KHWAN BEACH RESORT: "A great place to stay at Koh Samui"

Review by: Joao P | Source: tripadvisor.com
"I and my partner spent five days at Khwan Beach Resort and our experience was nothing but fantastic. This is a small resort run by competent, kind and diligent people (Gaelle, Nittaya, Sai and Margot) who will make everything to fulfil yur wishes. Located literally at a two minute walk away from Mae Nam beach, it is a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxed holidays, surrounded by nature, nice villas each with its own private swimming pool, and (walking distance) close to restaurants, convenient stores, fresh fruit markets, etc. I will definitely return to this place. Mind you however that the resort has just initiated construction works for a restaurant which may cause some inconvenience during the day. Therefore, if you are planning to stay there, contact one of the managers (Gael or Margot) for more details "

Rachamankha: "The most refined hotel in CNX"

Review by: N_Pausawasdi | Source: Trip Advisor
I've been to this hotel for around 10 years. I can say that this is the most refined hotel in town. The design is impeccable. All details are well executed and tasteful. Food is super scrumptious. The pool is adorable. The location is in the heart of the city! What else do you want?

Inle Princess Resort: "Wonderful Visit"

Review by: claired0n | Source: Trip Advisor
"We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Inle Princess. The feel is very rustic; however, the amenities are pure luxury. Wonderful view of the lake and sunsets. I loved the outdoor shower! The staff was very welcoming and attentive as well. It was my birthday during our stay and the staff surprised me with a birthday cake, lovely gift and card to help me celebrate. I was truly touched by their attention to this detail. It made my day! Thank you to the general manager and staff. The lakeside restaurant offered a nice variety and the food was delicious. I am sure you will not be disappointed should you choose this lovely hotel. It was a wonderful experience for my husband and me."

Les Maisons d’Itac: "A small but fantastic resort!"

Review by: MrUppsala | Source: Trip Advisor
We spent a long weekend in the bamboo house at this small but beautiful resort. Great experience. You are sleeping 3 meters from the beach! You hear the waves and all kinds of sounds in the night, very relaxing. The atmosphere at the place is great. It is sort of at the end of the road, so there is no restaurants or things to do within walking distance. But the staff and the manager Bryan are very serviceminded and will help you with anything you want to do or go to. We recommend you to eat all meals at the resort and then there's no need to go anywhere else. Just stay at the resort and enjoy it. We would love to come back some day!

Supanniga Luxury Bangkok River Cruises: "Great food and a great way to see the river"

Review by: Paul T | Source: Trip Advisor
This is definitely a very good alternative to the other cruises. It's quiet, relaxed, the food is great (and they were very kind with providing non-seafood options when asked in advance), and the glass of champagne was certainly welcome too!

VILLA SONG SAIGON: "Sanctuary by the Saigon River"

Review by: DavidChallinger | Source: tripadvisor.com
"This is an outstanding hotel. Beautifully refurbished former French colonial mansion with about 25 rooms. We stayed in a Sanctuary room on the top floor. High quality dining at tables beside the Saigon river. Rooms are beautifully decorated with every facility. Loved the TV that rotated 360. The hotel's own speedboat runs a shuttle service to the city centre. Staff excellent. Attention to detail (eg anti mossy spray on dining tables) My wife had a birthday while we were there. Bouquet of flowers and special cake unsolicited. "

Tugu Lombok: "Paradise"

Review by: Mark P | Source: Trip Advisor
"This was our second visit to Tugu and it will not be the last, a really quirky set of rooms and villas are really interesting and well laid out. Pools are fantastic and the beautiful white sand beach is just wonderful. Hotel restaurants are wonderful and food is both well presented and extremely tasty with a fantastic local focus on the menu. Spa is very good with the local massage being our personal favourite, very good value. Our only gripe about this hotel is that there is no ATM machine available so I was unable to tip the wonderful staff what they actually deserved instead of what I had in my wallet, as always the welcome you get in any hotel is reliant on the team that are there to look after you and as previously the team at Tugu shone. Thank you for another wonderful stay and we will see you again soon. Mark + Myra"

Villa Song Saigon: "Charming old French Colonial property"

Review by: Gilly R | Source: Trip Advisor
"We loved staying here despite the lack of a lift! Our room at the top was large and comfortable with views over the Saigon river and of the dining courtyard below where we loved to eat. The service was impeccable and then we found the pool! It was so pretty and tranquil and just the place after a hectic morning's sightseeing. Altogether a delightful and peaceful place to stay. Room Tip: Lovely rooms at the top but quite a climb!"

Inle Heritage Stilt Houses: "Exceptional"

Review by: missmolihua | Source: Trip Advisor
The team at Inle Heritage made my arrival in Myanmar so smooth and welcoming. The team patiently and wonderfully indulged me with all my cultural questions that I bombarded them with. Transfers were super easy and the tour of the lake was nicely curated. I am notoriously picky and there are two hotels that I have been mentioning in the same breath since my return; The Puli in Shanghai and Inle Heritage. Service was exceptional, very detailed and thoughtful. The icing on the cake is that the 6 bungalows and traditional Inthar restaurant are funding the cat + fish breeding, eco farming practices, and scholarships for 40 driven hospitality students each year. Like others have said this is not luxury and there are a little few missteps now and then from the students but it doesn't matter as it is all so personal, detailed and welcoming. From the moment of my booking Ms. Thant Zin Aye, the GM, was helpful and generous over email and in person when I arrived. Ms. Nang Khin May and Ms. Chaw Su Thet Htar were so sweet welcoming. Mr. Htun A Tint is a natural in this hospitality game and will go far! I have recommended this hotel to everyone and I would be there in a heartbeat on my next trip to Myanmar.

Jing’s Residence: "Stay and be immersed in 1000 years historic China"

Review by: HenryOnly | Source: Trip Advisor
WHen I visited Pingyao, I felt like stepping into an Ip Man/Kung Fu Master movie. This hotel amplified that experience as, like most of Pingyao, it is a beautifully restored 1000-year old historic oriental masterpiece. It really felt like one was staying at Ip Man's place itself!...well in addition of the excellent breakfast, modern amenities like WiFi and television, cozy and luxurious lounge. Since this hotel is located at an unassuming street in Pingyao, it is also very quiet. If you can afford it, stay here when visiting Pingyao.
