The Governor’s House: "Beautiful unique decoration"
We spent 2 nights there and the decoration and service of the hotel was unique and very helpful. Also the food was very good and tasty, we highly recomend the duck. If one time we get back to Pnom Penh, we will definelty stay there again with no doubt,Reverie Siam: "Stunning resort and great value"
"My friend and I traveled in Thailand for two weeks and this was by far our favorite resort. The staff is warm and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and allow you to appreciate Pai's beauty. Rooms are big and decorated perfectly. This is however not a traditional Thai resort. The decor and food is western, but don't let that deter you from going because the experience, food, and views are worth it. "Rachamankha: "Inner city oasis"
"Rachamankha is more than a boutique hotel – it is an architectural master piece and a very comfortable oasis right in the middle of Chiang Mai`s hustle and bustle. The rooms are nicely decorated in a very tasteful mix of antiques from different parts and time periods of the world. Everything has been done in a very comfortable way. Attention to detail is visible all around the grounds. During our 7 night´s stay at the Rachamankha we enjoyed the view to the pool from our room and considering that it is located in the middle of the city it is very quiet during the night. The breakfast at the elegant restaurant consisted of a delicious variety of cooked dishes from the menu and a small buffet. The dinner menu offered a wide range of international and Thai dishes which tasted well but not outstanding. To avoid misunderstandings it would be perfect if the waiters would speak a little bit more English."Mrauk U Princess Resort: "Da non perdere"
Molto grandi e confortevoli i cottages completamente in teak. Stayed December 2016, traveled as a couple"Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "Royal Treatment in Elegant Surroundings"
Highly personalized & friendly service in a completely restored Peranaken mansion - painted blue. Comp breakfast with both Western & Penang mains. Main dining room offers Penang fusion specialities.lunch set menu. The Island Lodge: "The one that the Mekong Delta has been waiting for"
The big bridge in My Tho opened the island of Thoi Soi to the world 8 years ago. Michel and Francoise has build a sanctuary at the end of this island. This should give the comfort and care to travellers to the Mekong Delta. Owners are very responsive and timely in their email correspondence making pre arranging things very smooth. The Island Lodge can arrange for pick up and drop off in Saigon. The two hour journey is pretty easy and brought us to The Island Lodge in good time. Staff are wonderful and nothing is too difficult. The pool and breakfast are amazing it's almost feels like you are in someone's house as a guest. Be warned the property is isolated and My Tho is accessible by boat or car (both can be arranged with Michel). Ton their in house driver is wonderful and speaks good English. Nice to have a cheerful driver taking us on the linger journeys. The local river, bicycle and floating markets are all activities if you care to leave the property, otherwise we relaxed by the pool and had some wonderful dinners in the main restaurant. Food options are French or Asian with an excellent wine selection. We can't wait to return.Muang La Lodge: "Hidden gem in Laos"
"This wonderful place is an absolute gem. The staff were all super-helpful, and the facilities are super-comfortable and very well set up to fit whatever level of energy that you have, including the thermal tubs and the lovely pool. As a temporary resident of Laos, I can vouch for the authentic nature of the setting. We went on the 5 hour trek with a very scenic route accompanied by an informative guide, which allows you to see the authentic side of the changing landscape in the northern highlands and some of the pressures for change that the local people face. All in all, one of the best places of its kind that we have ever stayed in. Stayed March 2017, traveled with family"RACHAMANKHA: "This place is so blessed and amazing…and more"
"The #1 TripAdvisor hotel at the time of our visit, this was the most unique of our 8 hotels in all of SE Asia. The Chinese influence in the architecture makes this place stupendous! The room! The pool! The common areas! The restaurant! The driveway! The service! I could go on and on... This place is so glorious and fabulous...one day, we would love to go back!"Dewakan: "Amazing experience – does justice to local produce!"
"What an amazing experience, we were blown away by the flavours - almost exploding in our mouths at every bite. The last time I experienced something similar was in Heston Blumenthal's Dinner restaurant in London, so I would say this is pretty close! We were amazed at what they could do with locally sourced ingredients and they truly did justice to Malaysian flavours. Kudos to the team there. Highly recommended to try at least once!"Nam Bo Boutique Hotel: "Fantastic place"
"Entrance of the hotel was not attractive at all but the front desk lady was very friendly even though it was late at night. Once we stepped into the room I was impressed very elegant decoration and relaxed setting. Look like it's newly renovated. The bed is really comfortable, there are water and fruits. One suggestion is to be more environmental. So not change the soap, towel and all other things that can be reused. Another tip would be to put up a reminder for guest about the step down into the washroom to avoid people trip and fall! Breakfast btw was really really good!!! "
