Labyrinth: "Gastronomical experience"
A good take of Singapore's famous and iconic dishes. The chef played with texture, sight and temperature. A witty and successful attempt. Recommend tourists and locals to visit this restaurant. I like the signature chili crab and pen cai risotto. So good I wished there was more.arumdalu: "Impressive place."
We visited Belitung island on Dec 2015 with my little children. It was great experience during staying in this hotel. Guests can feel warm hospitality and nice views. Fortunately we met owener of this hotel and heard his way of thinking about of this hotel. I was really impressed by owener.Jing’s Residence: "You must stay here!"
"It's beautiful. really. The rooms and courtyards and hotel lobby. All done excellently. The restaurant is beyond fantastic. We had two dinners there (they were included in the package we selected). It's a fixed menu and each dish was superb. My girlfriend, who is Chinese, said each dish really captures the essence of Chinese cooking with a subtle balance of tastes. It's quiet. We were in the back of the hotel (and there were few other guests). We were able to sleep with our window next to the bed open for natural cooling. The hotels offers a free transfer from the railway station and its centrally located in the ancient city, but far enough away from the tourist area not to be noisy or crowded. It is only a 3 minute walk along East street to get to the main intersection with South street. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. English mastery varies person to person, but it is easy to communicate."David’s Kitchen: "In a league of its own"
"My title says all! I simply cannot speak highly enough of David's Kitchen, this is a MUST do in Chiang Mai. My partner and I ordered the set menu to celebrate my 30th birthday. This allowed us to try Davids most signature dishes and we weren't disappointed!! The food, service and personal touches were absolutely splendid. Many reviews note their personal experience with David, and yes this is fabulous but I would also like to mention the amazing unity the entire team have to ensure your experience is like none other. I only wish there were most restaurants like this in the world!"Villa Song Saigon: "Peace in Siagon"
My wife found this Boutique Hotel in a slightly out of the way spot, which ment we had peace quiet and a quality accomodation package, all within a 5 minute private speed boat trip to the centre of the city... what a winning combination. We loved it.Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Just perfect!"
"We stayed for just three nights, if only we had known we would have made it longer. We have stayed in lots if different hotels all over India and I think the staff at neelshewar come top of the pile. We could not pick out anyone as they were all amazing from the manager to the waiting staff to the gardeners. These delightful people made our stay here just perfect. The accommodation was looking over the sea and beach, beautifully clean and comfortable. Tea brought to our room every morning. The food at the beach was amazing with fresh fish with different delicious marinades. The breakfast was wonderful with so many choices and the best fruit so far in India! A complimentary yoga class in the morning, run by a lovely young man, was great. The pool was perfect temperature and fresh drinking water topped up all the time with the usual excellent service. The little shop has lovely pashminas etc with a beautiful young lady assisting who arranged the excellent tailor to make me a lovely linen dress in a day. Overall a most wonderful stay. Just go there! Room Tip: We stayed in Virya which was halfway to everything (7 or 8)"Reverie Siam: "Beautiful hotel!"
The hotel was stuning and the room with the stand alone bath tab (river view) was amazing! The gardens, the lobby and of course the rooms were just gorgeous and very relaxing! The only minus was the restaurant- although it had a great tasety food it was all tiny so if you are hungry it's problematic to eat there. However breakfast was nice and the staff brought us more bread, and juice when needed. The staff were also very kind, and overall I would recommand this beautiful place to friends! P.s- it is 5 min from the walking streets of Pai but the hotel runs a shuttle that will take you whenever you want until 11pm, which was great for us!Tugu Lombok: "Awesome"
Lombok is a fantastic mix of warm people, wondrous scenery and amazing sea life. Stay at the Tugu and you can add fabulous staff and service with a wonderfully quirky resort. A great destination complimented by a resort that exceeds expectations highly recommended for all types of activities.Muang La Resort: "Relaxing setting, great food and lovely staff"
We spent three days at Muang La resort. We went in the low season so had the resort (10 room resort) to ourselves. We had a river view room (highly recommend) and we could hear the relaxing sounds of the river flowing outside our room. The resort has two elevated hot tubs, using water from the hot natural springs. We enjoyed a Lao massage too. The resort is set on the river, which is constantly used by the local villagers to fish and bathe. We organised a couple of excursions once we had arrived. This was probably easy for us to do as we were the only residents. The food was great. Every night there was a five course set menu based on local Laos cuisine. Breakfasts were great, with tropical fruits, divine home made yoghurt, croissants and scrolls, as well as eggs as you like them. Nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The village of Muang La is a little difficult to get to but worth the effort. I am happy to recommend Muang La.Tugu Bali: "Tugu Hotel Bali is a luxurious slice of history"
I stayed in a Dedari suite while I was at the Tugu Hotel Bali. I loved having the private plunge pool and outdoor swing daybed. I also quite liked the outdoor bathtub with attached koi pond. However, the hotel decor is what's so amazing here, and it is definitely one of the main reasons for staying at this hotel. Everywhere you look there are beautiful antiques and artefacts. It's a living museum. I also took in the Thursday evening cultural dinner which includes a Balinese dance and music performance. If you are a traveller looking for a truly unique Bali experience this is the place to have it.
