Source: Trip Advisor
"If you like scuba diving, peaceful tranquility, a crystal clear turquoise ocean, friendly unpretentious service, beautiful unpolluted pristine beaches and holidays are a priority that you don't mind spending a bit of cash extra on, then Misool would be a great choice. If you have small children, like hectic nightlife or need to work within a tight budget then Misool may not be the place to stay. For the four of us ( we travelled as two couples) it was heaven on earth! We are keeen scuba divers and have dived in many places across the globe but Misool really is the jewel in the crown. We opted for the unlimited dive package which is definitely worth it if you plan to dive a lot which we did. On offer every day are 4 dives - a pre-breakfast dive, post breakfast dive, afternoon dive and dusk/night dive. If that is still not enough you can dive on the house reef any time. Some dive sites are definitely better than others, but that said nearly all dive sights are significantly better than most dives that we have done elsewhere. We were there in February and the visibility was great. We also had a fair bit of rain but that in no way detracted from our holiday. Marfel, our dive guide was excellent and really looked after us. We were in an incredibly remote location with no access to medical facilities if we had had any sort of emergency but felt safe all the time due to the high standards of safety and equipment that we had. The resort itself is so beautiful, words do not really do it justice. Neither do the pictures on the web site. You have to see it for yourself to appreciate it. The service is also excellent. The staff are so friendly and will do anything for you. So are there any downsides? Well yes there a couple.Firstly getting there. It depends where you are travelling from obviously, but I would say that for most tourists it is going to be a real hike. From Dubai (which is one of the most accessible places in the world) it still took us 3 flights and a 5 hour boat journey. On the way there the boat journey wasn't too bad becuase we were the first on the boat and got the air conditioned seats at the front. On the way back we had a few staff members travelling back as well as the guests and we were stuck at the back - very cramped, with no air conditioning which was pretty uncomfortable for a long trip. Secondly, whilst the whole resort is spacious, beautuful and in some ways luxurious it is on a small island miles from anywhere. In lots of ways this is a bonus but it does mean that the air conditioning does not work as well (or sometimes at all) as it would in places where you would pay this amount of money. It may seem incredibly expensive but then you do need to factor in that absolutely everything, including water needs to be imported. Also quite a bit of money (I don't know how much) goes to conservation projects. One final point - I would not recommend the meet and greet service at the airport. It is quite expensive and a total waste of money. We had to wait nearly an hour in sweltering heat on the pavement for our guide to turn up and when he did, he did not seem to provide any added value service at all. We would have been better queing at the check in for 20 minutes ourselves and paying to get into the lounge for a fraction of the price paid. We did alert Misool to this and they are looking in to trying to change providers. Overall, I cannot fault Misool Eco Resort. This was probably the best holiday I have ever had and I would go back to Misool again tomorrow if I could. Thank you to the Misool team for making our stay so special ! "

SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "excellent food"

Review by: kyawt | Source: Trip Advisor
The first time to visit this fine dining of French cuisine and had excellent food and wine and cheese. It is a bit noisy as there is a party at one end . They said since it is raining they had no other place to accommodate them. We must say this is the best french food in the city so far. When the rain is over it will be a nice experience to sit outside on the bank of Inya Lake. Only if they have better music and curtains and drapes to absorb the noise, we will be delighted to enjoy a fine dining.
