Hotel Tugu Bali: "Perfect, down to the last detail!"

Review by: EvelienLa | Source: Trip Advisor
We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Tugu Bali! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, full of Balinese influences. The staff is very attentive and kind, the breakfast is fingerlicking good and I can highly recommend watching the sunset whilst enjoying a high tea. Also worth pointing out that the bed at Tugu is probably the biggest and comfiest bed we have ever slept in. Would love to stay here again!

Blackitch Artisan Kitchen: "An incredible, unique experience. Must do for Foodies."

Review by: F_F27_03 | Source: Trip Advisor
The calibre of food served here was exceptional. I couldn't find much information online at all after reading about it in the Guardian earlier this year before we went so we took a gamble, and I'm so glad we did. Chef Black served us 9 courses, all surprises and chosen by him, throughout the evening, coming out and explaining in detail each one and why he paired ingredients together. Distinctive fine dining food with an asian influence - lots of fish! We paid 1200 Baht for a bottle of wine (which was absolutely delicious) and 1600 Baht each for the food. If you're some who loves fine food and the complexities of pairing, go with an open mind and you won't be disappointed.

Glenburn Tea Estate: "Perfect place to unwind and experience a tea plantation"

Review by: Boodle20 | Source: Trip Advisor
"What a wonderful place to finish an awesome trip to Sikkim and Darjeeling. The host and hostess, Faye and Will, greeted us after a very long drive from Yuksom, made longer by the landslides blocking the direct route. The Glenburn had sent a driver an hour and a half to meet us at a wonderful viewpoint with a delicious picnic as we were going to miss lunch. The rooms are all different and beautifully furnished. The evening meal served in a beautiful dining room around a large table where the guests can interact if they wish. We enjoyed a 2 and a half hour walk to the river through the tea plantation, with a well informed guide, where we were served a delicious lunch next to the two bedroomed lodge. I also had a massage in the spa which was amazing and so relaxing before being served afternoon tea and freshly made cakes on the verandah. This place is something special and I can recommend a visit to anyone who wants to experience tranquility with wonderful views of Darjeeling and Mt Kanchenjunga."

Chakrabongse Villas: "Oasis of calm in busy Bangkok"

Review by: Ruthonhertravels | Source: Trip Advisor
Surreal and beautiful place to stay, tucked away behind some unassuming gates this hidden gem of a boutique hotel lends a completely different perspective to Bangkok. Admittedly it is not for everyone, it is not large and corporate, there isn’t 24 hour room service etc. However, the staff are incredibly helpful, the rooms and grounds are breathtaking and the food is excellent, its is somewhere I would like to return to again and again.

Discover Muang La | Visit Laos | Luxury & Boutique Hotel: "Requires a Sixth Star"

Review by: SWNH | Source: Trip Advisor
We spent two nights at Muang La Lodge last week and wish we had stayed two more nights. We have traveled to over 40 countries and I can't recall a better hotel experience. From our greeting by the Assistant Manger, to the beautiful room, to the hot tubs and massage, to the gourmet 5 course dinners and the fascinating day trips and activities, you can't ask for more. Add to that an incredibly beautiful and peaceful location. It isn't the easiest hotel to get to, but make the effort. It's worth it.

Tugu Bali: "So good I don’t want anyone else to know about it!"

Review by: thisisntanna | Source: Trip Advisor
"Had my 10th Anniversary there and it was utterly magical. The staff looked after us so well, they made every effort to make sure that we had the best experience and it worked! Food was delicious, rooms were stunning and the view was incredible. They couldn't control the weather unfortunately so our rooftop sunset meal was just a rooftop meal but the setting was so glorious it didn't matter. I will never forget my time there and look forward to many more <3"

Tandjung Sari: "Perfect for Honeymooners"

Review by: Philadelphiakohsamu | Source: tripadvisor.com
My husband an I came to the beautiful place as a gift from my father in law, as he had stayed here before. We were so pleasantly surprised, the place was fantastic. The room was clean and had relaxing day beds inside and out the front of the cottage we even had out own private hut to relax in. The room was very clean and we felt very comfortable, the shower was outdoors. The best part was the beautiful gardens that surrounded us, the restaurant is on the beach, also the day spa at the hotel is the best I have ever been to. We cant wait to return.

RACHAMANKHA: "Slice of heaven in Chiang Mai"

Review by: Michishellie | Source: tripadvison.com
"This hotel was absolutely beautiful and a refuge to come home to after a day strolling the busy streets of Chiang Mai. There is always a wonderful aroma of incense around the property...I think it was Sandalwood, but nevertheless was just delicious. The rooms were spacious and the bed was so comfortable, again after a long day. The lounges that surround the property are also delightful and I just wish I had had more time to sit and read and enjoy a drink while enjoying the decor. It is an elegant property, yet not stuffy and very welcoming. "

Rachamankha: "Great Service"

Review by: etheyjacky | Source: Trip Advisor
"The peacefulness of the resort. Staff were very discreet in their comings and goings so coming back to the room and it having been made up was a delight. Loved that the restaurant was on the premises as it was unseasonable hot and less inviting to go out. The art gallery and artifacts around the property enhanced the beauty and elegance of the resort. The pool was crystal clear. Stayed January 2017, traveled with family"

Tugu Malang: "Wonderful hotel!"

Review by: Patricia L | Source: Trip Advisor
This was our favourite hotel in Java. Not only are the staff helpful and friendly and the food is wonderful, it is a museum. The 'exhibits' are in every room, including the room we stayed in. The collection is amazing. It was a very special experience. It is in an old Dutch colonial villa which has been built on to in order to house the owners collection. The room was large and comfortable, the bathroom quirky. I always appreciate the flowers and welcome drink. we can highly recommend this hotel and wish we had had the time to stay longer.
