Locavore: "Wa wa wi wa wao"

Book a table advance?! We had 7 course tasting menu with drink paring. Food was really good and i like that they do pairing with cocktails instead of wine.

Villa Song: "Unbelievably amazing"

Review by: Mick M | Source: Trip Advisor
"We're on our Honeymoon and just had a two hour spa experience that was simply incredible. It was about $100 for two of us, for the best treatment package we've ever had. Salt scrub, full body massage, then epic multi-phase facial, and we are GLOWING. And totally blown away. Combined with the friendly, super accommodating staff, the lovely room with the gorgeous view, the free water shuttle to downtown, and the lovely grounds, we simply couldn't be happier."

Sandat Glamping Tents: "A unique experience"

Review by: jleung531 | Source: Trip Advisor
"After spending five days at boutique resorts around Ubud, we decided to ""rough it"" a bit at Sandat Glamping Tents. We are so glad we did! The entire experience was one of the most enjoyable and unique stays of our trip. We stayed in one of the tents, which was beautifully constructed in both concept and execution. The tents are solidly built, and a lot of thought clearly went into all of the furnishing and design touches. The private pool overlooking the jungle makes you feel like you're swimming in the wilderness. The experience of spending the night separated from nature by only screens and canvas was a delightful change from staying in big hotels. But for those who prefer a bit more of a buffer from nature, they give you the option to seal off the screen sections at night, and even have air conditioning if it gets too hot. All of the staff were professional and very responsive. The amenities were far more than we expected from a glamping experience, with room service available in our tents, massage services (my wife claims it was the best massage she has ever had), and a restaurant serving lunch, dinner and a buffet breakfast. We wish we had stayed for longer, and definitely will the next time we're in Ubud. The only drawback I would mention is the location, which is well off the beaten path. Though it is still close to Ubud center, the roads to get there are narrow (even by Bali standards) and in terrible condition, such that cars have to crawl for most of the last section and back up if they meet any oncoming traffic. They do offer a free on-demand shuttle service, which is good because our cab driver had some trouble finding the place. We were content to spend most of our time luxuriating in our tent and our private pool, but if you plan on going into town frequently the drive could become a hassle."

The Island Lodge: "Great place for short vacations 2 hours from Saigon. We enjoyed it for a short stay"

Review by: SaigonLeader | Source: Trip Advisor
This family owned boutique mini-resort is a well maintained, pleasant, smallish resort which is a good place for families or people who want to experience Mekong Delta or take a short vacation from Saigon. The food was very good, both the French menu and the Vietnamese menu, at the restaurant which has a lounge and bar area and is well integrated with the resort. The children enjoyed the pool, and its kid friendly in general. As a weekend resort destination, is most comparable to An Lam Saigon, and is more premium and much better food than the Ho Tram Beach Boutique Resort and Spa, and much better than the Ho Tram Sanctuary in all ways.

Muang La Lodge: "Most charming Xmas Eve ever"

Review by: mznw3 | Source: Trip Advisor
We stayed in this absolutely beautiful small resort for two nights. We were fortunate that we had a short journey, having flown to the nearest town and been picked up by the resort's car and our guide. We thought the location absolutely stunning and the staff even more fabulous. Our trek into the hills on Christmas Eve could not have been better (even down to the picnic lunch we carried with us from the resort) and the Christmas Eve entertainment which ended with us lighting Chinese lanterns was just magic. Thanks to everyone at the resort who made our stay so very special.

tugu bali: "Staying in the middle of art and culture"

Review by: Kristjan K | Source: tripadvisor.com
"We were travelling with three small kids (3,5,7) and Tugu hotel in Canggu was our last stop in Bali after staying in Intercontinental Jimbaran and the villas in Ubud and Lovina. We were looking for something different than the large chain hotels and Tugu hotel turned out to be just the right place. The hotel does not belong to the Small Luxury Hotels, Relais&Chateaux (they do not have any hotels in Indonesia yet?) or Boutique Hotels, so we found it kind of accidentally as our friends had recommended to stay in Canggu area and hotel Tugu is #1 in Canggu. The hotel could easily fit into the quality standards of the small luxury hotels. Although the hotel has a pool, this is not the reason to come to this hotel. There are hotels with bigger and better pools. Tugu hotel is for the guests who love architecture, art and culture, who are excited about original interior design and high quality antiquities and handicraft surrounding at every step: in the room, in the garden and literally everywhere. The service was perfect even on the background of the Balinese being in general polite and friendly. I would like to give special thank you to Pande Dwipa for an excursion in the facilities: Tugu hotel is an exquisite art museum and hotel in one. I can only admire the vision of the hotel owner Anhar Setjadibrata, to share the art he has collected with the guests in his hotels. Tugu hotel is definitely ""worth a detour"", to use a Michelin term. "

Satri House: "What a beautiful and unique place"

Review by: Anna D | Source: Trip Advisor
"This hotel beats all expectations! It feels like staying in someone's private home - so many lovely details! Located a little outside of the city center, which is perfect for some relaxing days at the pool and in the beautiful garden and still is in walking distance from 'downtown'. The food was very tasty - breakfast, snacks, dinner! The massages were very good! The general manager wrote a very nice welcome card, unfortunately he never talked to us, although there were not too many guests..."

Villa Song: "Bliss"

Review by: annem4son | Source: Trip Advisor
Beautiful boutique hotel on the bank of the Saigon river. Wonderful friendly helpful staff. A stunning oasis of peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet the city is easily accessible via the hotels speedboat. Immaculate clean decor plus the breakfast was first class. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Nimmu House: "Un vrai paradis"

Review by: Corinne L | Source: Trip Advisor
Magique!

tugu malang: "Warm friendly and so much Character"

Review by: Carole D | Source: tripadvisor.com
"From the moment we arrived ,we were greeted with the most warmest of smiles. It didn't take long before the staff greeted us by our Christian names. Our room was beautiful and on the bed a welcome post card, a nice touch. Everything about this hotel is amazing, the service the cleanliness, the amenities , and the spa was divine. We took an organised tour through the hotel as it is very much like a museum. So much art and wood carvings, the walk down ""The Love Avenue"" towards the Sahara room was simply beautiful. The food in the Resturant, you just cannot fault, 5 star all the way. Afternoon tea is provided each afternoon with some traditional Javanese sweets. We had booked for 2 nights only but extended another night , just really couldn't leave. If I could give this place 6 star, I would. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay in Malang very enjoyable. "
