"This is the second time we visit this property within February 2016. First time was on Feb 7th, and the second time was on Feb 28th. We were travelling to Jogja but I missed this place so much, we decided to drive to Magelang to have an afternoon coffee here. I can't even decide where to begin to share with you how marvelous this place is. The property itself is a magnificent mixture between old time Javanese architecture of Joglo Houses, which are very beautiful, and some wooden buildings from Dutch Colonial era. The Coffee and several other traditional drinks here are just the perfect company to enjoy the weather and magnificent view of mt. Merapi. You can also pamper your eyes with the lush greeneries view everywhere you look. Last but not least, the staff here are just lovely. First class hospitality. Was there for dinner with a group of friends. We ordered various food and every dish was simply delicious. I love the tom yum goong especially. Very flavourful with lots of ingredients. Had a wonderful night out. Will definitely return again.Tandjung Sari: "Lovely experience"
"Our stay at Tandjung Sari was wonderful We were looked after very well by the beautiful staff at this special Hotel. Our room was perfect, with a comfortable bed and an delightful outdoor shower. Breakfast each morning was very good with enough options to have something different each day. If you are looking for a place on a beautiful beach to unwind, relax and be completely spoiled then this is the place for you. Tandjung Sari is so much more than a hotel. "Warmest of welcomes to the campsite from Dhanu and the crew Superb accomodation combining outdoors and luxury The best food we ate (and we had a lot to compare to!) in fantastic setting outdoors with just the right amount of background to the ingredients. We were also made to feel very special as it was our honeymoon And of course, what we came for was the safari and it far exceeded expectations. Not only were we lucky enough to see a leopard, but we were given so much time and care to ensure we got the big picture and could enjoy the breathtaking wildlife and scenery We will be talking about this short trip for days!! "When we googled the ""Best fine dining in Chiang Mai"", David's Kitchen popped up which left us no choice but to try it. Online booking system made the booking so easy and convenient while the transportation services offered just made the life of a tourist couple easier. The architecture and the decoration were so exquisite and appropriate while the greens just somehow blent into modern buildings. Oyster for appetiser is a must with the fresh taste and unique sauce. For the main course, we ordered the beef cheek and a steak. With a bottle of Pinot noir, the food upgraded the fine restaurant towards perfection. Staffs were undoubtedly helpful and nice, providing all the fantastic recommendations. And we were so thrilled that Mr. David came to us and shared his story with us, putting a perfect ending note towards the night. For anyone who wants to have a wonderful quite night, this is the place you want to go!"Pindaya Farm House: "Relaxation"
Withing easy reach of the Pindaya shrine, this modern farmhouse in a traditional style is a place of calm relaxation, surrounded by pretty countryside, and lovely views from the house. Really nice welcome, excellent food, great room. Loved watching the sunset, and the morning (we tried doing watercolours). "We only spent one night at the hotel, but I wish we had spent more time here. We arrived in the evening and had dinner by the pool, it was wonderful. The room was beautiful. The resort is about an hour out of Jaipur in truly rustic rural surroundings. The castle has been very tastefully restored and the entire property is very well maintained. Being a small resort, it is idea as a very peaceful getaway. The food is very good.Noel Rodrigo’s Leopard Safaris: "Adventure"
"This is a fantastic experience. The tents are clean and well equipped. The food is authentic Sri Lankan cuisine and was among the best we had on our trip. Meals are communal and the staff are excellent at creating a sociable and welcoming atmosphere. Our guide was Danu. His passion for wildlife was very infectious and he answered all our questions knowledgeably and patiently. We visited quiet and remote areas of the park and had an excellent leopard sighting. We were also lucky enough to see some rare and beautiful birds."
