The Cabochon Hotel and Residence: "Best food in wonderful hotel"
It is one of the most wonderful decorated places in Bangkok with the best Thai food we have ever had! And we had a lot of Thai food within the last 24 years visiting Bangkok every year at least once. Having a break and left in paradise The Cabochon is the place to go. Service is excellent and the whole house is just stunning. If you want to have your special moment-Cabochon is the place to experience it! And I am not mentioning the pool on the roof and the hotel rooms (secret gem)Satri House: "Wonderful attention to detail"
From the moment you arrive you know you are somewhere very different. Every little detail is taken care of and the personal touch of the owner is everywhere. Satri House is absolutely stunning and we will be back!Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Excellent. quiet stay"
This is a wonderful place with superb accommodation, a deserted beach and fabulous infinity pool. The food is outstanding and the staff excellent and and couldn't do more for you. The attention to detail sets it above the rest. Highly recommended.Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "Steeped in History"
"We stayed at the mansion because we were very interested in its history. Built as home to a notable tycoon named Cheong Fatt Tze, the mansion fell into disrepair until it was restored beautifully by a local architect who also become the proprietor of the hotel. The atmosphere inside was very calming and peaceful. Our room, called the Shantung, was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed with all modern comforts. It was located in one of the side courtyard of the mansion, which they call the dry courtyard - there is a wet courtyard with ponds at the opposite side of the mansion. As hotel residents we were entitled to free guided tour, which was really informative and well-presented. It made us appreciate the history of the place and the massive efforts undertaken to preserve it even more. Local snacks was placed in our bedroom at the evening. A la carte breakfast was served in the dining room just off the central courtyard. The food was excellent. We wanted to dine at the Indigo Restaurant at the 2nd floor but unfortunately it was closed off for private function during our stay. There is a swimming pool at the side courtyard, which we didn't get to use but would be a welcome respite from Penang's heat. There's a shop too selling merchandise of the mansion."4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Delightful Glamping"
"If you like a very mild degree of roughing it, this is a fabulous place to stay. The tents are very roomy and comfortable, the restaurant is delicious, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the setting -- well, look at the pictures! And yes, you can swim right from your tent! But make no mistake: it's not a hotel. If your tent is too hot, there's no AC -- you have to go around back and open up the flaps to let some breeze in."Arumdalu: "Great honeymoon and vacation!"
This was our first -and surely not the last- visit to Arumdalu. Private beach was awesome with white sand and great view. Room was very comfortable for couples, no tv means we had the place for ourselves. Strongly recommended for couples who want to refresh themselves. And maybe a good place for a deep thinking too..Misool: "Snorkellers’ Paradise!"
We spent 9 days at MER and loved it! The Water Cottage was fantastic. Snorkellers are looked after very well with Novi and Nelson guiding and Tahir driving, making sure we saw everything we could. The entire team made our experience unforgettable. Thanks to Sue and Mark, & Sabine for making everything run so smoothly.Flower Island: "Simply Amazing!!"
"If you are looking for a place to truly relax, that is off the beaten path, and want to be surrounded by friendly mellow guests and attentive, caring staff, then this is the place for you. Flower Island is not like the other crowded resorts in Palawan. This is truly a place where you will chill and relax. For those that can’t sit still there is snorkeling (great reef just steps from your room), kayaks, SUPs, pearl farm tour and trekking around the island to keep you occupied. Definitely worth the time and investment. I highly recommend this place!!"Tugu Lombok: "A magical place with beauty in every step"
"The hotel is beautiful, with lot of different areas to explore, relax and even work. All the areas are decorated with elegance, full of art objects. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was amazing with open air area. The hotel staff is very kind, you feel pampered every minute. "Arumdalu: "Impressive place"
We visited Belitung island on Dec 2015 with my little children. It was great experience during staying in this hotel. Guests can feel warm hospitality and nice views. Fortunately we met owener of this hotel and heard his way of thinking about of this hotel. I was really impressed by owener.
