Tugu Lombok: "Heaven on earth"
"We spent a week of our honeymoon at Tugu Lombok and it was simply fantastic. The food is sensational, such a wide range of dishes to choose from. The satay sticks are out of this world! The staff are friendly, from the waiters to the gardeners, and very good with your individual needs and likes. The moonlight spa treatment and meal is a absolute must. highlight of our fantastic stay. The hotel has kayaks and snorkeling equipment which allow a bit of exploring of the local sealife. We stayed in an Aloon-Aloon villa and it was spacious, comfy and the outside bathrooms were perfectly quirky. I cant speak highly of Tugu Lombok, it was 5 star every bit of the way,"Maison Polanka: "Luxury and pracefulness"
My wife and I visited in March and stayed in the separate room beside the dining and pool area. The service was excellent, as were the facilities. The staff were always helpful and we always felt we were returning to a luxurious retreat every time we came back from a day of temples and walking in the heat. We would happily stay again.misool: "Active Family with 8 year old and 4 year old boys"
"We traveled all over Indonesia for 9 weeks, and we absolutely LOVED Misool. Here's the scoop: 1. Accommodations - There is nice variety of room types, and every room has a fantastic view. In my estimation the resort's website accurately portrays the cottages and villas. They are all tastefully appointed, very clean, and well maintained. Stunning views right over the ""house reef"" (a large beautiful reef right out in front of the resort that is teeming with wildlife - sharks, turtles, and a huge variety of sea life. We stayed in one of the largest villas - Villa Utara - HIGHLY recommend this unit if you're 4 or more people. All units have their own decks with direct access right into the lagoon and over the reef.(...) 4. Diving and Snorkeling - Let me first state that I have been diving in more places around the world, than anyone else I've ever met. That being said, Raja Ampat is the best diving I've ever done, seen, or heard of on the planet. Dense population of wildlife, massive variety... simply awesome. The snorkeling on the house reef is better than most of the diving that people would rave about elsewhere. 5. Children and Family - at age 8 and 4, our boys do not dive. However, they still had a blast. They learned to snorkel, we went paddle boarding, kayaking, playing on the beach, looking for coconut crabs at night (found many)... no shortage of ways to fill the day and have a great time. Look, if you've read this far, I'll tell you that I only have a few reviews on trip advisor. Like most people, I'm more inclined to whine if things don't go well than to report my good experiences (check my other two reviews that are one star). However, we loved this place so much that I feel compelled to urge you to go. "Rachamankha: "A quiet retreat in busy Chiang Mai"
"What a beautiful hotel. This hotel has really beautiful gardens with lots of little retreat areas tucked away for you to relax with a book or a refreshing drink. Our room was on the ground floor and was spacious and comfortable. It had a very comfortable king sized bed and a roomy bathroom with luxury bath products. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They performed their duties efficiently and quietly. Breakfast and dinner is served in a beautifully designed courtyard with a cosy feel. Especially at night when the area is subtly lit with candles on each table. We chose to eat in the restaurant each night because of the excellent choice of delicious food. The pool area was also very relaxing and well maintained. We totally enjoyed our stay at the Rachamankha and plan to return in the near future. Stayed April 2017, traveled as a couple"Misool: "Paradise found!"
"There really aren’t adequate words to describe our experience at MER. I have been fortunate to visit many gorgeous beach destinations worldwide but nothing can come close to Misool Eco Resort. Not only is it visually stunning but the entire experience is unsurpassed. The staff is warm, kind and attentive...nothing is too much trouble. The diving is the best in the world of course and what the founders and staff have created is an inspiration. Special thanks to Sue and Mark for creating such a wonderful experience for us and to Sabine my ‘scuba therapist’ and new friend. Being a nervous diver despite experience she went above and beyond to teach me, support me and help me grow tremendously in my diving skills. Our ‘once in a lifetime’ will definitely be repeated....we just left and miss it already. Lisa and John Mitchell"The River Resort: "Wonderful surprise"
Stayed several days at The River Resort. About as nice an experience as one could imagine. Food terrific, staff wonderful, rooms very comfortable... a great place to stay if you are visiting southern Laos. This is a unique and special resort, one that you won't regret.VILLA SONG SAIGON: "Beautiful atmosphere"
"We stayed here for 2 nights in a beautiful suite. Big clean rooms, bathroom and really comfortable bed! The villa is on the Sai gon river, where you can enjoy the view having good food and drinks in the lovely garden. The breakfast starts at 6.30 a la carte and you don't need to rush because you can have it at anytime you want! Food is amazing! The swimming pool is big and beautiful. The staff is friendly, always smiling and ready to help you! We really enjoyed our stay here, if we would come back to Saigon, this would be fore sure our first choice again. "Sanak Retreat Bali: "Amazing"
"Out of many places of wonderful Bali this is my personally all time favorite. We arrived to our bungalow at a magical moment while the sun was setting, extraordinary view over the rice-field and the valley. The spa is wonderful, you can get a massage in a open massage room surrounded by rice field. The food was ok but overpriced, would not recommend to eat there often. We walked up to the village above and had a wonderful time. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a Balinese stile and you can buy the art from the walls, we found out it was cheaper to buy it there than at the Seminiak market."SUMMERTIME VILLA: "Blissfully chilled"
We absolutely loved Summertime and cannot wait to go back. The owners have spent a lifetime delivering amazing holiday experiences in India and it feels like they poured all their learning and experience into creating and running this idyllic house.Cuisine Wat Damnak: "Delicious"
Delicious food, very tasty herbs and flavour. Quite busy so need to make reservation in advance. They only have two tasting menu but good food. Will be filled after six course atUS$31.
