"Stayed there many times before. This time back after 3 years. They welcomed me at reception as a friend and made me feel at home immediatly. Very nice hotel, excellent food and very friendly staff. Every 15th of the month they have a dinner with traditional dancing, fantastic. We only had two nights in Ubud at the end of our two week Bali holiday but I wish we had longer at Kenanga. What a beautiful peaceful hotel. "We were greeted at the airport with an experienced and very knowledge local guide and immediately made to feel truly welcome and at home, A unique experience to be transported on your personal Shikara (small decorated row boat) across Dal lake to the luxury Sukoon House Boat. The welcome at your boat include cold towels, welcome drink and monogrammed pashmina. The decor, fittings and layout of the boat were all high quality and were complimented with a very strong environmental theme. The food was prepared by a professional chef who always checked with your personal tastes and was served by friendly and professional staff. There was nothing that they would not get for you. We took our staff for a company outing to this property over 3 nights. We are surprised with the quality of the villas, cabanas and pools and the amazing service that was provided. They are really lovely people and Bryan manages the place very well. We had no complaints and nothing went wrong,We purchased our foods and they cooked for us. Its a very quiet and peaceful location which is hard to find in Philippines. The only downsides are the long trip to get there which is about 3 hours and the lack of a beach to swim. On the plus side there are interesting activities around the place like kawasan falls and oslob whale watch, Ideal for people needing such a holiday or company affairs.Rachamankha: "Beautiful quite spot in historic Chang Mai"
"Could not have had a better experience in Chang Mai. The Rachamankha is a lovely boutique hotel that had an excellent staff and clean, comfortable rooms. We were fortunate to stay in the 2 bedroom suite and it suited our needs perfectly (2 couples). The pool is surreal, quite, and beautiful. The pool staff are constantly cleaning and bringing fresh towels and water. Great place to enjoy a hot afternoon in Chang Mai. The hotel itself is unique. Old double doors, ancient wooden urns and paper chandeliers give the hotel a ancient feel but with all the modern amenities. Would absolutely stay here again"Tugu Bali: "The Best Bali Experience"
I've been coming to Bali for 30 years and this is by far the best Hotel I've stayed in. We originally booked for 4 nights and ended up staying for close to 3 weeks? Staff are exceptional, the location is amazing and the rooms are full of character. The X- Large bed is very comfortable and the attention to detail throughout the entire hotel is a reflection of the Management and staffs commitment in providing a memorable experience. Cannot recommend this Hotel more highly.
