Villa Song Saigon: "Out of town"
"Away from the bustle of down town and a complimentary boat ride into town. Great view of the river, Very welcoming with some great food. Very helpful and friendly staff. Take the hotel's recommended tour to the Cu Chi tunnels by boat from the Villa! Booked at the last minute - I'm coming back that's for sure. Stayed March 2017, traveled as a couple"Samanea Beach Resort & Spa: "Excellent stay, highly recommended, amazing staff!"
Highly recommended resort, rooms very comfy and spacious, outdoor shower, nice pool. The staff is amazing, always ready to help and bring drinks/fruit. Restaurant excellent, very tasty food! Very peaceful and quiet.Pindaya Farm House: "Lovely place"
My husband and I stayed two nights at this wonderful and cosy place at the country side in central Myanmar. The service and accomodation was excellent and the food very delicious and well prepared. We can highly recommend this lovely place if you are looking for peace and quietness in a nice setting and possibilities to do hiking and biking in the surrounding hilly landscape.NEELESHWAR HERMITAGE: "Chill-out excellence!"
This was the last venue of a bespoke tour organised by Trailfinders and it was an excellent way to finish a memorable 10 days in Kerala. We stayed 2 days, but 5 would be infinitely preferable! There are two retaurants, one upmarket indoor with a wide menu, but we favoured the beach restaurant, for breakfast and evening meals, specialising in fish and, for our last meal, lobster - fantastic! The service could not be bettered and, even for our short stay, staff recognised and greeted us regularly. We flew from Calicut airport, via Abu Dhaby to UK but its a long drive there. There is a smaller much nearer airport at Mangalore which might be worth looking at. This is a super venue for chilling out with its infinity pool.Satri House: "Super stay at Luang Prabang"
"We were delighted to be at Satru house in Luang Prabang .. Very old style historical villa which was earlier used by a communist head of Laos after Frenchs left.. Excellent rooms.. Superb services.. Good breakfast.. Efficient services.. On our request they also made Vegetarian Lao cuisine for dinner. It was really a pleasure to be in Satri house for 2 nights.. We wished we were here for one more night.... We highly recommend travelers to stay in this marvelous hotel..."NOEL RODRIGO’S LEOPARD SAFARIS: "Happy memories for life"
"Warmest of welcomes to the campsite from Dhanu and the crew Superb accomodation combining outdoors and luxury The best food we ate (and we had a lot to compare to!) in fantastic setting outdoors with just the right amount of background to the ingredients. We were also made to feel very special as it was our honeymoon And of course, what we came for was the safari and it far exceeded expectations. Not only were we lucky enough to see a leopard, but we were given so much time and care to ensure we got the big picture and could enjoy the breathtaking wildlife and scenery We will be talking about this short trip for days!! Thank you "Tandjung Sari: "Beautiful hotel with unique charm"
I stayed at the Tangdjung Sari with my husband for three nights – The first three days of our three week stay in Bali and the Gili Islands. We loved the tranquility and charm of the hotel. We instantly noticed that this hotel has a special history. We stayed in villa no 2. The design and all the special details came as a nice surprise to us. We loved our stay.Rachamankha: "Best choice in Chiang Mai"
"Located in the old town, next to the main temples (actually one of the most famous temples, Wat Pra Singh is next door). Very quiet location, perfect to escape after a long day of sightseeing. Very nice decor, very classy. Spread out, small (only 25 rooms), very quiet all over, you can really relax. Nice rooms (I recommend the deluxe rooms as they are much bigger and nicer). Also the library, the pool area, the spa are nice. Very friendly and nice staff. They do their best to accommodate you. For me best option in town - classy and quiet (it used to be a Relais & Chateau before)"Inle Princess Resort: "A unique and beautiful place to stay"
Set on the majestic, vast and serene Inle Lake, with its floating villages, this beautiful resort is nestled amongst tropical gardens and pods of lily pads. We enjoyed staying in a lovely, spacious lake chalet which had both an indoor and outdoor shower. The service was first class, meals excellent and the pampering spa amazing. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay. We hope to return.David’s Kitchen: "Unexpected fine dining in Chiang Mai"
We dined at DK at the recommendation of our Audley Travel agent. He called it, "the best restaurant in Thailand" and we couldn't agree more. Not only is the food plentiful and delicious with beautiful presentation, but the ambiance is elegant and the personalized attention - inclusive of 2 visits from David and his wife - surpasses expectations (even for fine dining). The menu is diverse, primarily french, and the selection of wine by the bottle or glass is extensive and pairs well with the menu options. We regularly dine out in Washington, DC and DK is on par with the finest restaurants in DC.
