Noel Rodrigo’s Leopard Safaris: "4 Safari’s in 2 daya"

Review by: Nickers-original | Source: Trip Advisor
Had a great time on safari at Noel Rodrigo's leopard safari tour - we did 2 morning and 2 evening safaris and stayed in their glamping accommodation complete with shower and proper toilet. When we were not off road chasing down wildlife we enjoyed the amazing home cooked local food at the campsite. Saw lots of animals but our favourite was ending up in the middle of a herd of elephants - amazing experience! The staff were all lovely and knowledgeable - highly recommend it!

Tugu Malang: "Very beautiful place with a lot of antique furniture"

Very nice place to stay and very good price with fantastic services. The restaurant menus just simply the most delicious food you can get. The traditional way of presentation is very interesting and beautifully done.

Talabgaon Castle: "Enjoyable Stay"

Review by: niharwarty | Source: Trip Advisor
The fantastic property nestled in the interiors of Rajasthan is a unique and interesting proposition. I truly enjoyed my stay was very well looked after. The heritage room was fabulous with all the amenities and the bathroom is of great quality. The food was of good quality and the personal involvement of the owners is quite apparent in the overall detailing. The staff is always ready to please. You could stay and be totally disconnected from the outside world and have a refreshing holiday.

Sandat Glamping Tents: "wonderful place"

Review by: Stephen L | Source: Trip Advisor
Sadly we could only stay one night, we will definitely be back. Tasteful and top quality in every respect. We felt relaxed after one day like we'd been there a week! The staff were lovely, friendly but unobtrusive

4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "NOT SO EASY TO REACH – BUT HARDER TO LEAVE AND IMPOSSIBLE TO FORGET"

Review by: Funkysmurfy | Source: Trip Advisor
"One of my favourite hotels worldwide. Second time I've stayed here, and, 2 years on, the high standards are still maintained. Also it has become a more affordable option if you shop around on booking sites, making it better value. The service, the food, the uber-glamping ""tents,"" the friendliness of all staff and the unique and unbeatable location are superb - even more so when one considers the challenging logistics entailed in running a luxury boutique resort 30 minutes downriver from the nearest road. This is a place to go to relax. And if that is your intent, that is how you will leave...and then some! Special mention to Piphos on reservations for her rapid and efficient handling of my requests, and Paulo and Luz for their ever friendly and helpful service. My only minor criticism is that the onward taxi transfer prices are noticeably marked up from what you can arrange yourself. I don't readily award ""excellent"" in my reviews - I think the rating is seriously over-abused by TA reviewers. But this one is well deserved. Stayed February 2017, traveled solo"

Villa Song: "A must stay"

Review by: helenfeest | Source: Trip Advisor
Welcomed warmly upon arrival after a long flight from the UK. Arrived early and offered a complimentary breakfast whilst waiting for our room to be made ready along with shower facilities to freshen up. We had a lovely room overlooking the river, the bed was divine as was everything actually. The staff could not have been more helpful, we were booked in originally for 2 nights but extended to 3 as we had such a lovely time. A salt water pool at bath temperature, complimentary speed boat shuttle into District 1, fabulous breakfast menu and located in an oasis of calm in the madness that is Ho Chi Minh City. We highly recommend staying here in this beautiful Villa Hotel. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff who made our stay so enjoyable. It was greatly appreciated and we will certainly be telling all of our friends about you.

Jing’s Residence: "Fantastic"

Review by: Alex C | Source: Trip Advisor
I traveled in China for one month to take my four adopted Chinese daughters back to see their place of birth. The trip was fantastic and we stayed in a variety of large and small hotels, but always the best available for the area (i.e. Peninsula in Shanghai and Hong Kong, which were great). Jing's place was the best small hotel by far. They received us very warmly and accommodated our early morning arrival finding us rooms even though check in wasn't until the afternoon. It's a beautiful small hotel with very friendly staff and a decent restaurant, also perfectly located in middle of old Pingyao. Imam, the manager was super, and tended to all our needs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Pingyao. They also have a nice spa!

THE ISLAND LODGE: "Calm, quiet and very very nice"

"This is a secret paradise with french couple Michel and Francoise being the perfect hosts. Service is extremely friendly, present and polite. Rooms are clean and very very cosy all having a great view over pool and the river. "

Glenburn Tea Estate: "Incredible"

Review by: quokka2750 | Source: Trip Advisor
"This place is in a time warp and is wonderful. As the other reviews say the drive from Bagdora is long and the last half hour is down a very bumpy unmade road, but for us this made it more exciting. When you reach the house you received the best welcome and are made to feel at home immediately. Our room was extremely comfortable and had everything you could want, including loads of hot water and thankfully no television. You all eat together in the evening which is akin to a lively dinner party, especially as we met some interesting people and had a great laugh. Breakfasts were equally as good with an Indian breakfasts of the day. We visited the tea factory and learnt how it is processed before sampling a variety of delicious infusions. We also went and watched the ladies picking tea and had a go ourselves. One of the best bits was waking on our first morning to see the mighty Himalayas as clear as a bell only 50 miles away, as the crow flies. I would highly recommend Glenburn for a completely fantastic experience"
