Villa Song Saigon: "Simply the best"
2nd year (4th visit) at the Villa Song Saigon and certainly won't be our last. Lovely hotel in a perfect location and the management, Yega Miss Thuy, and Kevin, together with their ever smiling staff, go out their way to make your stay memorable. We have visited many countries but overall the Villa Song is our favourite hotel. Already planning our return.Manda De Laos: "Great food, beautiful location"
The restaurant is set overlooking a lake filled with lotus flowers and lily pads, the majority of the restaurant is outdoors but covered. The food served is fresh and tasty, the menu serves seasonal, traditional Laos food with a modern twist along with other, mainly South East Asian dishes. Everything we ordered was execllent and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening.Reverie Siam: "the best in PAI: eco friendly / vintage / detailed / luxury"
visited this resort at the first time they made an opening and realize that should come back once again because miss all things in this resort. pool is still beautiful, statffs still very friendly, villa is still vintage, cozy, detailed etc. trees are still green. additonal thing that we didn't see it from the previous time from our visit is terrace by the Pai River, where can sit, chill, take some nice shot, chat with s.o.you love. This place can completely fulfill our short vacation and back to work with full of energy. No doubt to visit this place once again when we have vacation in Pai.MesaStila: "Nostalgic"
"My family came across this wonderful ""pit stop"" many years ago during our land trip from Yogyakarta to Semarang. Back then it was still called Losari Coffee Plantation. And as a city kid, I was entranced by the natural environment and rustic Javanese environment/architecture of the resort. My family have not had the pleasantry to stay in the Villa's as both my grandparents lived in between (us passing by happened during Indonesian national holidays) yet, but we always made sure to have a lunch break on their Restaurant when possible. The scenery from the restaurant (and swimming pool) itself is a treasure not to be forgotten. The same goes for the food and service. Never in my many experience coming here had I ever had a sullen or non friendly staff aiding my short stay. Never had the food ever disappointed me either. I'm no coffee expert, but even as a child I had loved their roasted coffee beans + palm sugar condiments, it is to die for! (Available from August - Sept according to the nice lady by the Gallery). As for my latest visit, I had the pleasure to devour their absolutely delicious ""Starfruit Salad"", perfect for the summer! And lets not forget their ""Udang Bakar Madu"", that one menu I still remember from my earliest visit. Perhaps my next visit can be the spa / the villa :)"Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Heaven on Earth"
"This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed, peace and tranquillity by the Arabian Sea, heaven on earth. The service was amazing, nothing was too much trouble, we stayed in a lovely cottage called Shanti overlooking the sea, attention to detail was of the highest standard, everything was perfect. There are just 12 cottages which make it very special. The spa was the best we have ever been too, we had a Shirodhara massage, amazing... we were rejuvenated and calmed. Breakfast was at the beach restaurant, (food was of the highest standard) after early morning yoga, what a beautiful way to start the day. We had a wonderful stay at Neeleshwar, and hope to return again. "Maison Polanka: "Best hotel of our trip!"
"Maison Polanka is an incredible place. On our first evening there, we had a glass of bubbles as we watched the sky slowly turn to dusk and listened to the birds, the cicadas and the nearby monks singing -- total perfection. It was such a treat to be taken care of so well and in such a stunningly beautiful environment. We stayed for five nights in the Khmer house, which was great. Plenty of space, nice amenities, and kept nice and cool by the fans and AC. The staff worked with my husband to plan a fantastic birthday dinner for me, setting up a romantic private dining experience surrounded by candles and even ordering in a special birthday cake. We would recommend Maison Polanka to any traveler who is looking to experience Cambodia in serenity and luxury and in the care of a wonderful staff. Our biggest thanks to Cathy, Julie, Cune, Tuy La, Kong, Da, Som, Osa, Chan, Rithy, Seam, Sam, Sopharin, Thy, Sarin, Sopha, and the rest of the amazing team behind the scenes that make it such a special place."Villa Mathis: "Our new Balinese secret hideaway"
We arrived in the middle of the night and what a pleasure it was after the long flight to see our driver patiently awaiting our arrival. It took about 20 minutes from the airport and when we entered our room we knew this was a special place! I immediately regretted booking for such a short stay. Our room (I think it was called The Bintan) was super spacious with an outdoor rainfall shower, soaking bath tub and a GIGANTIC wooden carved bed that is probably one of the sexiest I've ever seen. My 6 foot 4 husband said it was his "dream bed" LOL! We woke to a beautifully designed outdoor area filled with Balinese art and luxurious drapery and made us so happy to be away from the European winter! The breakfast was great with made to order eggs/omlettes and fresh pastries. My travel motto is "you get what you pay for" but Mathis Villas is in my travel experiences a rare exception because the cost was fantastic for what we received. In fact, I am writing this review from a highly rated and more expensive hotel in Ubud and mentioned to my husbsnd (on more than one occasion) that I wished we had stayed at Mathis...I'm aware there is also a Mathis Villa here in Ubud so the next time we're in Ubud we hope to give it a try. Keep up the good work and Im certain we will return!Maduzi Hotel: "Best hotel in Bangkok"
Lived in Bangkok for many years and return there often. I am in the travel industry so I like to sample new hotels. This is by far the best hotel for a quiet stay for individual or couple. Great location at Asoke, romantic boutique hotel with superb Thai Contemporary design. Quiet and subtle. Would not recommend for a guys wild weekend in Bangkok, but it is perfect a romantic holiday with a great touring location....by far the best I have seen in Bangkok. Very reasonably priced.Tugu Bali: "Amazing hotel in the center of Canggu"
My husband and I were charmed by Tugu property. The lobby is magnificent and the lotus pond stunning. Our room was decorated with lots of flowers. We had a good glass of wine on our first night with a Nasi Campur. We highly recommend this hotel! We will come back!Cuca: "Brilliant Taste and Service"
My fiance brought me here on our anniversary last year. From the beginning upon arrival until farewell, we had a spotless service. The staff is highly attentive, yet undisturbed our romantic moment. Perfect! The food? can't ask for more. You should experience yourself for Chef Kevin's masterpiece in this beautiful restaurant. Thank you Cuca and team for the lovely dinner. You guys are amazing!
