Inle Princess Resort: "einfach traumhaft"
This is the best hotel in Pai. It's a little way out of the centre but they do have a cute little shuttle which is more like a glorified golf buggy. The whole place is designed beautifully with a theme of 1920's jazz era, and this is executed really well. It's got real soul. It's a lovely place to hang out, rooms are large, bathrooms are huge, pool is great and the views are divine.Satri House: "High-end colonial feeling!"
Colonial feeling like in a private Villa. The lovingly furnished interior, the pool, the complete architecture is marvellous, just like the home made-jam,, the Croissants and the Baguette at breakfast.MesaStila: "Great Place to Escape the Rat Race"
"We had 5 wonderful days at Mesa Stila to unwind. We were pampered by their staff from the moment we arrived on the property and when we were dropped off at the airport. Staff were helpful and gracious. The food was diverse enough to keep us at the resort and didn't feel to need to hunt elsewhere. We enjoyed yoga and coffee tour on site. Our combined sunrise Borobudur and Prambanan tour was effortless as Ruffian was a skilled driver with excellent English and shared interesting local knowledge with us. Definitely the way to tour temples if you have children. The Resort and Spa is not cheap by South East Asia standards but the experience was well worth the price if you are looking to re-energise in a tranquil place filled with traditional Indonesia buildings (relocated and rebuild from other parts of Java), expansive and lush grounds, views of nearby volcanic mountains and thoughtful staff. Stayed April 2017, traveled with family"The Island Lodge: "A charming adress in Mekong"
After a vibrant week end in Saigon, the island lodge is the perfect place to be : stunning view on the mekong river, just wildness around, an amazing lodge with only 12 bedrooms, lovely decorated in the spirit of the old 'indochine', superb bathroom and a terrace on the river to relax. The swimming pool is beautiful, cristal clear, and you can enjoy a jacuzzi, a sauna and also a typical spa for great vietnamese massages. Michel and Francoise, the french owners will ensure that everything is made for you with a true sign of details and perfection. If you want to pick a unique adress along the Mekong, the island lodge is the place to be ! We left by boat to Cai be and the lodge had organized a nice pack lunch on the boat....what a pleasure !Tugu Bali: "The Best Bali Experience"
I've been coming to Bali for 30 years and this is by far the best Hotel I've stayed in. We originally booked for 4 nights and ended up staying for close to 3 weeks? Staff are exceptional, the location is amazing and the rooms are full of character. The X- Large bed is very comfortable and the attention to detail throughout the entire hotel is a reflection of the Management and staffs commitment in providing a memorable experience. Cannot recommend this Hotel more highly.Inle Princess Resort: "Beautiful hotel on the water"
We absolutely loved our time at the Princess Beautiful and large room with a fire lit each night. Stunning view over the lake. Excellent spa treatments. Restaurant was rather disappointing as lacking atmosphere after 8pm. Definitely a 60+ resort Stay here or the AureumRachamankha: "Amazing service and hotel!"
This hotel is absolutely amazing!! The manager, Paul, and every member of their staff went above and beyond to make our stay the absolute best possible! Would recommend this beautiful place to anyone. Close to all the great shops and restaurants Chiang Mai has to offer. Thanks to all the staff at Rachamkha!!!!4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Little bit of paradise"
This hotel is one of the most amazing places I've stayed at! Loved everything about it... rooms were spectacularly beautiful, river was scenic and peaceful, so much to do, loved waterfall tour and travelling on the rive by boat, also had a go at fishing for my dinner 😂Inle Heritage Stilt Houses: "Amazing social impact work and experience"
"Reflecting on the amazing past weeks in Myanmar. I arrived enamored by the strength of its people (especially its women) amidst its sour history of civil war and political unrest. I leave impressed by people and organizations like Yin Myo Su and Inle Heritage who have a vision that holds in balance the need to have Myanmar operate on a global platform but done in a way that preserves and cherishes its rich heritage, culture and environment. After three days of social impact workshops, we are excited by the thoughtful and intentional process that Inle Heritage Foundation and its team are making in using ecotourism as a powerful tool for good. Inle Heritage not only role models what a social business can operate like in Myanmar, but also trains its people to think differently, be curious, and challenge prevailing status quos, while also advocating for the preservation of the rich heritage and ecosystem endemic of the Inle Lake region. Thank you for your immense hospitality Missu, you and your team are an inspiration! We look forward to keeping in touch and following your social change progress!"
