Tugu Lombok: "Fantastic stay"
"My wife and I had a wonderful honeymoon at Hotel Tugu Lombok. The environment was quiet and serene, the beach was clean and the water was clear. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. They remembered our names and greeted us by our names. For the meals, they also prepared well wishes written on leaves which made the ambience nice. During the trip, as there were heavy rains, the original suite that we were staying in experienced some water leaking issue from the roof. However, the staff was quick to settle it and provided us a free upgrade to the honeymoon suite. We also had fun visiting the Gili islands. The private dragon boat and private guides gave us the flexibility on when and what we would like to do during the island hopping. The bendi ride (horse cart ride) was also a new experience for us. On the last night of our stay, the staff also prepared us a surprise with nice towel foldings of different animals, like monkey, elephants and bears. Coupled with the candles, the room gave a different ambience altogether. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tugu Lombok and we recommend it for those who wish to have a quiet and serene stay. Stayed January 2017, traveled as a couple"Flower Island Resort: "Excelente!!"
Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert."Amata Lanna: "Diamond in Chiang Mai"
Lovely Boutique Hotel in great location. Staff is very knowledgable, kind and helpful. Breakfast was great and coffee house next door. Pool is so lovely and refreshing. This hotel is a gem in the heart of Chiang Mai!Bali Jiwa Villa: "A dream becomes reality"
"The Bali Jiwa Villas are one of the most beautiful places I ever been. Apart of the beauty of the location - situated in the middle of rice field ( without destroying them ) the Villas are very carefully furnished. The wonderful furnishing taste signs of deep understanding the story of Bali. The charm of this place is simply stunning. Big bathroom ( indoor ad outdoor ), wonderful bed and sheets, enlightened by big windows and the wonderful pool just in front of every villa, very clean and just the way it should be. The staff is amazing and the food is typically balinese - very tasty and home made with a lots of attention. A real place to calm down, to enter in the deep soul of Bali - and a place where service is written in very big big letters.."Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Final leg of India tour"
This eco resort is a gem. We've spent two weeks touring Rajasthan and came here for some r&r at the end of the trip. Our bungalow is gorgeous, iPod dock with Bose speakers so we've listened to a lovely bit of jazz every evening before dinner. Enjoyed sunsets, swimming in the sea, watching fishermen and eating fabulous food. We've found prices here to be very reasonable and the resort has a lovely shop which is very good value. Staff can't do enough to make your stay more enjoyable so have made the effort, for once, to give them an excellent review on Trip advisor.Manda De Laos: "A gem"
We went here as it was close to our hotel and it was pouring with rain. We were not disappointed, the setting was lovely, set around a pond and beautifully lit. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. Well worth a visit.Yandabo Home: "Way beyond expectations"
"Yandabo is probably best known for the Treaty signed in 1826 which ended the first Anglo Burmese War as well as its famous clay pottery made in an old traditional way from river clay. Yandabo Home is an excellent stop on the ferry journey from Bagan to Mandalay or vice versa. We stayed two nights into Christmas and had a most enjoyable stay. The ""resort"" consists of 12 spacious rooms with all mod cons. Teak floors, painted grey and cream walls and an excellent bathroom consisting of a large walk in shower, double sinks, a large bed and plenty of space. There is a safe and mini-bar but no TV or WiFi. All the rooms are on the upper decking and the dining area is lower down. Food was surprisingly good and we had the Christmas Eve menu on our second night. This was very good and the kitchen had gone to a lot of trouble to prepare this and with plenty of drinks too! We were very fortunate to meet the owner, Dr Aung Myat Kyaw, a charming man and found out that Yandabo Home is actually part of a number of hotels owned including three in Ngapali Beach as well as one of the cruise boat companies plying the river. The village itself is interesting and there is plenty to see sitting back watching the river and birdlife. Highly recommended."4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Absolute Bliss"
"We stayed for two nights at the end of our Cambodia trip and it was the perfect place to chill out completely before our epic 36 hour journey home!! As we approached the lodges I couldn't believe how beautiful the setting was its far more beautiful to your own eyes than any of the photos show. We had a lovely welcome and got all the information we needed for our stay and I couldn't wait to get to our tent. We were in West 4 ( there are six tents on each side so we had pretty views from both sides of our balcony ) The interior of the tents is far bigger than I expected and I adored the bathroom :-) as mentioned in previous reviews there is no air conditioning but there is a ceiling fan and two stand alone fans and the room was way cooler than I had expected it to be. Each lodge has a private deck with table and chairs and two sunbeds and we decided that as our time was short we would just spend it relaxing so thats what we did one perfect day internet free just lazing around. One of the staff visit in the afternoon to show you the dinner menu there is set soup then starter and dessert and three choices of main its very good value at $25 per person but there is also an a la carte menu if you prefer that. The food was lovely very nicely presented and the waiting staff were so nice in fact shout out to all staff they were without exception lovely smiling people :-) Breakfast was also very nice esp the homemade pineapple jam and the smiley pancakes :-) oh and the bacon so good :-) I loved the water glasses made out of wine bottles in the tents so enquired if I could buy one they only had one left with a picture of a pangolin on it I had never heard of this animal and one of the staff ( sorry I cant remember his name ) took time to tell me all about this endangered creature . I will be dreaming of 4 rivers everytime I use it :-) Best wishes to you all for continued success and who knows we may return one day and if we do we will stay longer :-)"The River Resort: "Asian paradise"
