Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Is heaven better"
We first visited this resort two years ago. Our SECOND visit to this wonderful place included two nights on their houseboat The Lotus and four nights at the resort. It is very difficult to add to previous glowing reviews except to say that it still remains the most lovely experience. The staff are a delight, nothing is too much trouble, the food is of the highest standard and we think a privilege to be able to stay here. The attention to detail is a huge complement to the management.MAISONS WAT KOR: "Feel like home place"
"We staid for 2 nights at Maisons Wat Kor with our family and friends and everyone loved their stay. Rooms are good size, very tastefully decorated and clean, the garden is really big and relaxing to walk around. There is a connecting room for families with the kids! The kids loved the pool and little bungalow overlooking lotus pond where they could relax and play. The staff were always helpful and organized trips to town if we wished to do so. Though it was nice just to hang around the place. We also had Spa treatments on request. The restaurant is also a lovely place to eat in the evening. We enjoyed local cuisine and had nice evenings together. The breakfast are included and are also very good. Highly recommended for family trips, romantic stay or just relaxing weekend with friends "Tugu Bali: "A Hidden Gem – Romantic and Relaxing"
We had a wonderful stay at Tugu, Bali whose mission is to bring back to life the art, soul and romance of Indonesia and it certainly does. It was by far my favourite hotel on the island. There are so many wonderful historical artefacts on the property, we really enjoyed wondering the hotel to look at them and learn about some of Bali's history. The hotel’s theatrically large entrance lobby creates an impression of grandeur. While there are plenty of unique areas to enjoy a romantic breakfast/lunch/dinner. What I loved about Tugu was the friendly staff and the attention to detail. Staying true to the romance element, when our room was turned down, beautiful poems were left by the bed with an array of fresh local flowers. The bath in our suite was incredible and the flower petals added to the ambiance. For Honeymooners and anyone looking for something a little bit special -Tugu is a must!David’s Kitchen: "A Perfect Evening"
"Everything about our evening at David's Kitchen was a real pleasure. From the ease of booking online, the way the staff look after you, the beautiful restaurant, David himself, and the food. I can't think of any negatives at all. To have a restaurant of this quality in Chiang Mai is a real blessing and a treat that everyone living here should allow themselves at least once."MesaStila: "Historical Luxury"
"As we came into the front gate, the old time luxury greet us. Such as beautifully cared garden, antique train station, and grand colonial dutch building. If you are in to quietness and peaceful, this is you. The villas mostly are antique javanese houses. And we get the merapi view in the morning, very nice. Clean an comfortable. The rooms generally is large, even for the four of us. A bit pricy though. But it's worth it. Great service."Rachamankha: "Best choice in Chiang Mai"
"Located in the old town, next to the main temples (actually one of the most famous temples, Wat Pra Singh is next door). Very quiet location, perfect to escape after a long day of sightseeing. Very nice decor, very classy. Spread out, small (only 25 rooms), very quiet all over, you can really relax. Nice rooms (I recommend the deluxe rooms as they are much bigger and nicer). Also the library, the pool area, the spa are nice. Very friendly and nice staff. They do their best to accommodate you. For me best option in town - classy and quiet (it used to be a Relais & Chateau before)"Manda De Laos: "Special"
This restaurant is very special, it has charm, charisma, but most importantly fantastic food. The setting is amazing and the staff are friendly and efficient. This restaurant is a must if you are in Luang Prabang.Tugu Lombok: "Holiday"
"Se stayed for four nights in this wonderful hotel. The food, the spa, the snorkeling was really nice.,We had a Baghavat Gita room and it was like being back in time. We took the hotel boat for a snorkeling day and saw a turtle. You can choose to have dinner where you like and we chose the beach. We also went to the waterfall and would highly recommend it. "Tugu Lombok: "world class tropical island resort"
"We recently stayed at hotel Tugu for our honeymoon. From the moment we were picked up at the airport the hotel staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The hotel staff were always very friendly, and happily greeted us at breakfast, lunch and dinner and whenever we were out and about in the resort. The staff were very enthusiastic to offer us activities around the island during our stay. We were pretty much able to make any of our Lombok dreams come true. We were able to experience traditional weaving in a traditional women's weaving village, amazing water falls at sanur, my husband hand fished with the local fisherman, snorkeling with turtles in beautiful clear waters off the Gili islands and a beautiful romantic beach side dinner at sunset. our honeymoon at hotel Tugu was an absolutely amazing experience. We were welcomed like family, a perfect getaway. Complementary breakfast and afternoon tea was always wonderful and of the highest quality. The complimentary massages were very welcoming as well, thank you. Half way through our stay we were generously upgraded to an Oceanside villa with a plunge pool which was extremely generous, thank you Mr Henry. We traveled in low season and it felt like we pretty much had the whole resort all to ourselves. If you want seclusion, privacy, away from ""the rat race"", relaxation, beautiful surroundings, wonderful atmosphere ,world class service and a romantic tropical island beach resort get away, we would highly recommend hotel tugu Lombok. A special thanks to hotel manager Henry and every single one of his amazing team on there attention to detail and customer service we received at all times throughout our stay. We will definitely be back in the future. Mr & Mrs Bruno Stayed February 2017, traveled as a couple"Satri House: "A gem of Laos"
My wife picked this hotel. I was very impressed with this choice. It was unbelievably comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Since we stayed more than a week here, we changed room twice to get different feel. Money was well spent.
