David’s Kitchen: "Amazing food and excellent service"

Review by: Richard L | Source: Trip Advisor
"My fiancee and I came to David's Kitchen for our 5 year anniversary. The food was some of the highest quality food that I've ever had. They got all of the details right and the service was so remarkable. David greeted us as soon as we entered the restaurant and checked up on us several times throughout the meal. The rest of the staff was respectful and very attentive as well. We both got the set meals and could not be be happier. The Japanese pumpkin soup and grilled duck breast were my favorites. Since it was our anniversary, David's Kitchen went above and beyond to make it special - with decorated desserts and even a bouquet of flowers for my fiancee. We'll definitely be back when we return to Chiang Mai. Thank you David and Prom for such a memorable experience!"

Maduzi Hotel: "Classy without the hefty price tag"

Review by: Pauline T | Source: Trip Advisor
"I hate to admit but I’m pretty hard to please. When the hotel facilities are a 10/10, most often than not the price is too steep. If the price is cheap, likely there’s something somewhere that does not live up to my expectation. After my four-day stay at Ma Du Zi, I am most happy to find the perfect accommodation (in my humble opinion) and recommend it to fellow travellers who are visiting Bangkok. TLDR: price is mid-range, service is fantastic and totally bang for your buck! If you haven’t seen the pictures already, Ma Du Zi is huge – with one bedroom (full length window, goodbye claustrophobia!), king-sized bed with tons of fluffy pillows, cozy wardrobe corner, dressing table (with a portable vanity mirror!) adorned with Panpuri toiletries, and of course the much-raved about jacuzzi bath tub (with complimentary bath salt which was replenished every single day). The room also came with an espresso machine and Bose sound system so you can make your morning coffee while listening to your favourite Spotify playlist. The thing I love most about Ma Du Zi is that they go all out to please without any “unpleasant surprise”. Hungry and want to reach for that pack of chips in the mini fridge? Go for it, it’s free. Want to check out slightly later (up to 8pm I was told)? Sure, just tell them in advance. All these with a strict no-tipping policy?! I AM SOLD. Ma Du Zi is less than five minutes by foot from Asok BTS/Sukhumvit MRT and there is a 24-hour convenience store just across the street. Class, comfort and convenience - Ma Du Zi is now at the top of my list next time I visit Bangkok."

4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Tranquil Haven"

Review by: Tristram G | Source: tripadvisor.com
The most peaceful place with the most friendly staff. A boat trip to the waterfalls a must. Will definitely find an excuse yo go back. We went on family trip and children aged 17,15 and 12 loved every moment.

Satri House: "Great Service lovely Hotel"

Review by: St-Nectans-Glen | Source: Trip Advisor
I booked this hotel for my daughter who was backpacking around Asia because I needed an important document signed and the Hotel said they could arrange everything from downloading the document, printing it and after signing DHL it back to the UK. Well not only did they do this but my daughter had a fantastic stay at the hotel, she loved the bedrooms (very comfy mattress apparently) and loved the service. What more can you ask for. Thank you Phommaly TEVAMITH (Mr), great service!

4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Good couple of nights"

Review by: David J | Source: tripadvisor.com
We spent two lovely nights there. The location is stunning and the tents are very well set up with aircon, comfy beds and a great shower. The menu is short but well prpepared and we really enjoyed our kayaking expedition. It takes quite a while to get there but definitely worth a couple of nights for something memorable and different.

The Cabochon Hotel: "Honeymoon visit"

Review by: dd_editor | Source: Trip Advisor
We stayed here for 2 nights to start our honeymoon. It was super cute. Great location and staff was awesome. Breakfast was nice and we had a nice air conditioned room. The only downside was no bath tub, only shower, but its cool, we were happy! Would love to stay again!

Villa Song: "What a Haven – Just Gets Better and Better"

Review by: Vanessa V | Source: Trip Advisor
We returned to this hotel after almost three years and we were happy to find things just as we left them! The hotel continues to be a haven in a very busy city and District 2 is the perfect base. Highlights were the peaceful and delicious breakfasts on the river bank ( special shout out to Duy!) , the stunning swimming pool and stylish rooms in that beautiful colonial style building. Yega, Ms Truc and the rest of front desk team do a brilliant job. So helpful with restaurant bookings, directions, late checkouts etc.The regular speed boat into the middle of the city is very handy. Unfortunately the boat driver at the beginning of our stay (over TET holiday) was not the friendliest especially with our 8 year old who became quite frightened of him. On the last day of our stay there was a lovely smiley new driver who made all the difference. Thanks again to the whole team again !

Talabgaon Castle: "A pearl tucked in the beautiful Rajasthani countryside"

Review by: Oph D | Source: Trip Advisor
"Located one and a half hour from Jaipur on the way to Ranthambore or Bundi, Talabgaon Castel is the perfect blend of Rajasthani heritage and culture ! The road to reach is crossing the countryside and villages. I love the thrill of diving deep in the rural India and suddenly reaching this splendid property. It brings you back in the royal times ! The castel has been remarquably renovated and improved by this family of polo players who are passionate about their legacy. I came with some friends and we were welcomed and by two of the brothers who take great care of us all along our stay. The staff is professional and provided an excellent service. They serve authentic Rajasthani food made with the vegetables from the organic garden. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable and beautiful. Chose one with the view on the swimming pool ! I particularly loved the gardens where you can stroll until the organic gardens, the farm the polo field and meet on your way some peacocks and even an emeu ! Perfect place to explore the rural life of India and to relax. They offer a large range of activities in an around the hotel (horse riding, walks, jeep safaris, camel cart ride...). We all wished we had stayed longer ! Thank you to the Talabgaon family for lovely time! Stayed January 2017, traveled with friends"

Villa Song: "What a wonderful gem of a hotel"

Review by: jeg269 | Source: Trip Advisor
"I stayed in this lovely hotel for three nights and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Let’s start with the property, the Villa is so beautiful and charming. The furnishings are well appointed and the size of the room itself is comfortable and roomy. The bathroom was especially relaxing with everything you would need. The room comes with a complimentary mini-bar that is re-stocked daily and the bed was so comfortable. The grounds are inviting with a super large lap pool and a small but very adequate gym. Start your day with breakfast sitting next to the Saigon River and finish with a cocktail while relaxing next to the river. The staff is superb and very knowledgeable, the manager definitely is of top quality and explains why the staff is the same. They assisted me with booking a tour of the Mekong and I was very satisfied. I will definitely stay at this property on a future visit. If planning a trip to Saigon, definitely stay at the Villa Song as you won’t be disappointed. Make sure you eat as many meals as possible as the it is a gastronomical delight that will leave your palate dancing for days."

tugu bali: "Secret pearl"

Review by: Jelle H | Source: tripadvisor.com
"It was the second time in 3 years that we stayed in this lovely boutique hotel. The dedicated staff takes 24 hrs. care about you and you are not a ""number"" in this hotel. The food served is delicious and the atmosphere is relaxed. We will absolutely come back in this ""secret pearl"" when we will visit Bali again."
