4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "The Hidden Gem on the River of Tatai Waterfall"

Review by: Kuch R | Source: Trip Advisor
"I rarely reviewed any hotels unless it's an outstanding hotel, but my stay at 4 Rivers last week was unforgettable, such a beautiful resort set on the river Tatai along the Cardamom Mountain, the tents is just a beautiful set up while every is so attentive start from the moment we arrived the check in lounge on mainland, everyone make sure that we are really comfortable during the stay Let mentioned about the responsible of the staff, I went for dinner but when I arrived back at the tent, my bed was made up, they sprayed the mosquito spray also burnt the scent About the resort itself, it like living close to the nature, wake up next to the mountain but inside your own luxury tent I would pay a visit again one time soon to the resort, very highly recommend"

The Island Lodge: "A touch of paradise"

Review by: LynseyRavetta | Source: Trip Advisor
"We stayed here for two nights this week and really enjoyed our stay. The staff are attentive and caring and the whole atmosphere is very relaxing. The restaurant has a wonderful mix of French and Vietnamese food which is five star quality We spend our days by the pool watching the board go by and saw two magnificent sunsets at the end of the piers. I fully recommend taking advantage of the day trips on offer and they are very good and give a great insight into day to day life on unicorn island. If we are ever in the area again we would love to return. Room tip: try and get a river view room, we stayed in room 3 and it was perfect."

The Hue House: "Foodie heaven"

Review by: Genxf | Source: Trip Advisor
"The Hue House, for us, was unforgettable. The food is incredibly fresh, imaginative and plentiful. The staff are attentive but unobtrusive. We shared several plates, all on the advice of management and could not have been more impressed. The mixed entree (my favorite) Banh thap cam was full of flavor and variety and so very fresh. The little dumplings stuffed with shrimp & pork, on top of the stuffed, fried dough were sublime. I say add Cuon diep, the BBQ'd spare ribs, to the list of must tries but really, everything we tried was delicious. Hue cuisine is steeped in tradition and we're wishing restauranteur Huy Tran all the best in this latest venture and please, please bring it to Australia."

The Cabochon Hotel: "Lovely small hotel"

Review by: caron m | Source: Trip Advisor
"Old colonial style boutique hotel with friendly staff. Quiet location on side street. Lovely rooms with interesting furniture and artefacts. Small pool on roof. Lovely smell of burning candles throughout. Cute little restaurant if you don't feel like walking out. Good Thai food plus western options available. Breakfast was good too. Good wifi connection. "

Chakrabongse Villas: "Secluded Paradise in a Bustling City"

Review by: AndraYo | Source: Trip Advisor
"Once you enter through the gates, a fairytale world emerges. Around every corner another surprise awaits, orchards by our front gate, or kittens sleeping under the bench, the beautiful sunroom. The commissioned pictures are very accurate. My daughter feel in love with mangosteen fruits, first time we tasted them! Ask Ms. Atom (excellent English) to open the book store for browsing. The cookbook from the Villas' restaurant is a MUST buy--not only for the royal family's cooking recipes but the stunning pictures, an absolutely wonderful souvenir!"

Cuisine Wat Damnak: "Authentic Khmer dishes in wonderful setting"

Review by: Springhil | Source: Trip Advisor
Well reviewed by many travel writers, we chose this and booked months ago as it is very popular and the owners do close the restaurant for weeks at a time. Tasting menus A and B which you can try one of each as a couple - superb. We chose the fan cooled upper floor rather than the AC ground floor that catered more for those that wanted a modern restaurant. With the windows open even on a rainy evening, it was fresh and lush. Food was fabulous and really tested our understanding of Cambodian food. We were welcomed by Carole and her chef husband visited each table when he brought the fruit selection that ended each menu and you had the chance to talk to - a lovely personal touch.

Les Maisons Wat Kor: "Beautiful old world feel"

Review by: Snooze6 | Source: Trip Advisor
What a serene and peaceful place just minutes away from town. Have a massage or eat lovely local food overlooking a lotus pond. Loved it and didn't want to leave. Staff were very attentive and friendly as well as helpful. Wish we had stayed longer.

Cuisine Wat Damnak: "Amazing food and service"

Review by: Debjay64 | Source: Trip Advisor
The chef was amazing, very personable and greeted all his guests. The food was amazing and we tried both menus. I have to follow a gluten free diet and the chef made sure that some elements were changed for me. However, saying that there was very little on the menu I couldn't eat. Very fresh tasting food and good value. The service was amazing and we had a very relaxed meal. Will definitely be visiting again,

Satri House: "Fantastic boutique hotel"

Review by: Eva B | Source: Trip Advisor
Great service, well maintained, and smoothly run boutique hotel located just 500m from Luang Prabang downtown. Very friendly and discreet service, rooms in good shape and a fine breakfast restaurant as well as good pool and spa services. We'll be back.

Labyrinth: "An eye opener"

Review by: Priscillia S | Source: Trip Advisor
The food you see is not what you get. The food come with a twist and it is indeed gastronomic adventure for you. I love how the plating is done for each and every dish, and how Labyrinth new Singapore local cuisine into a whole new level. Service staffs were friendly and helpful, the kitchen staffs prepare the food and I love how the food mix together to create a new taste. They definitely deserve the Michelin star!
