Satri House: "Perfect. bliss"
"Nothing to add really to the other reviewers. This place is splendid with style and characters, quiet because a bit away from the main road. Will absolutely return. Would only say that breakfast service is a bit difficult - you have to order piecemeal (or anyway, that's what our waitress did). Stayed April 2017, traveled with family"VILLA SONG SAIGON: "Sanctuary by the Saigon River"
"This is an outstanding hotel. Beautifully refurbished former French colonial mansion with about 25 rooms. We stayed in a Sanctuary room on the top floor. High quality dining at tables beside the Saigon river. Rooms are beautifully decorated with every facility. Loved the TV that rotated 360. The hotel's own speedboat runs a shuttle service to the city centre. Staff excellent. Attention to detail (eg anti mossy spray on dining tables) My wife had a birthday while we were there. Bouquet of flowers and special cake unsolicited. "Supanniga Luxury Bangkok River Cruises: "Lovely relaxing cruise on the river"
I have done the Shangri La cruise, a cruise on one of the big party boats and this Supanigga cruise, I have to say this was the nicest with by far the most authentic Thai food. The staff who served us were charming and discreet and one did not feel ripped off as people have mentioned on other cruises. There was a free flow of bottled water and the drinks were not overly expensive. I would not recommend this cruise for young kids but for a romantic evening for a couple or an adult family or friends group it isn’t ideal. A nice touch was the crew singing happy birthday to my brother and a lady at the next table with a candle stuck into the mango sticky rice dessert. I thought this was far better than serving a cake for a birthday meal as usually one is too full to eat the cake anyway. Overall a big thumbs up to this cruiseThe Hue House: "Amazing food!"
"The hue house is absolutely amazing restaurant! It is hard to find as it is located on the 10th floor of the bussiness buildig/ hotel and has no advertisement leading you to the restaurant. Due to this, the place is still undiscovered from tourists and there are always available tables( even for big groups). Regarding to the food- it is the best place in saigon to eat viatnameese food! Strongly recomended! Staff is increably polite and friendly and the view from the rooftop is outstanding! If you are in saigon- you should definitely come here to get the hue exerience!"Rachamankha: "Another romantic evening"
We come back to this romantic place twice within a week. Always enchanted! We had our Valentine dinner there. Scallops, tiger prawns, fish with Thai herbs, veggie with Myanmar curry, all perfect, accompanied by attentive service and the lotus candle lights. Can't be better!Supanniga Eating Room: "Amazing food"
"The food was fantastic. My sister who's lived here for over 20 years couldn't agree more with the authenticity of the food and ingredients, some even pleasantly surprised us. The service is maybe a lack of English. But they are trying very hard. Much appreciated. I'd recommend The trio appetizers - Yum Mieng Yong, Ma hor, Khaotang Namprik Kakmoo, - Yum Crispy Leaf Fish, and Hor Mok Crab Meat. "MesaStila: "Magelang’s hidden paradise"
I've lost my words to describe how beautiful this resort is.. tranquilizing, mesmerizing, friendly staff, great details on the decorations, very private, we're fallen for the beautiful bathtub in the bathroom with the scenery of mount Andong, i'm looking forward to visit Mesastila again with my big familyThe Island Lodge: "Scherer"
"The Island Lodge is a marvellous place! An oasis in the middle of a special place almost a junge beside the river. The view is historic, peaceful and really unique. There is nothing to compare with the Island Lodge in the area! The owner Michel and his wife Francoise are exceptional hosts not because of a necessity but because of a natural true passion to receive their guests with warmth and friendliness. It is a really comfortable feeling after traveling down from the chaos and noise of Ho Chi Minh! Breakfast is á la carte, it is slow and easy going just like the Mekong. Dinner is more or less the same. Lots of choice and lots of taste and just so comfortable. One of the best parts of this residence has to be the interior design. Michel did almost everything himself and if he ever gives up the Hotel business he could certainly try his hand at ID!! He has taste and style which is very seldom in a hotel of this size. Usually boutique hotels get a little Kitsch over load. Not here the attention to detail is impressive and highly soothing just before a early afternoon nap! The pool is big and super practical! And make sure you go with Michel on a bike tour. Probably something that will stay with me for ever for all the right reasons! Don't bother looking at any other place if you want to stay a few days in the Delta "Satri House: "Beautiful hotel, Great service"
"We've stayed in a suite room for 4 nights here, and this was the main reason for our happy trip in Luangprabang. Everything is great here, great room, great service, great breakfast. It's a good place to chill and let time stop. The only minor draw back is the hotel quite far to walk from walking street (2-3km) even though hotel has a free bicycle for guests to use. I've tried once and found that cars in Luangprabang driving rather hectic (ps. I'm not a good cycling person either). The better choice is to take tuk tuk which was cost 20,000 KIP (sometimes driver called for 30,000 KIP) for one way. "Tugu Lombok: "A place to go"
This is a wonderfull peacefull boutique hotel. We came there by chance after being refused by our already booked sandinpondok in gili t. We spend 5 days in lombok in a front ocean room. You deserve this hotel fir many reason. Lombok is a wonderfull island. And the hotel is organizing many trips to discover the island itself. We went to thecwaterfall but not trough the normal route but taking a different path trought the rice fields. If you like hikimg g this the best way to arrive to the waterfalls. Leave aprt the more tourist way. We went with the boat to gilli island ( make sure you reserve the hotel boat and not the external ones). Gilli are overcroweded and unlessyiu are 20ies and looking for disco and ibiza mood... stay away from them and enjoy gilli under sea by boat. The hotel is simply amazing. Amixture of indonesian styles.. decorated with intersting and lovely taste. Food is excellent. Do not expect a buffet style hotel.. luckly...we have done three massage. Each one of them was professionally made.you can also buy the oils from the spa as well as visiting the antique shop of the hotel. Staff are professionally managed by the general manager. Guest relation is very professional and she will support you in choosing the right program and massage. Do not miss the moon one! Definitely a must where to stay. We loved it.
