Hotel Tugu Bali: "Again…. FANTASTIC !"
"Second time at Tugu Amazing moment at Ji restaurant Extreme quality sushi and best view of Canggu to see the sunset; the rooftop is gorgeous. On Thursday, you have à Balinese spectacle, a “must see” The staff is smily and professional I am sure you will enjoy "MesaStila: "Heavenly Abode"
Firstly, you are surrounded by 7 mountains. The scenery at MesaStila is breathtaking. This is the Java you have been searching for. You are also on the grounds of a working, organic coffee plantation, whose history dates back to the Dutch times in Java. Afternoons are my favourite here (yes, I am a long term fan of this place and have been visiting since 2001) and you can wallow around the original colonial plantation house, which is drenched in the afternoon sun and as the light softly fads and disappears behind the towering mountains you are served a "high tea" - a complimentary coffee and tea service just to make you really feel at home. It is a real experience staying here. I would recommend flying into Semerang, as its only 45 mins on the toll road. The service is impeccable and the villas which grace the grounds are spacious and all antique, lovingly presented with the finest of antiques. You simply have to go.Samanea Beach Resort: "A lovely place fr a hideway"
"Second visit to Samanea, and the gardens have grown, the views from the jetty still amazing, the mangrove project ambitious and fascinating... and the team and service much better than the first time. Congratulation for the good work!"Tugu Malang: "An incredible night in a lively museum"
"The TUGU Malang is a unique place on earth, being both a magnificent museum and an ultra-comfortable hotel with a pool. You will be flabbergasted by the magnificence of the place: antiques, artefacts, wooden doors, Bali temples...all inside the hotel. Take to your time to wander and step back in time. The food is delicious and the breakfast amazingly rich of flavours. The location is very central, the service is of high-standard. The only weaknesses of the place would be some rooms facing a wall (but the hotel kindly moved us to a pool view), and the busy and noisy traffic circle outside (ask for a room not facing the traffic circle)."Mie Cafe: "Fantastic Khmer fusion!"
Don't be fooled by the name, it isn't really a café but a nice restaurant that serves really good Khmer fusion cuisine. Having been to a similar restaurant the night before for dinner, I was extremely surprised that the food here was much better. The fish risotto was excellent and I have to say, the ONLY risotto I've had that was of similar standard was in Gruyeres, Switzerland. I also enjoyed the Khmer curry and the frozen lime pie. Service was also very good. Will definitely be back if I return to Siem Reap!Misool Eco Resort: "Unique and Amazing!"
"My wife and I have traveled enough to say this resort is one of the most amazing, unique places in the world. The story behind the why the resort exists and the process to create it so impressive. The diving, as many others have pointed out, is some of the best bar none. Yes...there are some challenges. Not the easiest place to get to. They could also do a better job with communication prior to arrival. (hopefully being solved soon) Once you arrive and get one night's good sleep, you will be so happy you made the journey. We did the 9+1 trip and that felt like a very good length. Next time (and there will very likely be a next time within the next few years) we will likely go for the 12+1. There is so much to do even when you are not diving but we spent most of our time diving because the dive team is great and its just so magical underwater. Of course you don't want to miss the dive when others in your group just spend 30 minutes with three mantas right? I could go on and on about why and how this team is making miracles in this tiny island but I prefer short reviews on trip advisor. If you love to see underwater life and have the time and money to make this journey, give it a go and have a wonderful experience."Cabochon Hotel & Residence: "Holiday"
The Cabochon is quiet and peaceful reminiscent of a colonial era with all the trimmings of a boutique residence. The location offers great access to the city's delights including retail and food outlets. The rooms are light, airy and spacious with crisp white bedding. The pool area is sedate and relaxing. The restaurant serves a wonderful array of Thai delights from all regions of this wonderful land. The bar area is busy with eclectic wonders but also soothing and tasteful. The staff are smart, attentive and most helpful. I would recommend this to any discerning traveller. I most certainly will be returning.NOEL RODRIGO’S LEOPARD SAFARIS: "A thousand stars"
"My family (me hubby 7 year old) just had the most amazing experience with Noel and Cecile and all the staff. The campsite was clean. Beautifully eco friendly and in a perfect setting. Our tent (we went luxury) was so comfortable I wish we could have spent so many more days there. The important thing is the way that Noel and his Drivers are knowledgeable and care so much for the environment. Unlike other cowboy jeep safaris. Their jeeps are quiet. They don't race around to chase the animals. They know what to look for. We had some amazing sightings. But it is nature so no expectations! The evenings were spent swapping tales with others. Our daughter loved the whole experience. Food was incredible Would love to go back! "Villa Song: "Villa Song Excels"
It is not at all surprising that former patrons of Villa Song are so enthusiastic about this boutique hotel. It is located in a quiet part of Saigon and has river frontage. The hotel is very well appointed, with friendly staff and very good food. A private (free) water taxi can quickly take you to the heart of Saigon thus avoiding the crazy city traffic. The rooms are large and our bed was very comfortable. My only concern was the steep spiral stair case to the top (3rd) floor bedrooms. This can be a bit of a challenge with those with knee/hip issues, as there is no lift. Do not miss the large swimming pool that is located at the rear of the hotel. If you are wanting a boutique quality hotel in Saigon, then this is it.KHWAN BEACH RESORT: "Awesome rooms"
"We selected this place Bcoz it was very near to beach nd plus every room had it's own private pool The best part is they serve the breakfast in your own villa Room wise I would rate it 5/5 Bcoz of pool and staff here is very very polite nd helpful Over experience was awesome Cheers ?!!!!
