4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Great Service!"
"This is an awesome place to go. Can't fault it at all. Definitely do the waterfall excursion as well for some more natural beauty. But besides all of that, I just wanted to say what amazing service the staff delivered. The resort manager is a man called Adonis, and he really did go above and beyond. I ended up dropping some red wine on my beige trousers during dinner and I was leaving the next day. I didn't have the time or the right washing materials to get the stain out. Adonis said he was doing his personal washing that evening and very kindly offered to wash my trousers for me too. He used some stain remover, some other washing stuff, gave it a good hand scrub, and even managed to get them completely dry for me to take back the next morning (stain free). This was not part of any laundry service and he personally did this as a favour...thank you Adonis! Really great service all round. An awesome experience and would highly recommend staying here."Tugu Malang: "A hotel or a museum ? Spectacular either way"
"The Tugu in Malang is without question one of the best hotels in Indonesia. It is large and sprawling, and the antiques and old photos make it seem like a very old building, although it was constructed in the 1990s. The owner has an impressive collection of art, Indonesian, Chinese, and international, and it is displayed throughout the property. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and the separate enclosure for the very large bathtub in our suite was reminiscent of an old railway car. The staff is professional and attentive and always ready to take that extra step to make the visit a success. I bought a large traditional puppet, and the concierge wrapped it for traveling. Another small but important touch - knowing that clothing suffers from travel, the hotel policy is to press three items at no charge. The location in the old colonial center is perfect for an afternoon stroll through the history of Malang."Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Heavenly Retreat"
"Elegant, tasteful and spiritual haven. A wonderful end to an amazingly busy and eventful tour.We left feeling rejuvenated and fully refreshed having enjoyed the wonderfully comfortable and harmonious ambience. The attention to detail and care taken at every level contributes to the magic of this place. With only twelve cottages, we were given personal service and attention of the highest order. The breakfasts served at the beach cafe are beautifully presented and delicious. In the evening we enjoyed supper under the stars at the beach cafe too…eating freshly caught fish and sea food."Golden Buddha Beach Resort: "Just… wow!"
"Speechless. Following a 3 hour drive north from the airport and then getting onto a small boat at a dock in the middle of nowhere, you get ferried away from the mainland for an hour and a half. Making your way past small islands and following a remote coast of golden sand you arrive on the beach where you wade through the warm shallow clear water to get to the jeep. Being whisked off to a remote hut, there is just your hut which is about 50 mtrs away from the next. Peace. Quiet. Nature. Sand. Sun. Remoteness. 100 mtrs from the beach, the views are endless. Waking up, going to sleep, just the noise of birds, bugs, a dog in the distance, monkeys and waves crashing. (...)Taking a canoe down at the other end, it's possible to paddle out to another small island off shore. Or walk around to one of the other very tiny resorts. If you want nightlife, shopping, clubs, bars, socialising, fine food, luxury accommodation, cleanliness and an abundance of modern comforts - this is not for you. If you want adventure, solitude, being with nature, charming and quaint cabins, beach and being undisturbed then book straight away. I would love to go back."Villa Song Saigon: "Affordable luxury"
"What a way to end our engagement holiday. Stunning venue, amazing food, staff go over and above to make sure you every need is met. A wonderful place to relax from the hustle and bustle of HCMC! We were given a free late check-out which was much appreciated given our long-haul flight didn't leave until 9 pm the next night. Thank you so much! "Amata Lanna: "Relaxing and Extremely Friendly Staff"
"A very nice spot for any kind of trip to Chiang Mai. Very clean and the best staff you could find to always make sure you are happy. We always felt welcome and felt like we were family. The rooms are decorated very nicely and has a nice Thai style and the courtyard is a small oasis like setting that is very pleasant. Overall very impressed with the Amata Lana."Talabgaon Castle: "To Check for my upcoming clients"

Just spent 9 days diving at MER. It is a bit of a trek to get to but well worth it. Don't hesitate to go. It is an extremely special place. Apart from the lovely friendly staff, great food and relaxing accommodation all made from recycled wood, the conservation work they are doing is extremely special. Make sure to attend the presentations in the Dive Centre on Mantas and the building of Misool Eco Resort, very interesting. We had great vis most of the time. The highlight had to be Magic Mountain where we had a magical encounter with 6 mantas who stayed around the whole dive and performed for us. Other favourite dives included Nudi Rock, Fiabacet and Wedding Cake. (...) A special thanks to the managers, Sue and Mark who's hospitality and personal service was wonderful. What enjoyable evenings we had chatting with them and the other great guests we shared the island with that week. We also had the honor of being the first guests in their new coffee shop which is located in front of Sorong airport. It is sure to be a great success. Tastefully done and makes a great departure lounge. The MER staff went and checked us in while we sipped coffee and browsed for last minute memorabilia. Then, half hour before the flight we were transported to the airport and walked straight through and onto our plane.Talabgaon Castle: "An amazing off the beaten path place"
We were staying for one night in this heritage hotel, to break our journey between Agra and Jaipur. It is on the village of Talabgaon and the castle is an oasis away from the hustle and bustle. We stayed at the ground floor suite on the main castle, it was very comfortable and spacious with all amenities. The owners were very kind and hospitable, even taking care of the accommodation of our driver and guide and genuinely care about people in the village. At night we were sitting on the pool side, having our dinner under the sky with the entertainment from the local village, very memorable experience. It also allow us to have a glimpse of rural India life. Definitely something special!Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "Charming"
I was there before with friends and then the 2nd time with my hubby as i cant stop talking about it. The 2nd visit was a surprised for me for our annivesary. We have been upraded to old kitchen with private jacuzzi, it was fantastic. And we have an old kitchen stove preserved by unesco in our room, what else can we ask for more. The mansion, believe not need introduction or promotion, the building speaks for itself. The best conservation and well preserved building in Penang and Malaysia...so far...
