The Hue House: "Hue imperial palace in Sai Gon"
The Hue House is amazing place, I love it! First choice for dinner in Sai Gon with delicious food, affordable prices and lovely staff.Inle Princess Resort: "Holiday trip"
We are going to visit Inle lake on my holiday. We stay at Inle princess resort hotel . Hotel location is eastern part of Inle lake , we can drive direct to hotel compound. Hotel building is very simple and lovely design, good food and best service.Supanniga Eating Room: "So much goodness"
The crab is fabulous, but I can't get enough of the wing bean salad. I know, salad right? But is just so good.Talabgaon Castle: "A peaceful stay in a beautiful heritage property"
"This property is just fabulous. We were there for two nights and I must say we had a lovely time there. The place was so calm and the ambience was amazing. The food was delicios and the staff really courteous, always at your disposal to make sure you dont have any issues. Since it was my parents 25th Anniversary, tey happily arranged a cake and a beautiful table at the terrace so that we could welcome the occassion under the sky full of stars. I must salute the staff for the cleanliness they have maintained. And last bust not the least, the owner is really humble and polite. He too comes, and spends sometime with you and makes you feel at home. All in all, A must visit!!!"Mathis Retreatco: "Your success howerver you want it: from very quite to exploratory"
"It is our second stay at the Mathis retreat (Kenanga last year) and the manageress; Karne, has maintained a charming atmosphere with excellent food, very kind staff and excellent service. While stilll close to Ubud, the hotel surrounding is peaceful with rice fields mixing lush greens with mirror images of the sky. The swimming pool is large enough to play or exercise. The path next to the hotel is a lovely way to walk down to Ubud across the rice fields, the frogs, the birds, and the hard working farmers. from the many attractive excursions, we selected those that would drive us closest to the balinese people and their natural landscape. The Ayung river trekking was exotic enough, adjusted to our desires and capabilities on the spot; full of anecdotical explanations on the flora, fauna and traditions, with a lunch stop at a traditional village with breathtaking Banian Trees (sacred trees next to temples) where we had a friendly conversation with a 3 generations family. Our daughter; a keen photographer; went for the sun rise on the rice fields for a full 360 degrees sensation, and reaching those remote places as a motorbike passenger was an extra bonus. And we are still so far from having exploited all the possibilities, that you may be sure to find us there next year."Kinabalu Park: "good"
I'd like to think outside the hostel is very clean and convenient meals are good, but I see a moderate caustic ratio recommendedSupanniga Eating Room: "Awesome food and service!"
"We went back to Supanigga (Sathorn area of Bangkok) on our return to Bangkok, as it was our favourite restaurant of a two-week holiday. The food is fantastic, the restaurant has a good atmosphere and the service is quick and friendly. Staff also speak good English. The staff even flagged a taxi for us outside the restaurant to Chatuchak market. For people who want tasty, reliable and authentic Thai food at affordable prices, Supanigga takes some beating. Please note there are three Supaniggas in Bangkok and they are well spread out so don’t forget to book the closest one."Jing’s Residence: "Why did we stay only one night?"
"Actually, the answer to the question in the title of this review is that we didn't have more time to spend on holiday. Our greatest mistake was not having two nights at this lovely hotel. Imam at reception was kind and welcoming. He made us feel right at home. The room was gorgeous and the courtyards of the hotel are lovely. The hotel is so quiet - it was the best night sleep we had the whole holiday! The breakfast was off a menu and the choices were both Chinese and Western. And both of our choices were delicious. We also decided to eat dinner at the hotel. It was ""upscale"" pricewise, but the food was excellent and well presented. We also were able to try some of the local dishes which we would have missed out on if we were just wandering the streets. We would recommend this hotel to anyone - and we hope that one day we will find ourselves back in the Jing Residence.... "Inle Princess Resort: "Lovely in every way"
The Inle Princess was just lovely; and the staff was eager to please in every way. The thatched roof bungalows were very well done and the grounds were meticulous, peaceful and enchanting. I'd recommend a bike ride to the nearby vineyard. Also, bring warm clothes for the very cold nights and mornings.Locavore: "Amazing Amazing Amazing"
"It's easy to see why this restaurant has been on the Top 50 Asian Restaurants list for 2 years in a row. What a culinary experience. What a journey of taste sensations. As restaurant owners ourselves, people just don't realise the amount of effort that goes into bringing the theatre of dining to life. Locavore exceeds on every front. Incredible food, impeccable service from knowledgable wait staff who can recite every ingredient of every dish, delicious cocktails and affordable wines. As others have said, around $320 AUD which makes it on the high side for Bali, but worth every cent. Two things to note. I think our 7 course ended up 16 courses with snacks, pre dessert and post dessert - so make sure you don't eat much beforehand. And one small issue with the squid, not sure it was 100% so didn't eat it. The waitress offered to give me an alternative (again, fantastic service) but I declined as we had more than enough food. But it was a minor blemish in an extraordinary dining experience. Lovacore is a must if you're visiting Ubud. Can't wait to come back. Great job team."
