Satri House: "One of the best"
We really loved this hotel and definitely one of the best we've ever visited. From the staff, to the rooms, to the gardens, to the food, to the amenities... They were really polished in every aspect. We can easily imagine spending a relaxing month pottering about the town and surrounds of Luang Prabang and staying at Satri House. There is a lap pool and a main pool which is a very calm and cool place to enjoy a book and a snack or a beer. The room was a suite (4.2.1) which was beautifully appointed and very spacious overlooking the main pool. There was plenty of storage, a sitting area, a large bathroom, desk, etc and good wifi. We wondered if it might be a throwback to 1920s Indochine.Manda De Laos: "Great food and setting"

The first time to visit this fine dining of French cuisine and had excellent food and wine and cheese. It is a bit noisy as there is a party at one end . They said since it is raining they had no other place to accommodate them. We must say this is the best french food in the city so far. When the rain is over it will be a nice experience to sit outside on the bank of Inya Lake. Only if they have better music and curtains and drapes to absorb the noise, we will be delighted to enjoy a fine dining.Villa Song Saigon: "Great stay"

I cannot tell you how nice my stay at Sukoon was! The staff was excellent headed by Vishal and service staff by Babu. The location of the boat is perfect too. A shuttle motorised shikara takes you from the promenade to the houseboat [HB] and you can come and go whenever you wish if you fancy a walk on the promenade. The rooms are generously sized and the bathrooms can put some hotels to shame! :-) The food was excellent too and the best part was the peace and quiet you can expect here. The breakfast on the terrace was a treat :-) Wifi! Can you believe that and at no extra cost. You can spend a nice lazy noon on the terrace on the lounger reading a book and enjoy your time here. "Wow I came to Locavore with my girlfriend on an evening were the the rain was truly pouring and we were drenched as we walked in. My girlfriend and I had the tasting menu which was outstanding. The staff knew every aspect of each dish and I hope the chef gets the staff to taste the dishes because their knowledge seemed that they had as the waitresses and waiters really did know their stuff. Lovely atmosphere and great staff. Good attention to detail. Great tasting food If this restaurant was in Paris or London it would have cost near £300, however with it being in Bali it was just over £100. Great value for such good quality. Bangkok is filled with excellent five star international hotels. Here's something completely different. Small, boutique tucked away in a small Soi off Sukhumvit. The service levels are warm friendly with a touch of classic Thai friendliness. The hotel is only 5 years old but has been created for yesteryear. Food is lovely and the atmosphere unique.Tugu Bali: "Heaven in the middle of Canggu"
It has been a few weeks now since I left this incredible place and I can't stop thinking about it. Just has Tugu Lombok, this resort is quite special and really impressive. Its architecture, design, art pieces, structure and AMAZING food converts your nights and days spent in that place in real dreams.
