Tugu Malang: "Excellent Place to Stay"
"Hotel Tugu Malang is a place to stay for those who love art and history combined with pleasure. While the service is way beyond average, one will also find that the food served in the restaurant and the snacks sold in the small shop house behind the hotel are able to entertain the taste buds. The artistic decoration of the hotel can also entertain the eyes. Absolutely nothing to complain, but....since there is nothing perfect in this world, I would suggest that each staff is provided with the same level of knowledge and way to explain the history of the hotel, the owner, the rooms and the antique goods so that all guests will get the same knowledge"Reverie Siam: "Antiques! Truly amazing"
Stayed here one night with my friend and we did enjoy much! A little bit expensive but it pays back a great experience.i love those decorations, antiques! It's hard to find old machines as of these days, if you wish to feel like travel back time, visit this hotel! I love our huge rooms just open your door and jump in to the pool! Thanks for the birthday present! Foods is fabulous, restaurant is very romantic for couples! Very serene and quite place. If you love nature here in Asia this is the best. And oh! There is a gazebo located into the river bank! I love it!Villa Song Saigon: "Cheerful Place"
We really spent a beautiful time in this hotel. The staff are always there for us, any time, any moment. They are very helpful and friendly, professional and very nice, they were always smiling and happy. Breakfast and meals at the restaurant were just perfect presented and so tasty too. Room is clean and spacious, furnished with antiques and are very comfortable. Wifi is free, air-conditioning is quiet and the bathrooms are all you could wish for. There is a beautiful garden courtyard with as well as an view to the river. Every corner in the hotel has something spiritual and nice. This is a best hotel we ever stayed with charm and has nothing to do with those big and tourists hotels. We were really happy and i hope to be back soon.Manukan Island Resort: "Absolute paradise."
I have never before, and will probably never again, stay in such a beautiful resort. The rooms were worth 10 stars, as was the location. Yes, there are many tourists during the day, but they did not bother us in the slightest. The serenity of the island after the tourists leave is amazing - very romantic and beautiful. The breakfast, a la carte menu and various buffets were extraordinary. A very, very, very special mention to all of the lovely staff who were so genuinely kind, and made the stay what it was. If you find yourself at the bar, look for Frederick who makes the worlds best Espresso Martini!!!Villa Song Saigon: "Luxury and serenity with wonderful service"
I can't say enough good things about this small luxury hotel. I wanted a short break at a boutique hotel and Villa Song Saigon surpassed my expectations. From the moment I arrived where I was upgraded to the Imperial Suite (with two private terraces, one overlooking the Saigon River and the other, a beautiful pool) to the spa (fabulous hot stone massage by Duyen) to the amazing and friendly service from every member of the hotel staff I encountered to the superb breakfasts on the banks of the Saigon River, afternoon cheese platters and great dinners, I spent four idyllic days here. The hotel is in District 2 so a little way out of the crazy bustle of Ho Chi Minh City centre but very easy to get to either by a frequently running shuttle bus from the hotel or taxi. But once you get to the hotel it is quite hard to tear yourself away. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have music in the spa if guests want it. I highly recommend Villa Song Saigon and if I come back to Ho Chi Minh City I will definitely stay here again.Satri House: "Unbelievably beautiful"
Stunning boutique hotel with a beautiful decor and excellent staff. Highly highly recommend for a luxurious stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection and the rooms were comfortable and cozy. No complaints what so ever.Satri House: "Beautiful quiet hotel"
Our plane arrival was two hours late and Satri House was there to pick us up on arrival. The service was kind, friendly, and gracious throughout our stay. Navi, the guest services manager was present to offer dining suggestions and answer any questions we might have. All of the staff were excellent. The hotel is arranged in beautiful gardens and pools around a Lao prince's residence. The furnishings and interiors are antiques and one of a kind art pieces. It is almost like staying in an art museum. The impressions are fantastic. The food in the dining room was excellent. We had dinner twice and breakfast every morning. It is good value for money. We used the hotel bicycles to go sight seeing which was fun. It was overall a wonderful experience. We stayed in room 622 which was large, artfully arranged, and quiet, with both air conditioning and a ceiling fan which we loved.Tugu Bali: "Hidden gem in Canggu"
Hotel Tugu is a magical place, with an amazing location and fantastic decor / atmosphere. This is the perfect place for couples looking for a few days of quiet and calm. We enjoyed a moonlit dinner at Tugu's beachfront garden and also had a fun cooking class with Daisy! Highly recommend making Tugu a part of your Bali trip!Rice & Zen Boutique Resort: "A gem of a hotel"
Beautiful quiet resort not far from the liveliness of Chaweng. A very personal service from the best staff ever, who used our first names. Great breakfast & fabulous food, especially the set menu on Weds.Satri House: "Un havre de paix"
"Arrived for 4 days in Luang Prabang we stayed 3 nights at Satri House. This hotel in the colonial charm only deserves compliments. A very original architecture with large rooms decorated former local objects. You feel more in a big mansion than in a traditional hotel. Our room was spacious, very clean, wooden floors and a large balcony. Very quiet, a nice staff and very caring. The breakfast (Western or Lao) was plentiful and very fresh. 2 swimming pools (a bit small) but with a large green space surrounded by large tropical trees to relax. You can borrow bikes for walking and / or go into town. Would recommend without reservation! "
