Muang La Lodge: "What a wonderful oasis"

Review by: Anna D | Source: Trip Advisor
"Visited very briefly during an extended planned trip and had to be dragged away otherwise we would have quite happily stayed for a lot longer!! Staff couldn't have been more attentive or friendly and every little detail had been thought through thoroughly to make you feel special. Thoroughly recommended"

jing: "Fabulous hotel"

"Jing's Residence is in the medieval part of PingYao and is beautifully restored. The staff was very gracious and attentive and the food was delicious. I had a wonderful massage that I thoroughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to PingYao. "

Villa Song Saigon: "Amazing experience"

Review by: Peter F | Source: Trip Advisor
We have just finished 3 nights here at Villa Song before departing on a river cruise and we wish that it could have been longer. This is an old French colonial house right on the Saigon river. The rooms are beautiful as is the grand winding staircase. We arrived on a flight at 11 pm and we're quickly shown to our room which was very spacious with a great bed and bathroom. The next morning was a wonderful experience as I walked down the stairs and onto the foyer to reveal an amazing view of the restaurant and outdoor dining on the Saigon river. Food was great, staff were superb and overall a great experience. This hotel is in a quiet area in district 2 so is a fair way out of Saigon Central, but hotel car runs frequently during the day to Central Saigon and finishes at the Opera House. But anyway even though it's a huge bustling city the taxi fare is around $A10. A wonderful stay.

Sandat Glamping Tents: "Fantastisches Hotel, tolles Design, super Service"

Review by: Steffen M | Source: Trip Advisor

Jing’s Residence: "A haven of peace"

Review by: Marie-Cécile C | Source: Trip Advisor
"We stayed at Jing's Residence for 2 nights and this was really a wonderful experience. After the noise and the crowd of the city , Jing's Residence offers a quiet and peaceful environment, sophisticated yet making you feel like in a friend's or family home. From the rooms and exquisite decoration, to the restaurant and the staff, everything was perfect. We celebrated my father's birthday there and the staff was very kind and thoughtful. I also tested the spa which was a very pleasant moment. This is truly one of our best experience in China."

Villa Song: "Boutique hotel, away from busy city"

Review by: Erika F | Source: Trip Advisor
If you are coming to Ho Chi Minh and want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city life, then this is the place to stay. The Villa Song Saigon is a very boutique-like hotel nestled in the ex-pat district of Ho Chi Minh. We immediately sensed we were in the nicer area of town, as gated estates filled the street. Although it is a longer taxi ride to get into town, the hotel does offer a complimentary boat shuttle into the city center. This ride takes about 15 minutes. The hotel rooms are very clean and breakfast is complimentary. They added a special touch by providing us a honeymoon cake. The staff was very friendly and we highly enjoyed our stay.

Inle Princess Resort: "A few suggestions"

Review by: Timothy C | Source: tripadvisor.com
"I don't need to say much more about the quality of this hotel or the beauty of its location. Go to Myanmar. Go to Inle Lake. Stay at the Inle Princess. Here, though, are a few tips for those who do follow the directives above: 1. Take advantage of the complimentary shoe shine. 2. There really isn't any charge for the beer in the mini-bar. 3. The hotel leaves earplugs in the room (presumably for those whose sleep might be disturbed by frogs and lizards). You may not need the earplugs during the night, but hold onto them, because they are very useful on the boats, which have very loud outboard motors. 4. The boat tour of the lake is essential. Make sure to include a visit to a local market. The basic boat tour lasts for one day, but it is a very long day (especially if you start with the market), so you should consider splitting the tour and doing it over two days. 5. When you visit the village of the silversmiths, avoid the large shop at the entrance to the village -- the one with the tiny workshop staffed by ""brothers"" who play with their cell phones until a tourist boat arrives and a large showroom stuffed with overpriced silver that must come from China. 6. The artisanal workshops on the village side of the hotel are definitely worth a visit. 7. Eat the Shan noodles for breakfast -- order them the evening before."

The Village House: "Away from it all"

After a busy week in Penang this was a delightful contrast. The Village House is full of atmosphere and is a delight to the senses. It is very relaxing and is ideal for someone looking for peace and quiet

4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Wonderful eco-lodge"

Review by: GinaBolano | Source: Trip Advisor
"It was an awesome experience to stay in this lodge and wake up every day to jump from the bed to the river in the middle of the rainforest. The landscape is beautiful. And the installations of the hotel are perfectly adapted to it and takes care about the environment. To be able to be in bed and listen all the jungle sounds during the night is just amazing. Please, take a kayak or a surfboard and see the sunset. This lodge totally worth our 5 hours road trip....It has an amazing location, installations and lovely staff! We did all the tours with the hotel, and all the team and guides were really nice. We had a great time. We visited the falls, kayak some kms back, and even saw fireflies on the sunset cruise. Kayaks, surfboards, books, board games are always available. They prepared a vegetarian menu for me. The food was nice every single day. They fixed our transfers from PP and then to Sihanoukville with nice drivers and cars, and check on us all the time. Stayed January 2017, traveled as a couple"
