Cuisine Wat Damnak: "An amazing experience"
We really enjoyed the 5-course and 6-course menu at Cuisine Wat Damnak and were thrilled to taste the Khmer cuisine with a touch of French. It was delicious - from the taste from the kitchen to the dessert we experienced different flavours, but never too strong. The price for the menu and wine was a great value... "Me and my friend got stuck in Samui because of a monsoon, and made a quick decision to stay at Seadance. When we got there we immediately felt right at home, and all the staff made us feel like members of the family. The weather was not on our side during the stay, but Seadance went out of their way to keep us happy. They put together parties and live music nights in order for the guests to still have a good time, the restaurant made us delicious food (try the springrolls, the crispy snapper and the white Sangria!), they helped us organize the trip home and helped us with transportation. The room was wery nice and the beds super comfy. Most of all the atmosphere at the resort was amazing. Although this was our first stay, the management and the rest of the staff made us feel like we were regulars and old friends. We would love to come back again! This place was utterly amazing! My family and I stayed here for a quick stop on our way back from Xian to Beijing. We made a big mistake not staying here longer and we will definitely come back for a longer stay. The service staff anticipated every needs we had even escorting my wife to a store to buy some local dates they served. They even helped us bargain a price. After feeling ripped off by the local taxi getting there, they arranged for their hotel van to take us back to the train station. My favorite part was sitting in the courtyard at night and taking in the nice quiet atmosphere.mudanwan villa: "Tranquil and GREAT hot spring facilities!"
"I have stayed in Mudanwan for 2 night with my family. We got a big room on the ground floor with our own hot spring pool and swimming pool in the back yard (privacy guaranteed), a large bathroom with another indoor hot spring pool, two king size beds, and it was just fabulous!!! We went for a full board package and the food was just gorgeous and fresh! There's a 24 hr juice/snack bar too. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the services were just great. We really had a fantastic time there. Although the location is really in the middle of nowhere, they do offer a nice shuttle service. "Rahai’i Pangun: "Beautiful"
Wow Borneo is very well run. The boats are clean, modern and the crew fantastic. The food is without a doubt 5 star. The 2 owners are really committed to giving you the very best service. I have been 3 times now on the boat. You see the orangutans up close and its such an intimate experience. You enter by small boat to see them. The Dayak villages are so beautiful and keep their old ways. Its a great trip. Such a beautiful part of the world.Sukoon Houseboat: "Watch the world float by"
We stayed at Sukoon for one night based on the recommendation of our host at the Cottage, Nigeen and can't thank him enough for making the arrangement for our stay at Sukoon. The hospitality is great,right from the time they pick you from the shore of Dal lake in their own boat. The houseboat is fabulous with great wooden furniture along with all modern comforts.the staff was very helpful and courteous The food was delicious , especially the Tea (kahwa) and coconut dessert with chocolate sauce . The upper deck was the perfect place to spend our mornings and evenings and the lower decks was the best place sit and shop and also eat the pakodas and tea from the nearby floating shop. The rooms were comfortable and finely built and well maintained.Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. While leaving white threads were tied to our wrists for our safe journey. "I have been to Seeds a couple of times over the past few months. It is great to see and feel how the team is growing in experience and professionalism. The Service is very pleasant and attentive, with a good knowledge of the product they are serving. The dishes presented were very innovative and well presented. Fine-tuned culinary creations of high international standard, at times with a slight local twist in flavor! "Went for a Karma Mantra (Chakra Awakening) massage and what an amazing experience. Very powerful and beautiful space. One of the best massages ever so I ended up booking a second one 2 days later before I left Bali to experience again. Worth every penny. Powerful ceremony after the massage after which time a plate of fruit is delivered. Nice space to integrate the energies. Must try. Also had lunch at hotel and it was amazing.
