Misool Eco Resort: "An amazing place"

Review by: David K | Source: Trip Advisor
The cottages are roomy and have plenty of storage. The staff is relentlessly positive. The diving and snorkeling is out of this world. Within a short boat ride from the resort are a myriad of sites and even the House reef good enough to snorkel again and again. The food is very good. The resort is located within a huge private marine reserve. This reserve has been a no take zone for about 10 years and it shows with the abundance of life.

Slow Villas and Spa: "Amazing villa, couldn’t have asked for more"

Review by: markph7 | Source: Trip Advisor
"From start to finish we were made to feel very welcome, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The villa was beautiful, very nicely decorated, the private pool was great. Breakfasts were amazing, brought to our villa at a requested time and laid out on the garden table to enjoy the morning. We were treated to a complimentary massage in the adjoining spa which was very relaxing and free pilates in the mornings was a very enjoyable bonus. The only minor comment would be that a couple of things like bike hire and laundry service seemed needlessly overpriced. If I returned to Gili Air I would stay here again."

Muang La Resort: "Magical and relaxing"

Review by: cath116 | Source: tripadvisor.com
Staying here was worth the drive! Peaceful, relaxing, and downright magical. We stayed four days and each day felt more at peace. It was wonderful to watch the locals go about their activities on the river from the balcony of our comfortable room. Rui-Yang and Jean-Roch were helpful and caring hosts. We enjoyed the excursions to the hill tribes and to the local village and temple. The food was delicious. I'm glad that the staff are locals - they are so kind - and Rui-Yang or Jean-Roch were always available to translate. The grounds are beautiful, and gorgeous butterflies are everywhere. This is a simple, charming and beautiful hotel, with a real sense of place. Loved our stay here.

Le Calao: "Lovely lunch, perfect service & airconditioned"

Review by: Sharon T | Source: Trip Advisor
"We just had lunch. Ordered a lovely bottle of the house red, a French merlot to accompany our lunch consisting of grilled perch, grilled chicken, duck laarb and an eggplant dip. Service was excellent. The airconditioning helped cool us down on a hot day after visiting Wat Xienthong. Prices are slightly on the high side but now than made up by the delicious food and attentive, friendly and professional service"

The Island Lodge: "Boutique hotel on a river island."

Review by: SofiaReiziger | Source: Trip Advisor
"Stayed one night at the Lodge as part of a Mekong Delta tour. Dinner and breakfast included. It's a beautiful boutique hotel with nice pool and great view of Mekong River. The room is spacious, firm mattress with good bedding. Bathroom is large with separate toilet, shower and sink are together with organic bathroom amenities. Wifi is fast. Food is tasty and served by smiling staff. A few things could be improved or corrected: * Pool water was cloudy, may need more filter time. * Neighbor dogs were barking very loud in early morning. * The front door of the room, made of bamboo, has gaps letting noises in from hallway. * Mosquito net hung too high thus could not be tugged in to prevent mosquitoes coming inside the net."

Manukan Island Resort: "Beach villa"

Wonderful refitted rooms, completed in January 2017. Private beach and pool for residents. Delicious food. The resort staff cannot do enough to ensure you enjoy your stay. Day trips snorkeling and scuba diving available.

Villa Song Saigon: "An Amazing Boutique Hotel"

Review by: rafharold | Source: Trip Advisor
"What an unforgettable stay we had in Villa Song ! The restored colonial villa near the river is stunning. Decorated with nice antique furniture combined with modern art. We were happy to stay for 4 nights in the Sanctuary Suite consisting of a cosy sittingroom, a large bedroom, a luxury bathroom and last but not least a large comfortable balcony overlooking the river. We spend lots of moments with a tea early morning and with a drink late evening to watch the river and its boats passing by, which gave us a peaceful feeling. The hospitality of the staff is excellent. We had a pleasant chat with the General Manager Mr. Yega and the Chef Cook Mr. Kevin, both with a lot of experience in hotel business. But also the restaurant manager Mr. Freddie, the waiters, the bartender's, the receptionists and the cleaning staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The speed boat service to town is well organized and a great experience. No need to waste your time with a taxi in the hussle of the traffic. In a 15 minutes enjoyable ride on the river you are in the heart of town. On the moment we stayed in Villa Song, we had the pleasure to choose our diner besides the regular menu, from a special menu created by Chef Cook Kevin and a guest Chef Cook from singapore which came for two weeks for this special event. We had surprising and delicious dishes with a fusion of Asian and Western food and this all in a romantic ambiance near the river. Villa Song is the top of luxury and hospitality… a beautiful place to stay. Thanks a lot to Mister Yega and his team !"
