Rice & Zen Boutique Resort: "Another perfect visit to Sea Dance"
This was our second trip to stay at Sea dance resort and it did not disappoint! Such a great vibe, beautiful pool and surrounds and the food and cocktails are to die for. Nothing is too much trouble at Sea Dance, we are always well looked after and feel at home! We'll be back again for sure !Rachamankha: "Perfect stay"
I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is idyllic, calm and peaceful. The architecture and grounds are stunning and perfect for relaxation. I loved the lounge area which was ideal to relax in after a day's sightseeing in Chiang Mai. I was delighted by breakfast - well made, great choice and beautifully dressed tables which made for a lovely start to the day. Rooms are spacious and decorated with antique furniture. The bathroom could do with some updating. I also ate in the restaurant one evening - there were not many guests so quiet but the northern Thai food was delicious. The service at the hotel was great. My stay in Rachamanka really made for a great trip to Chiang Mai - loved it !Locavore: "Mind blowing experience"
"As I am new to the fine dining scene I wasn't quite sure what to expect but once the first tasting dish came out it was like a flavor bomb went off in my mouth and woke up taste buds I didn't know I even had and the night got better from there from the 7 starter tasters which seem to never end (trust me I didn't want it too) to the main my partner and I got the 5 course one herbacore and the other locovore it was the best way to go so we got to sample each others food yes they were small in size but I couldn't of eaten and more once it was finish we had dessert to finish off but even that was a experience as I don't really have a sweet tooth I was in heaven with the predessert taster then the dessert then the final dessert sample board neither I or my partner could fault our night at all it was culinary delight with amazing produce which is as fresh as you could possibly ask for yes the staff could use a few lessons on how to talk abit slower and louder as we couldn't really understand what we were eating but that just added to the excitement seriously looking forward to returning next time I'll be doing the 7 course with drink pairing Highly recommended and yes its pricey but if you were to go to Melbourne new York London or anywhere else for the quality you'd probably put a extra 0 on the end of the bill Great concept from a fellow Aussie and dutch working together highly recommend"Jing’s Residence: "Fabulous hotel"
"Jing's Residence is in the medieval part of PingYao and is beautifully restored. The staff was very gracious and attentive and the food was delicious. I had a wonderful massage that I thoroughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to PingYao. "Inle Princess Resort: "Eine Institution"
Stayed February 2017, traveled as a couple"Tugu Bali: "Hotel meets art museum"
"Hotel Tugu surprised us! Canguu has gotten busier and built up but you step inside Hotel Tugu and it is like stepping into an oasis back in time. The rich artwork everywhere you turn is a photographers dream! The hotel is more than happy to give you a tour for free and I highly recommend it. Hearing the history behind each art piece and painting makes the experience that much richer. The rooms are like staying in an old wood Balinese villa. If you are looking for a modern Marriott, than this hotel would not be for you (and you would be missing out on a one of a kind experience), Lots of character and amazing views. The service is great! You can eat anywhere on the property at any time. I highly recommend you check out all the nooks and crannies. There are many more dining spots than you may think at first blush. They also have numerous one of a kind specialty drinks that do not disappoint. The Japanese restaurant is a reconstructed ancient Chinese temple. Good sushi and better pictures so bring your camera to dinner!"Inle Princess Resort: "A true sanctuary with excellent attention to details"
We stayed in 4 hotels in Yangon, Bagan, Mandalay & Inle in Myanmar. They were all top-notch 5-star and 4-star hotels, but Inle Princess was by far the best among them! The hotel is located on a private canal, away from the lake, which is great, as you won't be bothered by the incessant noise from the motor boats. Once you are near the hotel, a rower comes onboard your boat and starts rowing quietly to the hotel. When you step foot on its premise, you truly enter a sanctuary. The service was intimate and personal - the restaurant staff remembered what we ate the previous night, and made a special dessert for us outside of the menu so that we do not have to eat the same thing twice in a row! The food was delicious, rivalling those of expensive restaurants in major cities. The spa rooms are huge and yet cosy. There are no TV in the rooms, but we take that positively as you really want to take advantage of the culture and activities of the hotel and Inle, to disconnect and not to be distractedMume: "Just amazing"
"I personally cannot understand the low rating. My experience here was fantastic! I am from the industry and the food & cocktails were on a really high level. Also the casual dress code and relaxed environment just make it better. For Taipei it might not be cheap, but compared to places like Hong Kong or Singapore it is! And you definitely get great quality and its worth it! Recommending this place to everyone!"Neeleshwar Hermitage: "The place to ‘be"
My husband and I have just spent a week at Neeleshwar and had a VERY relaxing time. The accommodation is fab-u-lous (the bathroom being semi-outdoors with tropical planting - thank goodness for the fan as it felt much hotter out there than in our air conditioned room). We had an Ayurvedic massage each day. I could get used to having a daily massage! It was wonderful! Mr Jayan and his staff were very respectful and couldn't do enough for you. Credit must go to the designer of Neeleshwar Hermitage who has landscaped the resort impeccably, with great accommodation and exotic planting. There are lots of resident birds. Breakfast and lunch were taken at their beach cafe, and dinner in the restaurant. The food was fresh and flavoursome. We even had a traditional Keralan meal one evening which was served on a banana leaf and eaten with your hands. There is an infinity pool where you can order drinks and snacks. I loved the trip on the houseboat. If I'm ever lucky enough to return, I would like to spend a night (or two) on it.Reverie Siam: "3rd visit"
We were at the Reverie Siam Resort in November 2014 for the first time, in May 2015 the second time, and now again in October 2015. It is difficult to compare the Reverie Siam Resort with any other of the many hotels in Pai, as this one is so special and different - and it's different to the very good side! The location is great, and so is the environment with a perfect garden and two pools. The real highlight, however, is the Silhouette Bar, it's staff and it's food, and not to forget the wine list which is the most extensive one I have ever seen in Thailand. Although it's only 100 km from our home in Sansai, you drive a felt number of 500 curves, but presently the road is reconstructed, thus in a few months driving there will also be convenient. We will certainly return, hopefully a few more times.....
