4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Heavenly Honeymoon in undiscovered Cambodia"
"My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in January 2016. We were supposed to stay for 3 but we loved 4 Rivers so much we managed to secure another night - thanks to the wonderful Luz & Adonis. To get to 4 Rivers you travel down the river Tatai - a magical, unspoilt river in a remote and protected part of Cambodia. It is absolutely worth the drive from Phnom Penh! The surroundings are magnificent. 4 Rivers is the perfect destination for couples - we arrived and immediately jumped off our private jetty into the beautiful fresh water river. What's more there's no phone signal or wifi so you properly switch off and today there is no greater holiday gift than time away from your smartphone. Did I mention Luz and Adonis and all of the staff were incredible? They looked after us so well and the food was excellent and the wine selection just right. We loved the firefly trip, the sunset cruise and the waterfall and canoeing excursion. I can't wait to return and I have recommended 4 Rivers to all of our friends and family. All the best - Gemma & Jack xxx"Glenburn Tea Estate: "Magical Location and Five star service"
The magical location of this resort poised on a hill with direct views of Darjeeling town and Kachenjunga from my bedroom window is quite unforgettable. Lush gardens communal dinners and a sense of a bygone time reminiscent of the british rag. Day trips to Darjeeling and Kalipong and the river camp. Husna and Alex went out of their way to make me feel at home.Sanak Retreat Bali: "Fantastisk sted, super service og dejlige villaer"
Tugu Lombok: "WOW"
From the moment we stepped out of the cab my mouth dropped! Tradition, yes and then some! Massive, manicured grounds, Infinity Pools everywhere, your eyes feast from one marvel to another! The staff couldn't be friendlier and more accommodating, they all knew my grandchildren's name in one day! If you wanted to have privacy the grounds are so massive you could have a secluded vacation here! Totally restful and awesome time here.Chakrabongse Villas: "Four nights in Bangkok, and we could not wish for a nicer hotel"
"This year I turned 60 and decided on a holiday in Thailand, of course I had to include Bangkok. I found this amazing small characterful place not far from the Royal Palace and Wat Pho. The staff are the most helpful I have come across on the holiday. The room is lovely, Moroccan in style, the Mali room, like home from home for me as I have a lot of Moroccan influence in my house. It is the best place of our holiday. The grounds are peaceful and well kept with a salt water swimming pool. There are wonderful small touches everywhere with orchids and water lilies. The dining area is in a pavilion next to the river with a view of Wat Arun. The food was excellent and the wine list very good. I would stay here every time in Bangkok. The staff are knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble."Rachamankha: "Exquisite and serene"
This hotel is an oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle that is Chiang Mai. Only two blocks from the Sunday walking street, it is a world apart. A small boutique hotel, the architecture and antiquities are exquisite. Service is quietly attentive, the breakfasts are fabulous, the pool serene. Usually when I travel I don't want to waste a minute, but honestly I was reluctant to leave the grounds of the hotel. Rachamankha provided the perfect respite to a busy month in southeast AsiaThe Hue House: "Good choice, reasonable price"
"We didn't know what to expect - having been recommended by a friend who recently moved to HCM City to work as a teacher but we were very pleasantly surprised! The menu was in both languages and also had photos also! The employees had been extremely patient and useful and also showed us how you can come several of the meals into the Vietnamese like rolls! The portions were huge and also the food was tastey. We experimented with 3 various dishes and also had 2 drinks as well as the cost was extremely reasonable. if you're searching for a geniun Hue cuisine with good price and nice view, this's the very best option."Kinabalu Park: "Lovely experience at the lodge"
"Most people will travel on the day to HQ prior to their climb but this year, I decided to stay at HQ so it will not feel so rushed the next day. This turned out to be the best idea. We came as a group of 4 and were given a private room to ourselves. Everything was very clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Towels were provided and so's bottles of water and added bonus, we have tea/coffee making facility in our room! What a treat. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone thinking of hiking up Mount Kinabalu .... stay a night at the park prior to your climb."Glenburn Tea Estate: "Amazing Location"
"We stayed in 'the bungalow' which was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable with the added bonus of wonderful scenery. The food and service in our own delightful dining room in front of a roaring log fire was perfect. The only major downside is the TERRIBLE access to Glenburn. I live in the country down an unmade up track and have a 4 X 4 to cope with our own tracks and lanes however, the 10 kilometre track that takes an hour each way (I was highly amused to see another review claiming it takes 30 minutes, this would only be possible if they flew!) to Glenburn is worse than 'challenging', it can only be likened to a steep dried up ancient river bed! My husband and I both suffer with arthritis and this journey very nearly killed us off. Such a pity as otherwise everything else was perfect!"Sanak Retreat Bali: "Sublime"
"Grandes chambres de luxe au milieu des rizières. Très bon restaurant et prix très abordable. Il est aussi possible de manger dans la chambre. Comme partout a Bali, personnel aux petits soins. Le cadre est merveilleux, superbe piscine."
