Inle Princess Resort: "Best on the lake"

Review by: Lolascarlett | Source: Trip Advisor
From the minute the engine on the boat turns off and the driver starts to paddle into the inlet towards the hotel you know this is good. Magical setting - good bar and restaurant, wonderful staff, great spa treatments, lots of activities can be arranged. Nothing is too much trouble.

Noel Rodrigo’s Leopard Safaris: "Great personalised service"

Review by: Keefe T | Source: Trip Advisor
"What made our trip memorable was the personal touch by Noel Rodrigo's staff. Kudos especially to Dilanke for being a warm host. Although the Safari experience itself was not ""National Geographic channel"" standard (thankfully we managed to spot the elusive leopards), the sumptuous food and luxurious accommodation definitely made up for it. All in all, it is indeed worth the premium paid and we will strongly recommend going with Noel Rodrigo's Leopard Safaris."

Satri House: "Truly warm and friendly staff, Navitha"

Review by: Miriammisha | Source: Trip Advisor
"Cute boutique hotel in this lovely Unesco city with a colonial arquitecture. We were sad living this place, lovely staff, amazing Navitha (hope name is well written) who welcomes every guest of the hotel, she advised us where to go, eat, do....she was so helpful!! If it wasn't for he we would have missed many things there. We wish we could remember every single staff name, from reception to cleaners, waiters, they are all super professional. Service is exquisite, a la carte and with local food options. Free bikes to go around which were so handy. Bed has a mosquito net that they prepared for us everyday. What can I say about this place? We will be back!"

The Village House: "Gorgeous hotel!"

Review by: Rachel L | Source: Trip Advisor
"Such a beautiful hotel! So incredibly relaxing to spend time here. We loved the hammocks and reclining chairs with the view of the pool. The gardens are lovely, and the decor is really interesting. Nice rooms too! The whole place is romantic, relaxing, dreamy. The eight course ""Taste of Borneo"" was a memorable last night in this beautiful oasis. We booked a sunset wetlands tour. Gorgeous sunset skies, everything still and peaceful. We saw dolphins and proboscis monkeys, and after dark, spooky crocodiles, and an abundance of fireflies. Also arranged by the hotel, we went to the nearby cultural village. We'd cynically expected a Disneyfication but it was wonderful and very interesting. Stayed March 2017, traveled with friends"

Manda De Laos: "My favourite address in Luang Prabang"

Review by: Bruno R | Source: Trip Advisor
Very beautiful place, very charming, top atmosphere, with 3 very old lotus pounds Patrimoine Mondial de l'Unesco. Food tasty, staff very professional, fair. We had dinner then lunch there, in both case we appreciate! Most recommended! Book in advance.

Tugu Bali: "Unique property. Wonderful staff"

Review by: HappyTraveller9999 | Source: Trip Advisor
This boutique hotel is impressive. We were wowed from the moment we arrived. The hotel is a museum and houses an impressive collection of art and sculpture. Ask Ari for a tour as he's a wealth of info on the history of each piece. We choose a Dedari suite with a private plunge pool, an amazing outdoor shower/bath that overlooked a private coy pond and the most comfy hotel bed I've ever slept in. The hotel is a two minute walk to the beach. I walked the beach each morning but preferred to lie by the swimming pool and enjoy the serenity. The staff are attentive and kind and the service is exceptional. Sri was outstanding and really took care of us during our 3 day stay. The restaurant menu is substantial. The food is delicious. You can order a meal anytime and eat it anywhere on the property. There's also afternoon tea. The Japanese restaurant is in a Chinese temple reconstructed on the property and is beautifully decorated. Thursday night is cultural dance night and not to be missed. We also tried the spa - seashell facial, pedicure and Balinese massage. It was the best massage I'd had in all of Bali! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend the Tugu. I would definitely choose this hotel brand again! Thanks to Jenny and Ari and the team for the wonderful vacation.

Villa Song Saigon: "Luxury stay in District 2"

Review by: islander_addict | Source: Trip Advisor
"The most important thing for travellers to know is that District 2 is a fair ways from the centre of HCMC. However, the free shuttle boat ride along the river to the central docks was one of the highlights of staying at Villa Song. On the way back (the last return boat is around 7pm) you can easily hail an Uber for less than $10USD. When we first checked in, we were given room 101 which was small and dark. After speaking with the front desk, we were quickly moved to a room on the 3rd floor that was much bigger and full of light without any questions asked. That generally sums up the service: excellent. The included breakfast is also a real highlight, although recommend waking up early as it gets very hot by 9am. The hotel can also help organize boat trips to the Chu Chi tunnels with La Reve where the boat picks you up right from the hotel. Room Tip: Nothing on the 1st floor"

The Island Lodge: "Chill out space extraordinaire"

Review by: Bretlyn | Source: Trip Advisor
You know that feeling of leaving a perfect place and grieving for that experience? Well, that is how we feel right now. The Island Lodge provided us with much needed healing and relaxation from the stresses of our work, health issues and our lives in the 'rat race'. The world is becoming a harder place but The Island Lodge provides a respite from all of that. Thank goodness for such a place. We spent most of our time outside or on our balcony watching the river life - a busy artery of interest and diversity. The breakfast was personalised - no buffet. Beautiful basket full of breads, a variety of juices, eggs to suit and more. Dinner and a nice wine list enhanced the open wall dining area so we could still see the river! Pool was the perfect temperature for me. A comment about the staff - they were gracious, polite and seemed to be able to predict your needs. Thank you to all.

Jing’s Residence: "Pingyao’s Best Hotel"

Review by: johnwF3614BG | Source: Trip Advisor
The best location in old Pingyao. The hotel is a quiet oasis in the heart of Pingyao. It's rooms are well appointed and very clean and tidy. The hotel facilities are well laid out with a lovely restaurant, bar, spa and quiet reading areas. Its sensitive use of the ancient architecture is a pleasure to relax in, either inside or outside in one of the quiet courtyards. The staff are always there when you need help, but never intrusive or overly attentive. The style is friendly and welcoming. I will recommend this wonderful boutique hotel to all my friends.

Review by: annarobbie | Source: Trip Advisor
The Blue Mansion is such an amazing place to stay. You feel as though you've stepped back in time, while taking all the comforts from modern society with you. The staff here were amazing and really went out of their way to make the stay special. The beds were super comfortable and the room extremely clean.
